Pros: Lovely room and very nice young couple Ania and Karol. Thanks for having us :)
Cons: Living on top of mountain is beautiful but climbing 1.1 km is harder. It’s handy to have a car there .
Pros: Everything was just great! Very clean room and bathroom, beautiful view from the room to the forest and friendly owners for very reasonable price. We are definitelly going to stay again! :)
Pros: Everything is clean and modern. The property overlooks the valley and is very relaxing. The hosts are charming, informative and helpful. All facilities are available.
Pros: Comfy atmosphere, very nice staff, outstanding view
Pros: Great location at almost the top of a mountain. It is a tight drive up if you have a small car. In winter chains would be recommended for sure. The nice thing is that it is absolutely quiet there. Not to mention fresh mountain air. Hiking down to the waterfall over the top of the hill recommended although it does take some effort coming back up the steep road. Facilities are great and the hosts are very friendly and eager to chat.
Cons: Bed mattress on the thin side, but comfortable enough for sleeping on.
Pros: Very quiet and beautiful location , nice and helpful people running this place. Definitely something to recommend.

Pros: Lovely host. The best hotel in Miedzygorze. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful room.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
Pros: We arrived early and were able to check in to our room. It was really beautiful with a double balcony and view of the forest opposite. Violet was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was superb. The spacious room was so warm and quiet and comfortable. Fabulous old wooden building which has been modernised.
Cons: Nothing. We loved everything.
Pros: Great property, great location and friendly hosts. Without the problems we faced, we would have rated it 10 out of 10 (as we have in the past).
Cons: We experienced arbitrary changes to our reservation after booking four months in advance. We were return visitors and booked the same two rooms we had in the past and we expected to receive the same or similar rooms. However, upon arrival we were informed that our rooms had been downgraded to rear-facing rooms (view of a retaining wall!) after the property owner changed the pricing structure and increased the price of the rooms we booked. Regrettably, we weren't informed of the change in advance nor were we offered the opportunity to pay extra to get what we had reserved (and expected to arrive to, i.e., two adjoining rooms and at least one with a decent view). The hosts were apologetic but, ultimately, couldn't provide the rooms we had expected as they had now been provided to other guests. The hosts recommended contacting them by phone or email in future to verify that the booking is still as advertised.

Pros: I liked: 1. location - far from the main roads but not too far to get there from the main road, surrounded with mountains, quiet, nice stream next to the villa 2. food - delicious food, big portions, very nice and rich buffet breakfast with home made cooked meats. 3. helpful and nice staff 4. very nicely planned area around villa with playground, places to seat,
Cons: I liked everything!
Pros: Great location, clean room ,great food.
Pros: If you don't like Eggs, it could be little bit boring, but if you like it, perfect. I have never seen so many different kind of eggdishes like there.
Pros: The hotel is situated in an absolutely stunning and peaceful location and is beautiful with lots of fabulous detail. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were smaller than we expected, however this did not detract from our stay, and we were the only people staying in the hotel, so that was great for us, as we were meeting up with family there. There was a limited menu on our first night, which was not ideal, however, fresh supplies had been organised for the second night, and the food was extremely delicious, plentiful and extremely good value for money. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, we have never had such a feast ever, and was certainly the best breakfast we have ever had in any hotel we have stayed in. We would love to return and will certainly recommend this wonderful place to all our family and friends.
Cons: Our room had a balcony, but there was nothing to sit on to admire the stunning views!

Pros: Dog friendly place. Good breakfast. Very kind and helpfull staff. Home-like atmosphere. Very well equipped kitchen. Sauna! Great calendar - stay in January - offered as a gift.
Cons: Other guests left kitchen with dirty plates, glasses and pots in the evening. I wonder do they behave the same at home... Staff cleared everything perfectly next day.
Pros: The view of the Jagodna mountain from the swimming pool - unbeatable! Very tasty breakfast. Comfy room, all necessary kitchen facilities at your disposal. Great spot for mountain walks.
Cons: No such thing.

