it was nice as usual... nothing bad, just a notice to the restaurant... maybe they can put in their menu some courses that are not so "sophisticated" for people that need to eat something simpler...
Rooms without carpet, fantastic. Staff which was friendly and really tried to help when we had some special requests.
It was nice, room was fine, clean. Parking was empty but blocked because of a rally event nex day. We were not able to extend our stay (even if we are regular clients) for another day because all hotel was fully booked for this event. We moved to Wien.
I was not impressed by anything even though the hotel looks nice but only because is new. Untrained hotel staff - very impolite ; a persistent unbearable smell in the room that is unacceptable as they see themselves a high quality hotel which is not even by far true( I think that there is a huge problem with the drain system); very poor cleanness of the room( no attention to detail); poor breakfast. Overall the accommodation does not fulfill the expectations nor the requirements of a hotel that charges you such a high price.
Everything was very good. The restaurant is very delicious, quite innovative but really delicious. Staff was very helpful. Room wide and full of light.
Breakfast was excellent and served on white tablecloths. Also liked the complimentary coffee machine with coffee cream and free drinks in the frig. Also appreciated the free wi-fi , new T.V. and free DVDs. The hallways in this new 4 star hotel are very narrow leading to the rooms and were scuffed and dirty. In this respect it was disappointing and felt like a C class hotel. Rooms are small but functional. There was some lint or hair on the sheets and the electric towel bar in the bathroom was not dusted for some time. The electric towel was not operational and told it was too early to activate the heat...we were there September 24th. Also, this hotel should not be rated as a Vienna airport hotel...it is too far.
Pannonia room was nice. Having the bathtub with the view was great. Designer Outlet is nearby. Nieusiedl lake is 10 minutes away by car. Price is a litle high for location and services.
Very rich breakfast, big rooms with nice view. I forgot the notebook recharger in the room and they delivered to my home in proper time
Only fault was that there wasn't a waste bin for toiletry articles in the bathroom or toilet
It is a new hotel. It is clean. It is close to Designer Outlet so it is a great hotel for shopping. At 10-15 minutes by car you may find Nieusiedl Lake and National Park. At 30 minutes by car you may reach Wien. In the Tower room TV is positioned on the left of the bed, it is a little hard to watch TV from the bed. Our room was not cleaned every day. During our 4 days staying room was cleaned twice. Our reservation was not kept. They gave us anyway an upgraded room and next day offered a room as requested. Somehow in our last night water started to drop from the ceiling... it slowed down after a while to one drop per minute... like a chinese drop. Anyway it was very late and we had to go in the morning...
A friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
Proximity to the lake, quiet environment, and helpful staff. Would be nice if the hotel offers options besides half board. While teh hotel restaurant serves good food, there are also nice restaurants on and around the lake.
it was good value for money (breakfast and dinner included) as well as convenient location
The way that hotel it is design, the kindness of the personnel The comfort was poor due to the fact that despite the low temperature outside, the heat was turned off during the night instead to let the heat on and everyone to adjust upon the preferences. During the night it was pretty cold in the room. Secondly, at the dinner included in room rate was missing soft drinks, even water and wine
dinner was also included in to the price, nice location
spa garage (it is small for my car
nice and helpful staff, good kitchen and service in the restaurant, quiet location near Neusiedler lake, possibility to rent bicycles
very good service excellent breakfast
i mostly liked its location, the service in the restaurant and i was very well surprised by the number of facilities proposed by this hotel
excellent restaurant, rooms are nice, no aircondition but van available, personel very nice, service excellent
The hospitality of the staff, the comfort of the facilities. No.
We felt very comfortable at this hotel. Very nice evening in the hotel's garden.
It would have been o.k. if it was half the price. The hotel is average, nothing special. Staff leaves at 8.00pm., the room with extra price for lake view was actually viewed mostly on a tree. The hotel is close to the lake but not on the shore, there is a playground and the local beach between the lake and the hotel. The bed was not that comfortable. It would be still kind of o.k. but not for this price.
The room is very friendly and the lady over there really nice. Everything was OK
It provided access to the beach and amusements along the lake.
Very good location. Clean and comfortable hotel.
Room was quite OK and the view to the lake was nice. Restaurants are more into the fast food category and the breakfast was not included in the room price.
Very expensive considering location and facilities.
i like the enviremont, close to the beach, a nice quit location during the time i stayed there on october, i guess in the summer is it more busier.big rooms, a very up to date bathroom with a very good shower. the possibility to have breakfast would have been nice. the restaurant is closeby but the you need to go out of the hotel.
Nice, modern rooms with balconies right by the beach. Podersdorf is a perfect break when travelling between Budapest and Vienna. There is a restaurant in the building with good food - both pizzas and other options. We would stay here again! There was no functioning aircondition - and for hot summer days, that is a neccessity!
Everybody is very kind and friendly. The stuff do not speaks english and the hotel does not have english flyers...
The hours for meals were too tight and short.
The hotel is in quiet and nice area. The staff is helpful and nice. Old furniture in rooms.
The absolutely peaceful environment. At the reception we were informed that we can have the rooms only with breakfast and not with full board, and we ordered it, but at the end full board was charged.
Peace and quiet
Helthy foods, good facilities and services
Free parking. Free cycle hire. Lots of flat land and vineyards around nearby - very relaxing. Friendly staff. Very religious hotel, I think semi-run by nuns (which I didnt realise before booking), Christian crosses in every room, generally quite elderly guests. I guess these aren't bad things for everyone, but being a young athiest couple we felt a little uncomfortable.
Beautiful location. The grounds are fantastic and being a birdwatcher I spent an hour before breakfast each day wandering around looking at the woodpeckers, redstarts and flycatchers!
We were looking for a romatic hotel for our anniversary that could also be used as a launch-pad for some cycling trips in the Lake Neusiedl wine region. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a converted 1930s public administration/government building that has been well renovated to preserve some of the classic details (stairwell, tiles, iron work) with added modern comforts. The room was well designed, creative and stylish. Restaurant across the street (also owned by the hotel owner) a nice mix between typical Austrian-countryside cuisine, modern touches and creativity. They also own the pizzeria nextdoor. Right down the road is Lake Neusiedl and bikes trails around the lake and out into the wine region. With so much going for the hotel itself, we were surprised that the breakfast was not included in the price and that it was was so basic (rolls, cheese, soft boiled egg...). Not worth the 10 Euros each we paid, especially with Mole West, an excellent breakfast spot right on the lake, 2km away. Skip the breakfast and head to Mole West.
