Breakfast, dining room, suite, service.
Walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg !!! Very nice hotel, nice staff, nice restaurant, good breakfast Not a whole lot I didn't like. No room service, thought that was odd in such a nice restaurant. But minor inconvenience, just saved us money.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved that we only had to hop on the shuttle and we were at Colonial Wiliamsburg in minutes. Even though meals and activities are an additional cost it has a bit of the feel of an all inclusive as once you park you don't have to get in your car again until it is time to go. Will come back in the summer when the kids can enjoy the pool and spray pad. The breakfast was OK, my daughter loved it, but I thought it could be improved a bit. The beds aren't the most comfortable you will find. Also outlets to charge things like your computer and phone are scarce.
Convenient. Staff is really fruiendly and helpful. Great to have frig in the room. Noise of the heating system.
I loved everything about this place. The staff was very very nice and friendly. They were also very helpful with activities going on for the day in Williamsburg. They have a discount available for dockets which is also nice. Plus they have free parking just around the corner which was very nice. I loved this place. Anytime we go to Williamsburg from now on we'll stay here. The only thing I didn't like as much was their late arrival policy. They tape an envelope to the door with everything you need (room key, front door key, parking pass, directions for parking, room number and name) in it. I don't think that's very safe anyone could walk by and grab it. We were spending the day at Busch Gardens (about 10 minutes from the Bed & Breakfast) and we're just going to check in after but when I found out about the policy we left the park to drop off out luggage and check in.
Good location. Before we even unpacked, we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom that had been squashed by housekeeping. Apparently they forgot to throw it away... we found another hotel to stay at.
Very close to Colonial Williamsburg, staff were very friendly, rooms were relatively clean and nice. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
Very budget friendly. Provided a rollaway at no extra cost. It's a motel. Rooms are very outdated.
This motel is very close to Colonial Williamsburg and Merchant's Square - about a 10 to 15 walk across some railroad tracks. Yes, there is rail line nearby but the noise didn't bother me much. The hotel was clean, something that is very iffy at this price point. The towels were also especially fluffy and nice for the lower quality of the rest of the room. Staff was very nice in every interaction I had with them. The room is very rundown and outdated. The sheets were low quality, the bed was a bit hard but lumpy, and there was a hole in my blanket. You can hear the train, which may bother some.
I love this place. It"s clean, the staff is friendly and very accommodating. It's reasonably priced, next to all public transportation and it has a great pool I was very disappointed to learn that the hotel no longer provide the shuttle bus or transport to the activities at the other Williamsburg hotels.
General appearance, Breakfast Mold in ceiling of room, smell of orange cleaner