Pros: Our stay in Jaśminowe Wzgórze was just perfect. Our hosts were helpful and friendly, so they even recommended nice places to visit in the region. The place is located near few great ski resorts, so it is a really good place to stay in if you want to ski. It has also a special room for ski stuff, fitted out to dry wet shoes and ski equipment. The bed was comfy, bathroom very clean and we could even adjust the temperature in the room! Great stay, I would recommend it to everyone.
Pros: Nice and quiet place, ideally located near Czarna Góra and Spalona ski tracks. The details started after making the booking, the owners immediately contacted us to provide further details about the accommodation. The rooms were very clean, well decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. I would definitely recommend Jasminowe Wzgorze. Excellent choice!
Cons: No negative points.
Pros: location: easy to find, quite near main road, but tucked away, very quiet room: decent design, cosy, kitchen conveniently near the room, all equipment pretty modern stuff helpful, hussle-free
Pros: Nice and cosy. I believe grilling and playing some games outdoors is possible.
Cons: Carefully read signs, google maps will navigate to a wrong place (however just couple hundred meters away).
Pros: super clean, great heating, many lamps in the room create a nice feeling, very well-equipped kitchen, soft pillow, the whole area looks fresh & new, it has a cosy look in & out. Really close to Bystrzyca and perfectly clear road signs lead you to the spot - you just can't miss it :) I was contacted in the morning via text kindly reminding me that there will be no towels available; owner easy to talk to, very helpful and welcoming,
Cons: I think might get a bit noisy in the summer - the fireplace and outdoor sitting area are great but quite close to the back building. Careful about the last part of the road - it's slopy dirt road - just hit 1st gear and you'll be fine.
Pros: Beautiful and peaceful location, spacious accommodation.

Pros: This was a wonderful experience!!! The family is adorable!! You feel like at home. Breakfast is fantastic with variations everyday, local cheese, ham, homemade jam... we also had dinner one day and I highly recommend it. Great price. The location is perfect to visit the region, just in the middle. They have two dogs, two cats and a turtle, and at this moment they also had 8 puppies so my kids were delighted, they didn’t want to leave, we didn’t want to leave!!! They also speak English which is a big help. Thank you all for giving us such a good experience in our trip!!
Cons: The rooms for 4 were not available so we had to stay at a smaller room. But they did their best to make us feel comfortable and it was not a problem.

Pros: Location for trekking!
Cons: Water in our shower was very limited. Bathroom needed refurbishment in our view.
Pros: The breakfast was revolutionary, the views amazing, the location ideal, and the staff could not be nicer or more accommodating.
Pros: Breakfast was mindblowing, location perfect for walks in local mountains, trails start at doorstep so no need to use a car. Restaurant is of a good quality and a good value for money. One of the staff very helpful and customer friendly - I guess he might be the son of the owners. For example as we were leaving too early for breakfast he offered us packed breakfast. On the day of arrival he stayed longer after formal check in hours and he was so apologetic for restaurant being closed that he provided us with room service of excellent local beers as a welcoming gift. If only this level of service was consistent throught our stay!
Cons: Dated room in an urgent need of full refurbishment, room quite small and overpriced for its quality. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was not cleaned even once during this time. Weird behaviour of some staff members for example turning up the volume of the music when we were the only customers left in restaurant and enjoying drinks after dinner, with clear aim to get rid of us as soon as possible and this happened between 5 and 6 pm on Sunday. Were we allowed to stay a bit longer we would spend a bit more money on drinks. Unhelpful restaurant opening hours, breakfast from 9 am, dinner only till 8 pm, closed on Mondays for dinner. Overall place with a great potential but in a bit of a pickle as to customer service and general attitude.

