Raffles Europejski Warsaw

The hotel is a newly renovated XIX century building on the Royal Route to the old town. It’s really breathtaking architecture. I also liked how large the rooms are, probably the biggest in Warsaw, same goes for bathrooms. I advise you to pick the Raffles room. It has a very practical small work room added, with a desk and also coffee facilities and mini bar located in it. It’s a fantastic idea when one person has to do some work on the evening or morning while the other is sleeping. The decor is a mix of contemporary art and tasteful furniture which fits the hotels age, all brand new. Rooms also have a high tech system which controls lights, air-con, window drapes etc. and one that is actually intuitive which is not always the case. Last but not least, very nice and helpful staff. All things combined probably the best hotel in Warsaw nowadays. I’ll be back for sure

Only one size bathrobes, air conditioning inadequate as well as lighting system.

The service, the butler, the room, the bed, the longbar, the spa, the breakfast buffet, the concierge !

Nothing. Really hard to fault.
