What's not to like? Clean, quiet, perfect location downtown, spacious room, great restaurant downstairs, airport shuttle (from hotel lobby through TSA Pre to gate was 25 minutes total at 8AM Monday). It took a few minutes running the water for it to get hot.
Room service is excellent, great staff, clean, large rooms and just a wonderful place to stay!
Very nice and very clean small luxury hotel in downtown. Cannot go wrong by staying here. I will be visiting again. All exceeded my expectations. Thanks.
Great location in the middle of Old Town. We were within 1 - 2 blocks of all restaurants and bars. We loved the Victorianish atmosphere of the hotel, but it still had great amenities like a med-sized fridge and a 2-burner stove. Largest hotel room we have ever stayed in and the bathroom was very roomy also! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Wichita.
The staff was fabulous!
Tastefully decorated. Close parking garage. Easy to get to. Bed was very uncomfortable. TV didn't work. Food was bland.
Location Sewer gas in the hallway & the room! I have been here before but I WILL NOT be back!
VERY clean, VERY polite workers, VERY good breakfast. Quiet hotel, great location, best hotel in Wichita. There was NOTHING I didn't like.
The rooms were huge, and it had a great location near shops and restaurants. It was also very reasonable and a great value for the money. Our room was located directly across the street from a bar, which played extremely loud music into late into the night. Also, the breakfast was not included, and at $13.95 for adults, it was on the pricey side. Also, it would have been great to have a pool or hot tub. Finally, we didn't know we would be charged $8 for parking per night until we checked out.
The location was perfect because we had planned on going to the Pumphouse and it is right across the street. We didn't have any shampoo in our room.
