Pros: Very near the airport
Pros: Food for this type of hotel was particularly good.
Pros: Good breakfast, but overpriced Comfy beds and clean room Kids stay for free
Cons: Staff made a very big deal about our kids eating take away food in the hotel lobby since the food was not from their overpriced restaurant. Seemed ridiculous because we were drinking their overpriced beer So we were paying customers. Come on. We ended up eating take away dinner on the floor by the elevators. Nice way to treat guests.

Pros: Staff, food, beds, ...
Pros: Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was nice. The lady at the front desk (manager?) was superb!!
Cons: sauna was not working, pool area not really inviting to spend time
Pros: The hotel overall is very nice: stylish design of the public spaces, great gym and spa facilities, restaurant is perfect for dinner. The room is well equipped and clean. Nice comfy beds/pillows, coffee maker etc. Really enjoyed gym, pool and sauna. Nice location in town - everything is in walking distance. Spacious underground parking.
Cons: Breakfast is only OK i would say, very limited choice of vegetables, cheese etc. Salads didn't look attractive at all - definitely need to be replaced with fresh veggies. Glass wall and glass door between bathroom/toilet and the room... definitely needs some kind of curtain.
Pros: Price, quality and location

Pros: Property was centrally located. Very close to the train station and bus station. Round the corner from the main town centre.
Cons: Breakfast was expensive so I opted not to take it. Ate out each morning
Pros: The location of the hotel is ok in the city center. Nice beds, small bathroom with a bathtube. Clean room with tv set and all you need on basic need. It's a hotel with no windows opening policy.
Cons: There is an stupid custom in the hotel, a person from the staff knocks in the morning on the rooms doors and literally scream MINIBAR! meaning if you need a refill probably. Around 8-9 o clock in the morning. Then the maid is starting to vacum the hall and the room making a lot of noise. If you want to sleep a bit late because you are on a holiday, there is no way! Please change at least that stupid custom to shout and knock on the doors about the minibar refilling.

Pros: the breakfast was escellent, one of the best i have had

Pros: Very central & close to the station, shops & entertainment
Cons: Air conditioning did not work & public rooms smelled of smoke
Pros: The minibar was reasonably priced. The room service food was excellent and delivered very quickly.
Cons: The windows do not open in the room. The minibar, although reasonably priced, did not have much of a selection.
Pros: The king sized bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast buffet was delicious.

Cons: The girl when we first went in at reception was rude
Cons: The room was quite dusty :(.

Pros: Top location of the hotel: walking distance from the center while directly connected to all the main roads Spacious rooms Free breakfast

With a stay at Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven in Eindhoven (Stratum), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Philips Stadium and National Swimming Centre Tongelreep. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: Quick check in, nice staff. When found the pool was closed they moved me to a room with a bath so that helped a little.
Cons: Pool was closed without any information on the website to advise this.
Pros: Modern decor and amenities, very cozy and comfortable. The room temperature was easy to regulate and reached the desired temperature quickly and the bed was very comfortable. It was pleasure to return to the room.

Pros: very nice, clean and comfy + a balcony was a big plus
Cons: friday night it was pretty loud outside our windows (which of course we know they can’t do anything about) the wifi pretty much didn’t work our first day :(
Pros: All perfect,really!
Pros: Very nice service at the reception. A spacious room composed of a part with a table and a TV set and a part with a bed and a sink. Extremely comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, very good location.
Cons: A bathroom located on a different floor can be a problem for people with reduced mobility. The reception is not open all the time, but there was no problem with returning the key.
Pros: location is good close to the center. room was quite clean (average). the single room for 1 person is on the ground floor and next to a toilet, which makes it very cozy, but there's no shower and no one told me where to take a bath (it was unexpected so I did not ask before went to the room). I guess they expected this room's guest just wash their body on the washbasin in the room? but it wasn't a great problem as I stayed only a night. So yes, it's a quite good place for a short stay.
Cons: I reccommend for a more friendly receptionist, a better wifi connection, a more clean bedsheets. It's not really a great value for money.
Pros: Very good location
Cons: Very disappointing bathroom facilities

Cons: Suspicious stains on the sofa. unobtrusive service at the restaurant.
Pros: Everything was great !
Pros: Everything even the weather
Cons: No comment
Pros: Central location ideal for socialising Near bars restaurants and shops Rooms are huge Given the covid 19 regulations and the fact that everywhere was closed to the public the hotel was a lovely place to relax.
Pros: Very central in Eindhoven, very close to the train station and easy to find. Rooms are beautifully decorated & the shower was amazing!
Cons: The lady that checked us in had a little bit of an attitude as we did not have a card due to leaving in on the plane on the way over.