Pros: Very tasty breakfaast, local food. Very comfortabme and big beds. Feels like in mountains. Host welcoming, full privacy. Miedzygorze is beautifull, worth to stay more days.
Cons: Limited t-mobile signal - works best outside of the building.
Pros: Food! Atmosphere! You can feel here more like visiting your family, then inside of hotel. Great place for sleeping, you will feel really relaxed.
Cons: Need bit of refurbish inside of rooms
Pros: It is placed beautifully, calm, quiet, with great vibe.
Pros: Breakfast is like Easter every day. The meals offered are very good and varied. The music from the vinyl only whets the appetite. the place and the owners are very open and willing to cooperate. Beautiful surroundings for active people but not only
Pros: Nice atmosphere, comfortable and clean rooms, big shared living space. Friendly and talkative owners. All this makes a nice boutique hotel in the mountains. It's located a bit away of the village center, but still quite close to the mountain trails. Would recommend, especially to families with children.
Cons: Breakfast could be better - options for warm drinks and foods were too limited.
Pros: Clean and tidy place.. Interesting antiques collection in the restaurant. Very pleasant staff, amazing food.
Pros: Fantastic owners
Pros: Great place, nice vibe. Original decoration and very sympathetic hosters. The breakfast was very complete and tasty.
Cons: There were 2 separated beds and we expected just a double bed for me and my couple. Maybe they could offer soap or shampoo also for the rooms.
Located in Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Hotel Spa Medical Dwór Elizy is in the mountains, a 1-minute drive from Park Zdrojowy and 9 minutes from Church of St. Michael the Archangel. Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: A nice clean room with comfortable beds.
Cons: The room service could get better (sloppy room cleaning). The staff could learn at least basic English (since it is a 3-star hotel). A totally unprofessional restaurant staff - they think they are "haute cusine", but in fact the service does not correspond to it: we were seated to a dirty table, the waiter did not let us taste the wine. Besides the food was a mixture of everything, nothing special. As for breakfast, I would expect to have yoghurt in a 3-star hotel, otherwise all was good.
Pros: modern hotel located in a small town just in front of beautiful parc. Equipment and romm is modern. Swimingpool is available from 6 to 11 and from 16 to 22 - big plus for this. Restaurant is nice, both - the meals "à la carte" and bufet were really good. personnel was really kind and helpfull.
Cons: No air conditionning in the room so with high summer températures around 30°C outside the Inside was less supportable either. few small issues in the room- we had no soap at the shower and it was not re-filled even next day, the hanger for the towel was broken. a play room for kids would also be a good idea.
Pros: Great value for money, very good restastaurant, tasty and rich breakfast. Highly recommended for Spa and wellness stay.
Pros: Hotel SPA, saunas and swimming pool were the reason why we chose to stay there and they met our expectations. We arrived on Friday afternoon and there were still enough spaces to use all these facilities. The personnel was very professional and polite, we had a few requests in the bar or at the reception and they were happy to help without any problems. I can really recommend the mixed grill meal and all the soups from the restaurant menu.
Cons: Two meals that we ordered were not so good - one was supposed to be with shrimps but there were just 4 shrimps in the whole meal. The second was pierogi and the dough was still raw - not cooked properly. Simple things which could be quickly fixed by a restaurant manager.
Cons: When with my 7 year old daughter for 6 days skiing but on the 3rd day my daughter was admitted to hospital due food she had eaten. Spent the next 3 days on hospital with her violently ill. Checked out of the hotel with 3 days remaining and they refused to refund any money even though I check out early as it was paid in full for 6 days. I also returned pork dinner that was raw on the inside on the 2nd day we were there. I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros: Good for escape from the city, reasonable price but poor noise isolation. We were "lucky"- there was a great party at the restaurant till the morning on Saturday, and Birthday Party the next evening just the opposite door.
Pros: Very nice staff, super breakfast buffet :-)

Pros: The room was with huge balcony so we could spend evening outside. Also they have big pool, lovely park with flowers and benches and small training area. Breakfast was great too.Strongly recommend this place!
Pros: Amazing views and great staff
Pros: Breakfast, new bathrooms, location
Cons: Shoe sole prints on walls and sealing probably due to moscito hunting by a previous occupiers :)
Pros: The staff is super helpful and goes an extra mile to make your stay super cozy, make sure you speak to them! The facilities are great and made our day after sport activities in the surrounding location. We loved the breakfast and sauna! With its honest, genuine and down to earth offer they beat any posh and luxurious place we ever visited. Perfect for active people with transportation. <3

Pros: Great Hotel great breakfast ,great service ,great selection of beer
Pros: I appreciated so much the help of the personel and staff with the Polish translation to English.
Cons: My room was located on a busy street, diri g summer nights was a little difficult to test at night, I needed all Windows open due to the hot temperatures

Pros: Location, tasty breakfast, friendly staff.
Pros: We only spent one night there while hiking in the Sneznik massif. Nice and budget accommodation with private bathroom, which we greatly appreciated after a challenging trek. The hotel is situated in the centre of the small but pleasant town of Miedzygorze, close to several restaurants and buffets. The hotel has a small garden terrace with a pleasant seating area. The staff were friendly and very helpful, but they only spoke Polish.
Cons: Breakfast is not included in the price but can be bought. We needed to leave the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning to get on the planned hike, but breakfast is served at 9am. So we left without breakfast.
Pros: Cheap, clean, and pierogi

