The room was clean and comfortable, the ladies at the desk at night and in the morning were very cheerful and helpful and the included breakfast was just what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel.
'Fitness Room' in name only. Very cheesy equipment. Clerk said 'well the TV has never worked in this room' My room smelled like it had been smoked in.
Very small room
Good average hotel staff was pleasant and rooms were clean and comfortable it was kind of confusing on how to operate the TV but overall a good hotel
Hotel was hidden in a strip mall hard to find
The Sevice was really good and always helpful. The Hotel in the centre of a nice town.
I would not stay in this property again. First, we needed a room to accommodate 4 people - 2 adults, a 7 year old and an 8 month old. When we arrived we were told we had 1 king bed. I asked for a roller bed for the 7 year old (the baby had a pack 'n play we would use). They said there were none available. After much disscussion about how everyone couldn't sleep in the same bed they finally produced a roller bed. The a/c unit only worked on 'high' or 'off'. The 'clean' linens in the bathroom had someone elses disgusting toenail clippins on them. And there was no iron in the room. When I called downstairs for an iron, I was told the desk only had 1 for the entire hotel and I could be put in line for it. We had dinner plans, and I couldn't wait. Then, that night the walls were so paper thin we could hear everything going on in the hall and in the rooms next door. Awful. The 'continental breakfast' consisted of toast, stale danish and watered down juice. No milk, no cereal, no fruit. We spend a lot of time traveling for both business and pleasure. We will not stay here again, and will think twice before going to a Super 8 anywhere if this is the standard they are proud of.
Round trip around 10 miles off the highway. the room was not clean long black hair all over. carpet was dirty when I went to the front desk could not find anyone to talk with. the back door was not locked up to 12:00am no security. was on trip to drop a dog off at a trainer, they had me sign an unreal contract for the dog, and a fine for just about everything had the dog steped through the door. you would have to read it.. wow. I was so scared to stay there. with that. I got up cleaned the room in better shap that I got in went over it with a roller I had went and bought and still I have seen different charges on my bank account. Called to find out why and no one there that can talk to me.. go figer I knew to be alert when I seen that contract. I tried to cancel but was told I could not I would be charged. be alert...........
When I arrived for check in I noticed a very clean lobby and was greeted by a friendly front desk staff. Then checking into my room I further noticed how the cleanliness continued throughout the room and the bathroom. The hotel has great amenities and great wifi.
