Pros: Awesome stay

Pros: Excellent staff went out of their way to help. The location was perfect for early morning flight
Cons: Pillows were very uncomfortable
Pros: All the staff were bloody awesome. Room, breaky and gym also excellent. Thank you.
Cons: Paying for the shuttle.
Pros: However the concierge Stewart did a great job and was very professional and helpful.
Cons: Front desk service wasn't what was expected for a Pullman hotel, hardly welcoming at best. Had trouble with room service also. Tried multiple times ordering breakfast however failed to do so having 2 outdated menus in which no one could assist us in getting a current one..
Cons: Bathroom facilities could be improved.
Cons: We were VERY dissappointed to be charged such a high rate to park the car considering we were already staying there the night.
Pros: The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. The room was sizeable and luxurious.
Cons: Those statues in the lobby are really... something.
Pros: Big room. good view.
Cons: A charge of $40 for parking my car at the hotel. As a paying guest parking should be free. I parked on the street.
Cons: Too expensive for amenities included. Price includes only basic room. No internet, no breakfast, no complimentary airport shuttle. Hotel restaurant is expensive ($40 per person for breakfast). We would not stay here again.
Pros: Facilities were clean and satisfactory, overall.
Cons: Staffs were unkind and there were many misinformed notices.

The hotel has a spacious and relaxing Sydney beach-side feel, superbly located in the heart of Brighton Le Sands. The resort facilities will not disappoint with an outdoor pool with sun beds, indoor heated pool, tennis court, fully equipped gym and spa, dedicated kids play area and restaurant and bar facilities.
Pros: Clean comfy beds
Cons: No real cups only paper ones in room
Pros: Friendly Staff. Rooms was very clean. Breakfast was amazing and delivered super early as we had to split for work. Definitely Recommend.
Pros: Customer service Was Excellent
Pros: Good location, close to airport.
Cons: The bath tub was dirty
Pros: Very, very clean room. Big towels. Nice toiletries. Great selection of movies. Good sized TVs. Nice room service dinner, but even better breakfast. And a lot of food. Spa bath has very good jet stream. Pillows and bedding soft and luxurious. Quiet room, only noise we heard was from when the balcony door was open. Close proximity to amenities, shops etc including only a couple of minutes walk to Coles. Very close. We only encountered 6 staff members, Chelsea and another lady at reception, the lady whom took our dinner order, the lady whom delivered our dinner and the two ladies that delivered breakfast. Each one exceptionally polite and friendly. Very very good ambassadors for the hotel.
Cons: No bin in the toilet. Unusual the toilet is separated from the bathroom. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Too many uneven parts. Main bed too firm for our liking. Should be plush in the Superior King room in my opinion. Desk table should be bigger to accommodate large plates for dining. Only one person at a time could eat with 2 sitting on the floor on the coffee table. We had 3 adults and a 9 yr old, so one had to stand.
Cons: The room I was assigned had old, broken furniture; there were candy wrappers behind the armoire; a cup of candy treats left in there from the previous guests; a dead cockroach in the corner; broken toilet paper holder; beds were overused and way too soft; the entire room was run down ad disgusting.
Located in Mascot, Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Airport is in the business district, within a 10-minute drive of Sydney Cricket Ground and Circular Quay. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Good location near Mascot station so easy to get around Sydney. We had an apartment with kitchen and a washing machine which was useful.
Cons: It would have been helpful to have more crockery and utensils in the kitchen area.
Pros: The sheets and bedding was very luxurious, a very comfortable bed, super clean room with very good facilities. Staff very helpful allowing early checking whilst we were stuck in Sydney due to Covid 19.
Pros: LOCATION is excellent - 2-3 mins from Mascot train station. Central. quick and easy to airport. Room as great- quiet.Bed comfortable. was on level 4
Cons: Room Service on Friday night doesn't work as they have live music in café and staff can't hear the phone. It continually rang out. I went down and ordered and took to my room Great food though!
Pros: We were accommodated when we arrived two days late. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you
Pros: This is a very comfortable, well priced hotel in close proximity to the airport. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the immediate area so we didn't eat on site. They were actually playing some very loud music on that Friday evening, so not really our style. But each to their own. The room was comfy and clean and I would stay here again.
Cons: Nothing - it was all good
Pros: Great staff and very clean rooms.
Cons: No breakfast or even coffee in lobby and not as close to airport as I wanted.
Pros: Great location near the domestic airport. Short walk to the local bus stop (#400) which you can catch to the airport rather than paying for the shuttle bus. Local buses come regularly and stop outside the Qantas domestic terminal with another short walk to the Virgin Australia Terminal. It was quiet - no noise in the room. Very close to Mascot train station so you can get to and from the city very easily and you don't have to pay the extra train fee to go to the airport train stations (currently about $14.50 per trip). There are a few restaurants near the train station where you can get dinner - the Thai restaurant was great.
Cons: The feather pillows are terrible - rock hard! They only give you one each and if you ask for another pillow they just give you another one the same. The air-conditioning in the room is set to 25 degrees which is too hot. You can turn it down but about half an hour later it resets itself to 25 degrees again and you wake up sweating. Woke up 5 or 6 times during the night and had to get up each time to put the temperature down - the room cools down and then heats up again. We reported it to the staff at reception the next morning and nothing was done so our second night was the same. The Wi-Fi is advertised as free but the free service has a restricted speed of 3 Mbps. If you want unlimited data at high speed it costs money every 24 hours A$9.95. See photo. I wouldn't stay there again based on these 3 things, as I couldn't sleep or stream a movie. There was only one set of towels in a twin bed room for 2 people - had to make another trip to reception to get more towels. There was no regular tea in the room even though there was a small kitchenette, so had to make another trip to reception to get a few tea bags. Cafe was permanently closed while we were there for 2 days. May have been due to the COVID-19 shut down although the restaurant in the Holiday Inn next door was still open at that time.
Located in Mascot, Quest Mascot Serviced Apartments is in the business district, a 4-minute drive from Westfield Eastgardens and 5 minutes from Kogarah Golf Course. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Pros: The Reception staff were lovely and helpful.
Cons: There was an unpleasant smell before getting into the lift. We were given a room that faced a construction site despite having requested a quiet room. We called Reception about it who offered to change our room but by then we had unpacked and were too tired after our international flight. The construction site worked until 1 am and continued the next morning at 7.30 a.m.
Pros: Friendly staff, warm and thoughtful service, very satisfied
Pros: Big size apartment with everything you could need. Comfy beds and great location. Good value for money and would stay again. Excellent communication with the staff from over the phone to the front counter. Very approachable! Well done with training guys.
Pros: Lovely place to stay.
Cons: I liked everything.
Pros: It’s good to so close to the airport Cheers
Pros: Close to airport at reasonable price
Cons: All good
Cons: This a great airport stopover apartment. Well appointed and set up. Only downsize is no pool and not much to do in area. Helpful and friendly staff