Polanica-Zdrój is 38 km from Ośrodek Wypoczynkowy Sabat, while Lądek-Zdrój is 43 km away.
Pros: Good location in Miedzygórze, but not near the main road, so bit more quiet. Rooms are simple and quite old-fashioned, but I liked it and had a good night sleep after all day of trekking. Nice breakfast, but there could be more choices-jam or cheese, not only meat and cornflakes.
Cons: Just one bathroom available, there could be a towel provided.
Pros: Pet friendly. Good location.
Cons: The place needs renovation. Esprcially bathrooms. For one night is ok. Kitchen not equiped at all. No towels not even in a bathroom to step out of The shower. Breakfast quite limited (Ham and eggs plus some veggies ...)
Pros: Great location, quiet place, near the waterfall and arboretum. Breakfast included in the price. The balcony gives us a great time in the evening watching the mountains and relaxing. People working there were really nice.
Cons: There is little place for cars, also it's hard to get in there with a low car. The place looks like about 60 years old without renovation. The bath wasn't clean enough. Photos don't show how it really looks like.
Pros: location, warmth
Cons: lack of own bathrooms
Pros: Location in middle of the mountains, close to Ski center Dolni Morava. It's fair value for money. Very good homemade breakfast.
Cons: Only one night stay, all was good
Pros: I liked the breakfast very much and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Great views and fantastic location with access to trekking trails.
Cons: The window in the bathroom was blocked so that it wouldn't be closed - I understand issue of humidity but with 10degrees outside the shower wasn't an easy experience xD
Pros: Location is great, building is pretty, breakfasts ok (and with beautiful view) and the owners are really nice.
Cons: For me, I expected it to be more a bit more nice when it comes to internal decorations, comfort and facilities. The room was really, really basic (like in a youth hostel) so it felt overpriced. It’s not comfortable during high peek season - not enough parking slots.
Pros: - accepting dogs! :) - Localisation is really nice, - Personel was nice... but...
Cons: - in my room, horrible smell from the bathroom, even with door closed. And I think that this impacted my opinion about all others things after... -> - You can have impression that this place was not renovated since long time, stopped in '70/'80 of XX. (old "style" of wall painting, decoration etc) - breakfast included in the price of the room was ... I could do it alone in my room. I prefer to have cheaper room in place. Nothing additional for vegetarians/vegans. - TV not working (I was not there to watch tv so I didn't ask nobody to fix it to be honest) Personel nice...but -> - I could suggest that personel (even if nice) could be more interested about guests or minimum they could be better organised. I had impression that they don't care if I am alredy arrived or if I will cancel my reservation (you feel like next paying person). - Room was not ready even if I came in hours of check in. - There is Wi-Fi which I was obligated to ask the password via mail, becasue reception room was closed, - hours of breakfast not precised, - hours of reception opening not precised (no info on the doors) etc. Simply information at the beginning of the visit really can help. Like in city hostels where you have little card with all necessary and helpful info, and these hostels are absolutely not more expensive than "Sabat"
Pros: location, super friendly host, great atmosphere
Cons: there should be an additional bathroom and toilet upstairs
Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Pokoje Goscinne Tatra offers pet-friendly accommodation in Długopole-Zdrój, 20 km from Polanica-Zdrój. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. There is a shared kitchen at the property. Some rooms have access to shared bathroom facilities. You can play billiards at the guest house. Kudowa-Zdrój is 34 km from Pokoje Goscinne Tatra, while Lądek-Zdrój is 25 km away.
Pros: We were surprised - room was quite large, everything clean, the whole house had a great location for our purpose of stay - mountains in CR and Poland.
Cons: Place is a bit noisy when it is fully booked...
Pros: Location, staff, garden barbecue place and little pools... Good value for the money.
Cons: We ordered snow and real white winter and it was rainy all the time istead :)))
Pros: That's quite good place to stay for family with kids. It's pool, kids room, cinema, warm sauna makes time fly if for any reason you have to spend half of the day not on the slopes or walking. Breakfasts are quite tasty. The hotel has nice bar, part of which is glass terrace with a view. As of location, I find it good to have hotel below slopes as in the morning it's not that boring to go uphill and in the evening it's easy to go downhill. As Czarna góra doesn't give you a choice among hotels directly on the slopes, I find Złote Góry quite well balanced on price/value aspect.
Cons: I would enjoy having more from"European" cuisine for lunch-dinner. As in majority of such hotels, sound isolation is not on the best level. Make it possible to pay by card in the bar.
