EVERYTHING AS GOOD I WISH THERE WERE MORE STORES
Nice comfortable rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Wish there were more shops and more choices for food late at night.
Large gaming area I reserved a room for my birthday the bouncer at the club was racist I am Caucasian and two of my friends who happen to be Hispanic were denied access to the club for shoes once inside I photographed 12 white people wearing sneakers. Totally unfair and will be filling a complaint with the better business burough
clean, reasonable price disappointed that the staff offered limited options, concern or compensation with a dog barking 3 hours in the early morning
Location Room wasnt very clean found empty beer bottles in room
The rooms were clean, comfortable. There was a restaurant & Bar downs stairs, which was perfect for the night. They even has a comedian in another area, we were tired and didn't make the show, but heard it was a great time. M & R Carroll
Price Shooters Bar
We have family in Coplay and the location is perfect. It wasn't Hilton or Marriott posh but very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable.
the room was very nice and the amenities were great. The only trouble was the king-sized bed was at least 4 feet high. I had to drag a chair over to get my 5 foot self up on it. once up I was ver comfortable. i'd definitely stay here again. they have a pool and exercise room if you are so inclined.
Great locationn....not very comfortable nor clean Great locationn....not very comfortable nor clean
VERY nice exercise room! Pool area was lovely, but the water was too cold. Would be perfect if water was heated. The front desk girl on 7 June was VERY professional and nice. I had a very nice room. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Nice location. The fact that there was very little hot water for bathing. The temperature of the hot water was only enough to make the water luke-warm. Do you have any idea how annoying that is to have driven HOURS and look forward to soaking in a hot bath with some relaxing music, only to find water that is too cold to sit in for more than 5 minutes? I complained and nothing was done. I was there for more than one night. Also your slippery tub is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I did not fall, but I almost did! Did not like that your TV cable provider does not have an onscreen TV guide so I not only know what the channels are, but what is playing!!! I did not know that there was an in-house restaurant where I could have ordered food because I just didn't notice the menu that was placed on the desk. I didn't sit at the desk, so I didn't realize what that was. Breakfast was too limited and laden with carbs and not enough protein. There was a noisy nightclub there. That didn't bother me, but not seeing any security around did.
They have a shuttle service from the airport. All staff was friendly and very helpful. We got in late and the front desk made excellent recommendations for dinner. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. Nice choices. Would stay there again.
The staffs were friendly. The bathroom was clean. No towels in the pool- had to walk to room soaking wet, where there were ONLY two towels! We found used water bottles under the bed, and my bed spread was ripped. The room's layout was very odd. We were two friends and a baby staying, and the beds were completely separated by the bathroom...just odd. They were out of coffee when we came to breakfast, and almost charged us because they forgot to give us our breakfast coupons. We heard loud arguing outside our window all night from 12-2. My baby couldn't sleep. UNACCEPTABLE!
There was a used towel on the sink and the room did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned. There weren't even decent pillows.
Close location to the airport and very convenient. Check in staff pleasant. Had to keep a window open because the odor was bad. The room smelled like animals and urine. The staff at the desk when checking in said that this was one of their good rooms.
Lovely woman at check-in I had a very refreshing shower......Where was the warm water?
My daughter got injured on some glass terrible
Staff were friendly and professional in this older hotel in need of updating. Poor lighting, small room, coffee lukewarm and continental breakfast limited
Everything. Classy, clean and a great value. Top shelf place, in the middle of a quant little town.
Walking distance to good restaurants and historical buildings. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room was very small for the price. I spent less for a NYC hotel at the same quality
Loved the charm and character of this old hotel. The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was very small but clean and updated. We dined in the dining room for dinner and breakfast which was wonderful. Used the small gym for a quick work out which was more than adequate. I would definitely return to this hotel if I needed to be in the area.
Great hotel, great location and great staff. We stayed for musikfest and it was perfect. There are no vending machines so if you want to buy a snack or a drink you need to use their food/bar area which they greatly overcharge. $2.50 for a soda???
