Pros: My husband and I stayed at Schöne Aussicht, for a weekend in September. The hotel was more like a luxury bed and breakfast. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The food at the restaurant was some of the best food We had had in Germany and the service was exceptional. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t cooperating, however I am sure the sun terrace is a perfect place Spring-Fall for a relaxing meal or read. I would highly recommend Schöne Aussicht, to anyone wanting to visit Vogtland.
Pros: wonderful design of the rooms and hotel. Fantastic food at restaurant. Easy to park and very kind and helpful service. Easy to access from motorway. Nice view form the hotel.
Pros: Quite, Comfortable, the staff was outstanding and the food world class

Pros: Room was always well serviced.Good parking.Food to make a packed lunch.
Cons: Establishment did not honor the stated booking.com procedure ie free by 1359. In stead I got a threatening call from Booking.com ( who didn't know their own policy either). The room I got was not the room I booked ie downstairs double bed terrace. Instead got upstairs. Twin with warning note not to use as a double or extra 7€ fee per night. No toiletries in room unless you purchased them except a small bottle of hand wash over basin. I provided my own soap in shower but it was removed when the room was serviced. Room amenities on Booking.com list water, chocolates etc ONLY if you pay extra. The pool is featured in every room listing and photographs. However despite it being Mid July the pool was covered and most of the access around was closed off by a ring of potplants. It was only listed as open 8-5 however during my four day stay the cover only came off outside these hours once when family only used the pool until 2130! The breakfast is listed as a la Carte but no it is set and while nice isn't again what is listed. Cereals are shown but not offered. Fruit juice is listed but not offered only sparkling water. The front terrace right at the door is the smoking area so you have to walk past smokers to get inside. The smoke also comes inside. The garden is only available at certain times for walking in,in fact there are two pages of rules! Site states mini market on premises. The only thing I saw were over 60 jars of jams for sale.
Pros: Great breakfast, we were even offered to take some lunch with us. Great bed, clean rooms and very friendly owners

Pros: The building is fancy old villa, on a beatiful street...nice too look at! The interior is amazing, like being in a museum.
Cons: The evening time receptionist did remind me of old times. Not in a good way though. She seems to treat all customer with quite a harsh mannor, giving you orders and commands as a quest. Not very suitable in the German (polite) guest culture. The dinner was excellent, however the breakfast was a miniature version, understandable for the few guests I assume.
Pros: The style, antique
Cons: Ich liked it all
Pros: The old fashioned design of the building and decorations. The food and staff were also amazing.

Pros: this hotel is located in the "Forest". Very quite, comfortable and modern. The room was very clean and equipped with TV， slippers，good bath room etc. Beides the beer was also very good. Don´t forget to try it. The parking place was also convenient and big.
Cons: Because of the WIFI code i had a very unpleasure experience. One of the staff gave me always the WIFI ticket which was only ONE hour available. I told her that please gave me at least a one day long ticket, but she just insisted on her wrong way and gave me always the One-hour wifi ticket. Because of the ticket I had to went downstairs every hours! Four times! That was very ridiculous! At least I met a male staff and finally he gave me the right one, 7 days! I must say great thanks to him! Because the Hotel is in a very small country，it was really difficult to find. No clear indication! I had to cost much time to find it.

Pros: Breakfast was our main meal there. Cereal, egg and sausage, and bread selections were all tiptop. Kitchen helped with some Gluten-free items. There was a small charge for this extra; I think, a very fair €2.50. Koffee was great! Very nice service and personel.
Cons: We found nothing to really criticize.
Pros: The hospitality and the food! Great parking!
Cons: One of our beds needed a replacement.
Pros: Everything was excellent. The staff were super helpful and exceeded what I expected. For example, I got there really late at night because my train was delayed, hadn’t had dinner, and the receptionist ordered me a pizza without hesitation. Sooo great
Cons: The only thing I could complain about is the wifi connection wasn’t great in my room because it wasn’t in the main building. Still worked most of the time though
Pros: Free parking at the hotel and late check in was possible.
Cons: I got a different room than what I booked - it was an upgrade in size but a definite downgrade in style - so what you see on the booking.com images is apparently not what all the rooms look like but only a few renovated ones. After complaining I got put into a refurbished bedroom that was nice but it smelled like fresh paint. All rooms face the street, too, so it gets quite noisy during the day right from the early mornings.
Pros: Nice restaurant Good location
Cons: Close proximity to the main road causes a lot of noise in the early morning. Could only sleep with closed windows.
Pros: Beautiful location, stylish architecture of the main building and very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Can't think of anything.

Pros: The view was wonderful. Breakfast buffet, very good. Bar served a great drink & good recommendation for light dinner of roast chicken which was very good. Lobby area pretty

With a stay at Zur Altstadt in Weida, you'll be 11 mi (17.7 km) from Badewelt Waikiki Water Park and 13.8 mi (22.1 km) from Blankenhain Castle. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and multilingual staff. Guests may use a train station pick-up service for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Lovely place, clean and comfortable rooms.
Cons: Staff was not able to communicate in English, we were not allowed to pay with Visa and Mastercards (although the reservation was made with the same Visa credit card), thus, we had to face difficulties with obtaining cash. We were requested to leave the hotel earlier before the official check out time what has made us rather upset and forced us to change our plans.
Pros: I was apparently the only guest in the entire hotel. The reception desk is not visible as you enter the place. but you have full view of the clutered kitchen to your left, right near the entrance. I had to walk all the way to the back of the hotel to find someone to talk my reservation and check in. The fellow I met doing some hauling, asked for my name, checked his phone and asked if I wanted to book breakfast for 8 Euros too. I replied yes. Then he just took me upstairs and handed me the key to the room and some towels. No check in form to sign, no computer to enter the guess information in, and no payment was requested at the time. Next morning, again in the the breakfast room, I was the only one present (at 8 am local time), no other guests. There was half-cold decanter of coffee, no english breakfast tea, no hot water,. Just some cereals including corn flakes, some milk, apples and butter and jam, but no sliced bread or other pasteries. Just some bread rolls. When a lady walked in, she asked if I wanted coffee or tea? THen she brought some hot water, but again, no breakfast tea bags. I asked her to make me an omlette. Which arrived 5 minutes later, completly bland without even a slice of tomatoo. Overall, the breakfast was poor and not worth the hassle or the price. On the last day, someone came and knocked on my door at 9:00 and asked me to pay - no phone inside the room perhaps could be the reason? When I went downstairs to pay, the same lady who had prepared the omlettee, was standing inside the restaurant before a cash register and presented me the hotel bill: 70 Euros for the room and 16 Euros for the breakfast - even though breakfast is listed at 8 Euros per person and I was alone throughout the stay, as she also witnessed in the breakfast room, After my objection she revised the bill and removed the extra 8 euros for the breakfast. All in all, the stay was pleasant, but next time I will stay elsewhere.
Cons: All in all, the stay was pleasant, but next time I will stay elsewhere. Not very guest freindly, no professinalism from the hotel staff and no pleasant greetings. If out of 16 rooms, I was the only guest, says it all.