Pros: Good location in the centre of town. Very helpful and friendly staff when we arrived. Large room with good bathroom. Despite its central location only slight road noise gets through to the room so we had a good noght's sleep. Large and comfortable chairs in the room.
Cons: Its a 'design' hotel which seems to mean that stuff looks good but is not always very practical: no shelf in the shower for soap, bedside lamps did not provide enough light to read by, 'open plan' wardrobe rather impractical, coffee machine difficult to operate (under the somewhat gloomy lighting). If you don't mind these kind of minor irritations then this hotel is fine
Pros: the art all around, nevertheless the hotel is not at 100 % ready ;)
Pros: the decore was good.
Cons: It was to cold and the heating in the rooms could not be turnred up even though i asked on three separate days, it was not finished and the advertized gym was not yet open.
Pros: Difficult to say, Hotel just opened for a couple of weeks, the inside organization has still to find their way. But is ok to stay in a further visit to Eindhoven at the same hotel.
Cons: Found kondom under the CR when enterred, got as an offer to change the room and a bottle of wine. Missing hotel infos at the room such as tel directories, city map etc., Clothes have to hang openly in the room and very hight-suitable for tall dutch people
Pros: The hotel is vary new and has potential to become quite nice with its unique designer rooms
Cons: Hotel was too new, still many 'teething problems', e.g., no iron board, no chair at desk, not enough light in bathroom, design of room was not very nice, no way to reach reception from the room, no room service, minibar not filled, still a lot of construction / decoration going on inside, etc.

Harba Lorifa is located in the woods of Valkenswaard, in the middle of a sports park. It offers a terrace to relax and free parking spaces. Free Wi-Fi is available at the hostel. The sleeping quarters are quietly located, away from the spacious main hall. Most dormitories have their own bathroom facilities. The interior of the hostel with the reception area and bar is spacious and intimate. There is also a TV room and a bike rental service. Harba Lorifa it takes a 15-minute drive to the city centre of Eindhoven.
Pros: * The location surroundings are the biggest asset for this hostel. We were lucky to catch a sunny morning and it was a great pleasure to walk in that forestry area after checking out. Also related to the hostel position is the nature quietness can get in the late/ early hours.
Cons: * No directions on how to get to the hostel from the bus stop. We have arrived in the late afternoon when it was getting almost dark. There are no indicators on the direction to walk. Google Maps was taking us directly through the forest and private land, luckily i had another app on my mobile that worked as a guide. That was a tricky thing as well, since some of the routes towards the hostel area had fences/ gates that are locked at a certain night time, and if you arrive later than that - then going around even more is guaranteed. At least that was our experience. * The information they print out and handle at the reception was in Dutch. Would be good to use a ENG print as well, for the international community and expats as myself, for example. * Room didn't look clean (floor, that improvised wardrobe /shelves in the room) * Definitely not a fan of that bathroom/ shower area - common corridor with other room, no door to the bath area for some privacy. * Our room 18L - the door wasn't locking from inside the room.
Pros: Quiet location ..parking very good ..nice woods .leisure facilities.all around .lots to do ...nice and spacious
Cons: Needed to have a toaster for breakfast .and maybe a few more breakfast choices .
Pros: staff is friendly, the place around hostel is beautiful, lot's of green trees and nice quiet souranding, beautiful to drink cofe in the morning and have breakfast in front of the hostel on the terase. sheets were clean.
Cons: The internet signal in the room wasn't available, the beds are not comfortable
Pros: An inexpensive no frills way to travel.. great location, friendly staff, and atmosphere!
Pros: For the good part of both days I was there, my room was empty. That didn't have too much to do with the hotel, I was just lucky. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, and they had games such as pool and foosball in the lounge, as well as a big tv.
Cons: My room was very cold, no lockers, the free breakfast ended very very early, and the hotel is nowhere near the main town, or train station.
