The people next to our room was terrible. They had a party all night long and the courtyard staff seemed ignorant how much noisy they created to other guests.
Nice room and clean and should be for $340
No fine dining within a 15 minute walk. Only college kid joints $36 a night to park the car?? Puh-lease! It costs less at the Ritz. Maid forgot to make up the room.
The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We ate breakfast at the in-hotel cafe and it was very good. They have a few booths in the cafe which have built-in TVs which would be very handy especially for families. It's a good location. There is a Subway and Starbucks on the same block and a CVS Pharmacy 2 blocks away which is open 24-hours a day. 3 1/2 blocks (1/3 mile) north is 2000 Penn Shopping Center with a bakery, Chipotle, Betucci's Brick Oven, and other restaurants and shops.
The pool was small. There was a person swimming laps and the pool is so narrow that we felt like we were encroaching on her space.
The location was great and the value was excellent.
We were told a breakfast was included so we expected a continental breakfast, but it was a la carte for fee instead. Not a huge deal though.
