The hotel room and the how the staff was very attentive to answer any questions
Some parts of the hotel looked a little dirty
The location was great and the staff was friendly.
We lost power the first night and was blamed on APS. Then the WiFi was down the second day due to the loss of power. The second night the water quit working and in the morning there wasn't any hot water . They said it was due to the water issue and the boiler was run empty.
No water for 9 hours, left my phone number for the manager never called me back. Customer service zero
Great service and affordable. Wifi worked great, the room was nice and just what my older son and I needed. The pool was closed due to the heater breaking, but the spa worked amazing and was usually empty! There is lots of places to eat close by, we will definitely stay again next year.
The kids upstairs running back and forth until late... I have young kids and try to keep them from doing this. I know it is hard but when you need to be up by 4 am it is hard to sleep when the gymnastics team is practicing above your head.
The room was good. The heater worked really well, the idea of the shower and toilet being separate from the sink is a good idea especially with kids. The beds, TV, and hotel WIFI service were great. The room was always cleaned good and employees were friendly and helpful. The restaurant being accessible to the hotel was a plus. The lobby was really nice to sit in. I would stay there again.
Fridge didn't work but being winter I didn't complain and the ice machine by our room was out of order so I had to walk a little father, but no big deal. Other then that all was well.
Left a necklace in the room. When I called to inquire, the staff reported that a staff member had found the necklace and that they would be happy to mail it(insured) back to me.
Great staff, great Indian jewelry store, restaurant had good food and was convenient, room was very nice.
Can't think of anything.
It was as really clean and front desk people were great
the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. There was also a refrigerator and microwave. In te lobby there was complimentary coffee and hot chocolate.
The room had a body odor smell that eventually faded. If we hadn't had three rooms checked out (since our group was large and w/ kids) I would have asked for a different room. The staff was not friendly but they got their jobs done. There was no continental breakfast.
Great location, clean and comfortable rooms and close to restaurants, the train station and Route 66/Main Street.
Location 1hour from Grand Canyon National Park. 4 blocks from route66, and diners/breakfast joint. Good quiet city.
no free breakfast. The attached restaurant had a breakfast buffet for $9.99. It was not very good. They were unable to find my internet booking, so I had to pay the walk-in price and received a reimbursement for my online booking.
