Cons: Not sure if it's common but breakfast was expensive and for the price of a room breakfast should be included. Should also invest in better non feathered pillows. Pool table also had a big tear in it and was unusable.

Pros: It is in an excellent location for visiting my daughter who is studying at Worcestor college.
Cons: We were in a room with heavy scaffolding blocking the entire two windows. Men were talking, yelling & working/pounding in front of the two windows every morning. They totally ignored us who needed sleeping in the room. There were no privacy nor courtesy. We were not informed or asked if it's Ok for the reception to assign such a downgraded room (the windows were blocked by scaffolding entirely)to us at check in either. The service and facilities were at most a one star hotel this time. I stayed in this hotel for about 5 times in the last two years because we were visiting our daughter who was studying at Worcestor college(one block away). They've been always about a three stars hotel standard. But this time was the worst. We will not use this hotel any more. It's totally not worth the price & the poor facility.
Pros: excellent location in central Oxford, minutes away from historic colleges, the central market, and the bus station.
Cons: Rooms were small, extremely overheated and poorly ventilated. Old carpeting triggered allergies. Breakfast not included in the room price and very expensive ($30 for a continental buffet).
Pros: Clean bedsheets and towels
Cons: Very small rooms for the price; You can't reach the reception directly; you basically have to go through hoops and being on hold before someone picks up; the staff are not quick in responding to issues or concerns. Wifi was really quite poor--it bounced off every five minutes.
Located in Oxford City Centre, this luxury hotel is steps from Oxford Playhouse and Ashmolean Museum. Exeter College and Covered Market are also within 10 minutes.

Cons: The closets are engineered very poorly! The bar for hanging clothes is low in the closet so that the clothes drag on the floor. And, he closet is so shallow that the hangers won't even fit, much less any clothes. It was ridiculous.

Pros: The a/c in the room worked beautifully, which is not a common occurrence in the UK. As requested, it was a quiet room. The water flow and temperature in the bathtub were great.
Cons: The check-in was marred by a group who had a delayed flight and they were all staying for half the night, delaying my being spoken to by a desk clerk for 30+ minutes. It made for an extremely lengthy time in the lobby, insufficiently sized for this.
Great location Comfortable Affordable
Pros: Responsive staff! Gym /Spa/
Cons: No free wi fi
Nice hotel. Free parking. Internet was pricey, £5/HOUR just so I could check email / flight info. Other hotels usually give this free for a few minutes. Pool was nice, until I got kicked out so that the local women's OAP club could hold an aqua-robics class!!! They take precident over hotel guests three or four times a week, so plan your lap swimming around their schedule.
Pros: Nice clean room. Good sleep.
Cons: I thought that I was bidding on a hotel in Windsor, not 'The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead!' Still, close enough to Windsor. But annoying that I didn't get the location which I thought I was bidding on.
