A great find. Food and ambience excellent
Really nice place in a really city-centre position. Delicious food and breakfast Really small bedroom, and bathroom tiny tiny!it was not described in the web site! The sauna and welness centre was not working and the stuff not so nice. Internet did not work and you had to pay a lot at t-mobile. Bad experience
Very clean. Beautiful peaceful scenary. Very helpul family run business who went out of their way to provide us with an evening meal, though everything was closed to public for a private party.
lovely relaxing atmosphire almost like at home. Hospitable stuff. Excellent restaurant with superb fast service and delicious food. Stuff have problems to comunicate in other language than German.
homely, friendly, rooms overlooked the stream the misleading wording of the location: it is in Gruenstadl, not Schwarzenberg, .
price at hotel website is cheaper than booking.com
Friendly owners, good breakfast! The instructions for getting to the hotel were not very good and so we struggled to find the place. On getting to the hotel we then found out that the restaurant does not open on Mondays - in fact the whole town seemed to be closed on Mondays and therefore we struggled to find something to eat in the vicinity.
The food was excellent!
Size of the rooms No air conditioning
The food and reception. The temperature: There was no airco with 35 Celsius outside.
For a very reasonable price, the medium-sized room had everything we needed - bed, wardrobe, desk space, TV, bathroom and toilet. The surroundings were quiet with a nice view. There was lots of variety for breakfast, included. Meals were excellent, with some free dishes. The staff was polite, even friendly and helpful - they did our washing, and the manager even drove us to the train station. We could not get an Internet connection in our room, so we spent a bit of time sitting in the lobby just to get on the internet, check emails and book trains and hotels for our trip. Oh, and there were no tea/coffee making facilities or a fridge.
