The room was lovely. Loved the room service. Most of the staff were friendly and most of the cleaning staff did do a good job The lady who checked me in was called hotel employee she was so rude & got mad with me because I didnt have a credit card so not a great start. On the Monday and Thursday who ever cleaned my room did a very bad job no tea coffee towels ect.
Staff had poor english and were scarce when needed. There was very little security. No in-room breakfast etc etc...........
it was relaxing and in convenient location. T he staff were great The only complaint is that equipment advertised should be working properly as our air conditioner and hair dryer were not working. The hair dryer was replaced however we had no airconditioner.
The room was not clean with tea & coffee cups still dirty from previous guests. The shower screen was broken & generall the standard was extremely disappointing.
As we were only there for 2 nights it is very hard to answer, We enjoyed the break but couldn't get arounf much as my husband had to go in a wheelchair. The only thing I could say was the main menu in the restaurant could have more meat varieties as we do not eat Chicken or Seafood. That's why we didn't eat there the 2nd night as we would have had to have the same meal. Not complaining as the food was great.
Great location with easy access to the beach/local shops.
I did not expect a hotel of this standard to be charging for use of their parking. The parking charges were not clear at time of booking. Also my husband accidently left his suit hanging in the wardrobe and did not realise until 4 days later. I had expected hotel cleaners to report the item and hotel staff to contact me regarding the suit which did not happen.
The breakfast was amazing, my daughter also enjoyed feeding the rainbow lorekeets off our landing! That there was no where avilable for children to warm up after the outside swimming pool, not allowed in Spa Pool.
The location was fantastic very central in terrigal and great facilities within the hotel. This was a business trip and would like to bring my family in the near future. The excercise equipment was in need of attention and parking should be free.
Loved the proximity to the beach and village of Terrigal. The room was quiet and comfortable. A great stop-over place for any traveller.
very old,very smelly,needs serious renovation
Location, value for money and excellent breakfast.
The shower was good and hot. The layout was good, the bed comfortable. As requested the room was close to where the car was parked. What's the difference between a complaint and what I didn't like? I didn't like the mouldy smell in the unit. I didn't like that the TV remote control's back would fall off. I didn't like that the steam in the bathroom didn't clear despite the exhaust fan. I didn't like the difficulty getting in and out of the hotel driveway: if it wasn't for the mercy of the locals giving way to me, it would have been an even longer wait!
The closness to good cafe /resarants.very handy as it was very wet. Rooms are far too noisy, as the room I had was all tiles. not very friendly staff. Needs to be a friendlier and warmer atmosphere.
Quiet location with a short walk to restaurants and beach. Nicely appointed and very clean. Breakfast provided was very basic
Quiet clean apartment, close to beach and restaurants. Good off street parking.Friendly staff.
These are excellent apartments. Attractivley furnished and very very clean. Excellent location 5-10 mins walk to beach and restaraunts and in a very quiet street. Be careful on the tiles througout apartments they can be very slippy even with dry feet. The reception staff were very quick at responding to a email query. Excellent. The hotel was more than fine but Terrigal as a visitor attraction is very limited. All restaraunts are byo and close around 9pm fine if you want an early night but the fact that the bottle shop for a bottle of wine shuts at 7pm means your on water or juice with your meal unless you stop on route. But this is not the hotels fault.
I liked the fact it was quite and tucked away from busy roads. it was spacious with a good location. The receptionist was very friendly when we booked in. However, we were most unhappy to have found someone had already used our bed. The pillows were pulled right out and propped up in such a fashion, we knew someone had been lying on the bed watching TV. The angle gave it all away. The shower had someone elses gel in there too. The cutlery was rusted and there was only one wine glass. My husband went to get another wine glass and politely mentioned the state of the room. Nothing was done. The receptionist didn't bother asking if we had a nice time when we came to check out. I'm not surprised as I think she knew the answer. a real shame as it seemed a nice place.
That it was located well in regards to shops, beach etc. All in walking distance. The "continental breakfast" was poor.
Relaxing,and good value for money.
close to terrigal which has a beautiful beach and alot of cafes, restaurants and bars comfortable rooms plenty of space very convenient not much of a view but it did not boast views so was not dissapointed
Bright, comfortable, spacious apartment, close to shops and beach. N/A
It contained a comfortable sofa so you weren't forced to sit on either dining chairs or on the bed. The "continental breakfast" included was simply a small box of nutri-grain, small oj and small box of milk put in the fridge. Would hardly consider this a worthwhile inclusion to display on the website in a highlighted font.