We chose this hotel because of its location for Musikfest. Everything was good, the rooms were nice, the staff was accommodating and the location was perfect. nothing
Excellent amenities for traveling family.
Everything. I never feel out these surveys but you guys need to know that you got that place right. Didn't stay long enough
Great services. Clean large room. Decent breakfast. The parking deck came in handy when the 2016 blizzard blew through. Neat town with shops and restaurants within walking distance. No bathtub.
The staff were very accommodating. The hotel is located near a lot of fun places and restaurants. We walked everywhere and was provided a shuttle to and from Sands.
Great hotel. Good value. Excellent location with free parking. All good
Hotel staff very unfriendly
The free breakfast was a very good for the value of the hotel. The room seemed fine at first glance. Once we got ready for bed we realized that one of the beds was filled with sand. Even the pillowcases were covered in it. No one we were travelling with has been near sand all summer. The bedsheets were clearly NOT changed between customers. When I opened the curtains in the morning I found a disgusting smear of something. It was at a perfect height where a child could reach when they are on top of the a/c unit. Since we realized the sand issue after dinner when we were getting ready for bed, there were no housekeepers and it took at least 20 minutes for someone to come correct what was an egregious and disgusting issue caused by hotel staff negligence. I cannot recommend a hotel that could overlook something as basic as changing bedsheets, let alone windexing the windows. The cherry on top was the mysterious $131 charge posted to my account several days after my stay. As if my letting the unchanged bedsheets go without a fuss wasn't a favor, they decide to add mysterious charges to my account. Called the hotel twice and have only been able to reach the manager's voicemail. My only hope is that he's supervising housekeeping.
Inside and outside access to our room All facilities of hotel, including our room were run-down. In our room the light was missing a lamp shade. We only received room service the last evening we were there. There were not enough towels. The room next to us was very loud the first night/morning. The included breakfast was mediocre.
Every single employee with whom I interacted Not enough money spent on cleanliness.
The room was great.
Been there a few times now I like the vicinity Price
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Non-smoking room clearly used to be a smoking room and stunk. Hair on shower floor. Description states memory foam mattresses. Our room had sprung mattresses in which you could feel every coil. Bathroom exhaust fan caked with dust.
Room was very comfortable and close to the front. Hallway was never noisy. Shower had hot water. Plenty of towels. Overall I would come back again. Breakfast eggs tasted like cardboard . Breakfast syrup holder only had 1 tub in it and wasn't replaced although they had plenty of sugar free. Otherwise the breakfast was plentiful. This View is not the Comfort Inn which it had been in the past .
It was convenient to where I needed to go and close to major roadways. Beds are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is quite nice and served early. No elevator.
Rooms were dirty Have picture if interested. Not enough towels
Breakfast Price too high!!
We liked the beds, the water pressure, and the water was hot too! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back when the View is finished with their renovations are done. Also very convenient location. Loud drunk frat boys, but that's not the fault of the hotel.
clean, comfortable, close to place of business smoking rooms are more worn and smelly, understandably so. If you want a nicer room and you smoke. go outside
The location was great but very close to the main road and parking was sparse . Pool was dirty had dirt on bottom of the pool. Notherwise many towels and they were rather small.
Was only disappointed for ending location As I wanted to be closer to Pennsburg, Pa And ended up 30 minutes away. Location from desired area .
The rooms decor and cleanliness. No complaints
Nothing really, the hotel seemed dirty and in general disrepair. Hotel room was dirty, stains and just in general disrepair. Also relative to other hotels we stayed at the price and amenities were simply not competitive. It was definitely not in concordance with either the star level advertised nor the Hilton name.

Nice place. They had chocolate milk for my son. The soda machine only took credit cards.

