Comfortable bed. Great location good water pressure in the shower
The coffee maker didn't work well- the blower dryer was cracked very small bathroom Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been a nice touch and a complimentary happy hour would be a nice touch
Nice room - king size bed slept great.
I was very disappointed that there were no coffee pots in the room or complimentary cups offered in the lobby. However, I was informed that I could purchase a cup in their restaurant for $4.00. For the amount of money that I spent on the room, I really feel something as simple as a "complimentary" cup of coffee should have been included.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful
Spacious room located across the street from our conference
The heat in the room was stuck on and the thermostat didn't do anything. Had to leave the windows open to be bearable in the room.
Staff were very friendly and gave good advice as to what can be done in Washington DC. Parking the car in ballet was easy but a bit expensive (46$)
The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly during our stay. The room was larger than I expected and very clean. We had never booked a hotel using a 3rd party web site so we weren't exactly sure what to expect but we were very pleasantly surprised. We would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in this area.
Our only complaint was that the bathroom was very tight which is totally understandable considering the limited space in the DC area. Our air conditioner was not functioning well at all. It ran loudly all night but the temp never got below 75 in the room which made it difficult to sleep.
Location clean nice beds big rooms nice towels and shower
No parking. They charged $50 a night for parking.
Good location. Friendly stuff.
Ice machine wasn't working so wasn't iron. Valet parking only. Room was really small.
The friendliness and service oriented approach of the staff.
The bathroom tub did not look clean. Some Ajax Clorox and some elbow grease with a plastic brush should do it for the tub.
As far as the suite it was a very large room with beautiful, large windows, decent in room amenities. Staff were very helpful and efficient - when I called about a treadmill not working in the exercise room they immediately sent someone to fix it - also very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice stay.
The bed wasn't uncomfortable generally speaking... but it certainly wasn't quite as comfortable as I would have expected for the price and type of room. The bathroom left a bit to be desired (chipped tiles, small, etc) but it got the job done and seemed clean.
Room was clean and had good view. Friendly staff provided cell charger for my use.
Parking options are limited.
I was there for a two days trip and it was amazing! I was very well welcomed and the restaurant was amazing! The room was clean and the staff was great.
The traffic noise in the morning was annoying
Beautiful architecture. Classic hotel.
There is no self parking. The $40 per night fee per seems high considering you are not in the center of downtown DC. Would have been 5 starts for value if the parking cost was not so excessive.
The water they have on the front desk mix with fruits.
The manager have us free parking. The bed was very comfortable.
The air conditioning did not work in our room and there was no one to fix it. They also lost our car when we first arrived.
Air conditioning wasn't working correctly in our assigned room, so we had to switch rooms. One of the two elevators was down on day #1 of our 3 day stay.
