Pros: Most comfortable bed ever. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The room was clean and comfortable. Large enough and updated. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
Cons: Ran out of hot water the first morning, but there was a girl's soccer team or cheerleading team in the hotel. I think everyone was taking showers at the same time. The second morning we had plenty of hot water.
There was dangerous ice all over the parking lot. This seems to be common all over the city. It was dangerous trying to get from the car to the door of the hotel.

Cons: A lot of water damage. Pipes leaking in hallway with a bucket under it. Children up running in the hallway screaming late at night and into early morning.
Pros: location. breakfast was good
Cons: not incredibly clean and the floors were grubby
Pros: The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. If not for my complaint below, I would had rated this hotel at 3 stars (it is listed as a 2 star hotel). Despite that complaint, in my opinion it deserves to be ranked 2 1/2 stars.
Cons: The toilet was a very cheap model with very low flush power and would clog far too easily.
Pros: The convenience, price and ease of access of this hotel were great.
Cons: The hallway in which my room was located reeked of marijuana. There were what seemed to be food or grease spots on most of the walls of the room I stayed in and there was a large tear in one of the bed skirts on one of the queen beds in my room.
Pros: The location of the hotel.
Cons: More breakfast options:)
Pros: Family and animal friendly. They were willing to help us out in an unusual situation making it much more comfortable and feeling safe.

Cons: I wish the breakfast was a little more hearty. Scramble eggs, biscuits, sausage...just enjoy a more traditional style of breakfast.

Cons: There was no consistent hot water for the shower, either late at night or in the morning. The toilet barely flushed. The staff at checkin was having an argument with her boyfriend which made checkin uncomfortable. The room had roaches.
Pros: good location for our travels
Cons: Room keys would not work after a time. Had to get replaced twice. Staff blamed it on being near smartphones or credit cards in wallet. Heard same complaint from another guest.
Pros: The cleanliness and decoration of the room
Cons: location was a little hard to find..
Pros: The atmosphere, room and staff.
Pros: Great hotel! For the price...Excellent! I would stay here again!!
Pros: It was where I needed a place to stay but beyond that I have nothing good to say about it.
Cons: The desk clerk assured me that my 95 year old mother would have no difficulties getting to the room. The only way to access it was up two levels of steps. It was a nightmare on a walker. The room was dirty and we left quickly the next day very unhappy.
Pros: Price. It was clean. The staff were very nice but only a few spoke English well making it difficult to let housekeeping know if I needed anything but they were great and worked with me. Towel Elephant one day. The breakfast was very good also.
Cons: There was only one laundry room all the way on the other side of the hotel. I booked this hotel half an hour away from my true destination because it had a swimming pool however when I arrived I was informed the pool was closed for the season. Not happy
Pros: Cannot think of anything we liked. We did get a partial refund for the inconvenience and mess.
Cons: We changed rooms three times because things like lights, phone, faucets did not work. Business center printer did not work. Orange juice dispenser at breakfast bar did not work. Tub was missing plug for a bath.
Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: Offered smoking room online, and my confirmation showed a smoking room was booked, but when my wife & I checked in we were told they do not have smoking rooms. False advertisement!!! Plus, the floor was extremely wet from the A/C unit leaking
Cons: The room smelled dirty. It was hot sticky and muggy, old the toilet seat was stained and dirty so was the shower. The carpets were nasty.
Cons: The room was very dirty and very dated! Needed a late checkout due to car trouble and the manager would only offer one extra hour! I would not stay here again!
Cons: The entrance to the rooms were not locked. Anyone had access inside the hotel. The cereal bowls were like shot classes, small.

Cons: The hotel was average overall, but there was a loud pipe in the bathroom that did not stop the entire duration of our stay. We had to sleep with the bathroom door shut to quiet the sound a bit. Also, the indoor pool was dated and spa was broken.
Cons: Hair and urine on the toilet.
Pros: Inside pool
Cons: Pool not heated
Pros: Very clean and comfortable accomidations. Breakfast was a nice setup with a very good variety. Staff was very friendly and accomidating.
Cons: I have no complaints of this Hotel and they will get my business again.
Cons: The quality of this hotel has fallen since the last time we stayed. Very little toilet paper in room no extra roll. 2nd nite again very little toilet paper the clean up cart did not have any. The room was not very clean
Pros: The location of it was easy to find and staff was very helpful. The breakfast was nice lots of selection to choose from.

Pros: Bed was fluffy and modern, lots of room, sparkling clean, great breakfast!
Cons: No back egress to shopping center-had to go around on freeway.
Pros: Stayed for 3 nights on a golf trip two days rained out so what can we we do. Pool and hottub was out of service with no idea when it would be fixed. Also they hit my CC for 50.00 for incidentials?? tried to rent a movie no way to charge for it so no
Cons: no pay per view no pool no hot tub waiting on refund on 50 dollar deposit for incidentals?
Cons: Pool n hot tub closed
Pros: The cleanliness and breakfast
Cons: The pool was out of order
Cons: The terrible order that greets you when you walk in. Attendent at the desk said he had worked there so long he was used to it. The room I was in didn't smell much better. Went to store and bought order eaters from Yankee Candle. $25.00. Pool water green.

Cons: Someone asked outside if we did drugs. This particular resident was walking to different rooms throughout our stay and stopping everyone. It made me uncomfortable. I don't want to judge the entire hotel based on one guest, but it made us uncomfortable
Pros: The bed was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The carpet in this motel is terrible. Your feet get black from dirt and stains when you walk on the floor. The cord to the light over the bed was wired and taped together. The extesion cord to the refrigerator was broken.Could not use it.
Pros: Outside was fair but didn't expect a weekly live in motel
Cons: Older motel with people standing around and made us feel uneasy. Thought with the rating it would be nicer. Would not go back!
Pros: The staff was friendly during our stay. Parking was good. Close to restaurants.
Cons: Could have been a lot cleaner. Toilet seat did not fit. Room was small.
Pros: It has nothing for 2 star hotel. Torn sheets, bed spread has cigar smoke holes and burns. Microwave and fridge unplugged with a electric strip laying on the floor for self help. It was the worst experience of my life. And for -- dollars. I want refun
Cons: It has nothing for 2 star hotel. Torn sheets, bed spread has cigar smoke holes and burns. Microwave and fridge unplugged with a electric strip laying on the floor for self help. It was the worst experience of my life. And for -- dollars. I want refun
When visiting Sherman, Sherman Inn is a great choice to consider. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: The room was clean.
I appreciated the instant hot water in the tub/shower, with plenty of water pressure.
The air conditioner was effective.
I appreciated having a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room, although we did not use them.
Cons: The hallway was not clean.
The dresser was in some disrepair, and was missing a drawer.
The door to our room had to be force-closed; this made me think that maybe the hinges were loose.
I was able to connect to the internet, but not able to use it, I guess because of very low speed.
No one responded to the chimes when I went to the front desk to check out, so I just dropped off my card/key at the desk and left.
I was concerned about the gallon milk jug, as opposed to individually packaged servings. (We did not eat or drink anything.)