Location I expected more from the Hilton hotels. Large rip in carpeting in our room . Empty 2 liter soda bottle left on top of armoire from previous occupants. Rust around fixtures in bathroom tub. Otherwise room clean beds comfortable. Poor maintainence.
Cleanliness. Nice bed to be relaxed. Most of the staff are very nice friendly. But a guy on the night-shift was very unfriendly. No smile, no greetings. He didn't talk to me. Since he was in charge when I checked out the hotel, it left a bitter taste in the mouth in the end!
I have to give this hotel 10 stars not only because it was just great overall but the STAFF was amazing. We had an emergency and they acted so quick, so professional, life saving. THANK YOU
The room was spacious, the beds were quite comfortable and we loved the fireplace. My daughters loved the extra television and we took advantage of the kitchenette also! We will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. AND there were COOKIES!
The hotel is clean and welcoming, greeted once walking in. The room was warm and smelled nice too. Overall, we will stay here again. The side conversations between employees. While waiting at the front desk for our room information, the Customer Service girl was talking to others in the backroom. Pretty rude and worse yet it was a loud conversation about sex. I know they were joking around but those talks should be kept low or at least away from earshot of guests.
I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's throughout the country and this stay was just as good as the others. I will always favor this chain above hotels with the same star rating, even if it's 10% more. The chlorine smell from the pool permeated the corridors surrounding it up to 50 feet away. The heater fan would not turn off at all, even when the temperature was reached. It was very noisy and disturbed my sleep a bit.
Professional and friendly staff. Great rooms.
Everything you would expect from a good suite. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Nice stay
Location. Breakfast was good. Spacious room. Nothing.
Really nice bed. Big, comfy room. Huge shower. And I was happily surprised when I realized they offer both free breakfast and free dinner. And they have 4 different coffees in the lobby, served 24/7.
The Whirlpool. I did not like the fact that I left my cell phone charger in the two bedroom suite. It took a long time to verify that it was found and I am still awaiting the hotel to mail it back to me.
We loved our stay at this hotel. It was one of 11 we booked for a little trip across America. Our only regret is that we only stayed for a short time. Fantastic hotel with good facilities and friendly staff and we would go back their again Nothing at all
very quaint & excellent location if you're going to the casino
The staff were very pleasant! Enjoyed the morning breakfasts! Tuesday night there was a regional storm scattered pour outage. The staff were helpful and great! Thank-you no

The staff was above-and-beyond helpful, the location was great, the breakfast was amazing... even fresh cookies available 24 hours a day! I can't think of anything!
Pretty place with an excellent staff. Room was located near the roadway so there was traffic noise.
Very quaint and old mansion. Clean and well maintained.
Sayre Mansion provided the sense of living elegantly. Our room was stylish and enjoyable just for our relaxation. Breakfast was served in a very nicely furnished room (entrée orders taken and other items self-served).
Friendly and welcoming reception. Beautiful well kept house, modernised but everything in keeping with the fact it was a period property. Breakfast was very good too. All in all it was like stepping back to a bygone age.
We stayed in room 20 which was formerly a part of the mansion library. The ceiling was ornate Italian Renaissance in design. The room was very large with windows looked out over the city. The breakfast was great as was the service. The location is on a hill overlooking a very busy road.
The room was very clean. Staff was pleseant. Indoor pool was small and the water was cold.
Location was perfect for us. Room was clean. We thought it was a bit cramped with a desk, sofabed loveseat and a king bed. Had a little trouble with the air conditioning¿ turns out you don't monkey with the buttons and switches on the unit, you use the wall thermostat. Duh¿ our bad!
Many windows The whole room reeked of smoke including the sheets, pillows, & blankets. When I asked for clean ones I was told the housekeeping key was with the shuttle driver & he left to do a run back in 20, 90 min later still no sheets had to go down & get them myse
Convenient location, clean, and comfortable. The pool area is small and no whirlpool/hit tub.
