Pros: Very nice presentation on the room. Loved the towel swan and the terry robes!
Cons: Bathrrom door closes on its own, too dark in the middle of the night
Pros: Room was nicely laid out. The bath robes and towel swan on the bed were a nice touch. Very quiet. The restaurant attached to the hotel is a great place to eat and the pub is also good.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Pros: Very Clean.
Cons: Gym was closed. Packed all of my stuff couldn't use it!
Pros: The bathroom has absolutely no counter space. Shower head is not desireable as its not adjustable, 10-12" square head coming from the celing. My preference is from the wall and adjustable position. Bed is king size but very comfortable
Pros: Parking seemed slim sometimes and a clearer entrance and sidewalk all around would help
Pros: Great hotel and lovely room. Staff was excellent.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, etc
Cons: Nothing to add
Pros: Comp breakfast was excellent
Cons: Bed was small
Pros: Good bed, lots of pillows
Cons: Very poor food in Dining Room
Pros: The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast that came with our room was excellent. The restaurant and bar had terrific food and service. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Pros: Very comfortable beds!
Pros: Everything was very clean.
Cons: A note in the room said we could get 10% off a meal at the Best Western. We got there and found out we were supposed to get a card from the front desk. How were we to know?
Pros: The bed was Luxurious and the shower was relaxation under a tap. Sadly we missed out on the pool but next time hopefully we'll catch it. The breakfast was more than filling. Overall a super clean relaxing stay.

Cons: Big stains on bedspread Looked very dirty and end night stand was didty
Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was sufficient.
Cons: Bed was a bit too hard in my opinion.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better
Cons: Bed spreads were very stained And night stand was sticky and not clean
Cons: Probably due to the storm we had just experienced, the TV didn't work - no signal. The radio flashed but we reset the time. We went to a wrong entrance - there was no sign saying which door to use. We also missed using an elevator.
Cons: The stairs. A long climb for a Pearson my age.
Cons: I am really disappointed, I had tried to contact the hotel because of a booking issue and they never did respond to my email at all. At least if they had responded and told me there would not be a refund I would not be as upset. My email was ignored completely. Because of my booking error, we ended up paying full price for the room (again not complaining because the error was mine to begin with) but the disrespect I felt because of my email not being answered or my request to have my phone call returned by a manger is not acceptable.
Pros: The location
Cons: Could have been cleaner
Cons: The hotel needs to be cleaned. I was scared to touch anything until I cleaned it myself. Its not a 5 star and I get that its not fancy. It looks and felt dirty. Probably didn't help that they checked me into a room that wasn't made up to begin with. The staff was quick to put me in a different room.....that was good.....
Pros: Booked the room for my elderly parents. 90 yr old post knee surgery mother, so room convenience and chair in easy access shower was great. They found it very comfortable and quiet.
Cons: Accessing the second floor for breakfast was a bit of a challenge.