The room and bathroom were clean, except for the drinking glasses. There were four glasses with paper lids on the tray with the ice bucket. But I guess the maid's motto is ''if it looks clean it is clean'', My husband was disappointed that coffee was only available in the lobby in the morning. The room was large. There was a vent in the bathroom but no mirror in there to appreciate that there was no fog. The sink/vanity was outside the room where the tub/shower and toilet were. The vanity was small but there was a closet blocking it from the bed area. Also, you had to close the door to the tub room to use the vanity and to even get to the light switch for the tub room, a bit odd! The light in the foyer of the room could be turned off and on by either the switch by the door or one by the bed, that was very convenient. But I would recommend the Bethlehem Diner for breakfast the food was good and the price was right and as their sign says service in 10 minutes.

It was a nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The HVAC unit in our room did not work. It was very noisy; apparently there is no soundproofing. The TV was in a bad spot. Only one person could view it. That person was in the way of the second person.
Recently renovated, modern and clean No free coffee in the lobby (but it is free in the room.) The cleaning lady knocked on our door 11:45 AM even though we had a do not disturb sign up and we were checking out at noon. My BF thought the room was a little small, but I thought it was cozy.
Very clean & new surroundings. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Not really!!
We only needed one night in the Lehigh Valley. Normally, we stay at the Red Roof Inn, but there must have been something happening in the area the weekend we were there as almost all hotels were booked - at least, all the non-smoking rooms were booked. Let me say that there was nothing really wrong with the facilities. It was okay. But the room was really small and didn't feel 'comfortable.' Again, everything in the room was 'okay,' though it's been a long time since I've seen an old CRT type television (instead of a flat screen) in a hotel and the channel choice was literally pathetic. It didn't even have the local Philadelphia channel on which the Phillies are broadcast - unforgivable. In the morning, rather than a complimentary continental breakfast, they had a $10 buffet. We passed. . . Worst problem? They don't warn you about the poorly aimed irrigation system. We had the side and back windows out of our jeep since no rain was expected and there were no valuables left inside. In the morning, it was clear that it had been sprayed overnight. When my wife went inside to get some towels to dry the seats, it was clear that the front desk clerk had heard this complaint before. We turned down her offer to have the staff clean it up, which was very nice, but would have preferred a simple warning sign in the parking lot.
Check in at a later time (11 pm.) staff doesn't offer to show you the room nor do I think it's a policy. The heating system was difficult to operate, the bathroom didn't have any shelving to put garments on,only a small hook behind the door. Not happy.
Cleanliness and hospitality
This was a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The continental breakfast was by far the best that we have had at any hotel. Being only mile from ABE airport was very convienent, but it would have been nice if there was a shuttle service. We would stay here again.
Clean well appointed rooms. Everything seemed very well maintained. Buffet breakfast had many options. Full kitchen is a plus when staying longer. Staff very friendly. In room free WiFi a plus. Nice fireplace but the timer made clicking noise when on. No complaints.
two out of the five days the a/c broke and flooded the room was woken up the first morning by the grass being cut right under my window. on two different mornings we we re woken up by the phone next door. one morning at 7:15 we were woken by the garbage collection. breakfast was ok when they had enought food out. had to go to front desk to get towels for the pool every day . btw the grass cutters cut the grass by the pool and aimed there blower at the pool needles to say pool had lots of grass i had to ask them to clean it one day.staff thro was very nice and did there best. would not stay there again.we left a day early. sons life vest was never found after we left it near the pool one night.
The room was excellent and it was nice to have a breakfast the following morning. The keys were a little difficult to use.
1 st and 3rd night room flooded from a/c freezing. I was awakened one morning by the company they hiried cutting grass at 7 a.m. One morning i was awakened by the garabage collection at 7:15 a.m. Two mornings we were awakened by the phone ringing in the room either next to us or above us t 7 a.m. My family and I went there to relax and not get up as in going to work. had to ask for towels for the pool everytime we went . Morning breakfast not bad but had to wait for food at times .My son left his life jacket at pool one night and never found NEVER AGAIN ! We cut our vacation short by one day and went home
Beautiful, clean hotel. Friendly staff.
It was design beautifully. Very trendy/New York type hotel. The staff was great. Parking was not the most convenient and finding the entrance to the hotel also. Was disappointed breakfast was not included.
The view and modern decor Location at the corner was a little intimidating with traffic
Modern. Updated. Disgusting-Lots of yucky stains on stuff and fresh blood drops on the bedding as well as the chair. The pay for parking garage was difficult to locate and had terrible signage. Walk from the garage to the front desk then to your room is too far for kids.
Clearly it was a very new hotel. The decor was modern and tasteful. The hotel staff was VERY accommodating and nice! The bathroom doors in the (2) queen BR. Very cool to look at, not super practical. The doors are sliding doors and offer little privacy (i.e. they don't 'shut' all the way).
The hotel is remodeled and very modern. It was in a perfect location to go to the Farmer's Market and Coca Cola Field. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Valet parking is the way to go and is only $2 extra.
nicely furnished Shower was not very clean, and parking was expensive.
Great location, outstanding service and best hotel value in Allentown. Highly recommend as we've stayed there twice now.
Very nice, staff was great, location was great. No
Very nice hotel would recommend someone to stay there. Staff very helpful. Room is very clean. To me this would be a 5-star hotel
In center of town. Had a garage with unlimited in and out for guests. No place to pull up to the hotel to even drop off someone. The hotel is very noisy in the rooms if there is a concert going on in the PPL center. Also on street parking is hard. city blocked off meter parking so no way to even stop to let someone out.
Everyone was so kind and accommodating! Would visit again in a heartbeat It was a little confusing to find where to park vs valet
Friendly Outgoing Staff Nice clean facilities Plenty of parking
I was in town to care for my elderly mother who lives nearby; every night when I came in, the sweet boy at the front desk would ask, "How's your mom?" Housekeeping left me a sweet note every day. Entire hotel nice & clean! I would happily stay here again. Wished I'd brought my pillow from home! Bed was super comfortable, but pillows were past their prime.
The room was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff was kind and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We have been staying at many different hotels this summer with our 11 year old son and 2 year old daughter, this was the best overall hotel that we stayed in. We were there for a baseball tournament for our son. The only even slighty negative thing was breakfast started at 7 and on Sunday we had to leave at 630 to get to our game.
Staff was top notch, new the area, and very willing to please. I thought everything was well done..
A giant 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, lots of space to separate young kids from adults when it was bedtime. 6 people slept very comfortably. Not a thing.
great looking location very nice bathrooms with exception to the small bathtub clean kitchen area my closet was missing a door the ac in my room didn't work.
Liked friendly people that I dealt with. Still to receive a receipt for stay. Had to leave early, due to probate problems, with fathers estate who had just passed away. Waiting to see if last nine days were credited to my account.
The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. They have a nice pool and hot tub area. Yhe breakfast offered was nice and typical of a hotel continental buffet. The shower was a little odd, shower head spewed what seemed like 5 gallons a minute.
The convenience! The bland look and feel!
Location Treadmill has been broken for a few weeks, based on other reviews, and it was broken the night I stayed there. The shower curtain rod was broken so I couldn't closed the curtain. Staff offered to change my room because it was too late in the day, but I already unpacked and didn't feel like moving to a different room just for that. Coffee was cold in the evening and breakfast was basic and just okay. I expected a little more attention to details from a Wyndham hotel, to be honest.
The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Only complaint was the breakfast. Not enough seating. Ran out of food and long line to make waffles. The person working the buffet seemed overwhelmed.
All staff where corteous, professional and willing to go above and beyond to serve us.Food in the area is great. My favorite was a dominican restaurant called "El Rey Del Mofongo". They made us feel welcomed and the food was great no complaints
Nice room, nice staff. Not in a good part of town.
