Reception not manned, this csused me a great deal of pain
Location, cleaness & staff service Having to go to the other Ramanda for an evening meal. Taxi's were not expensive, but a shuttle service would be an appreciated benifit.
Very nice! Everything is good!
Ideal position for easy walking access to theold part of the town, plus it was quiet. lack of air conditioning
The hotel seems new. Where should be a minibar in the hotel room with chocolate and coca cola light and so on.
the hotel staff is very friendly and polite. real value for mony when you have a normal room (not applicable for appartments) like in all hotels, chack your bill as breakfast will be charged eventhough I checked out at 0400.
The Ramada Stade was the surprise hotel on our journey and best we have stayed at. Great location, value and modern with self catering facilities. Would stay there again (the one by the canal).
Good value for money. Quiet location, easy to find parking. Comfortable bed with good pillows and duvet.
A new hotel. Very clean and tidy, friendly staff, good breakfast. On site free parking. Less than 5 minute walk to Altstadt.
Comfortable room The breakfast buffet was not worth the money
Great location, right by the old town Breakfast, not included in room rate, was pretty expensive - about what you'd pay for a dinner main course in town. However the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen, so just stuff yourself to get your money's worth
Kindness of the staff, good value for money, clean and new structure
Pleasant and good service No
Helpful and efficient staff, cleanliness of room, excellent breakfast with wide selection. Restaurant only offered very limited choice on Sundays, however I am unused to travelling in Germany and this may be the normal occurence.
quiteness far from everything
Adequate hotel for an overnight stop on a longer journey. Breakfast was classic German fare. The first hour was a bit of a comedy of errors. The TV didn't work, and the receptionist (a week in the job) blew the fuses on power for the whole floor trying to fix it. Owner inadvertently gave wrong password for wifi; that was sorted by the man who came to fix the TV and lights.
The hotel is very clean. The stuff very polite and professional. The hotel is about 30 min with train from Hamburg Central Train Station (Hbf) and the ticket cost 4.40 euro. The only available internet is through T-Mobile wireless hotspot. A little bit expensive in my opinion.
Quality service, good food A bit noisy from corridors
Cleanliness, friendliness of the staff to allow for change in stay length. There was no elevator to second floor and there were few restaurants close by open late.
friendly service .Very helpful, the breakfast was good .A very good ideais the brunch till 1400h. This is not a real complaint, but because of the heat the room was even in the night very hot.The staf help us with a fan but not enough .Mobilairco would be an option.
The breakfast in the (small but nice) garden. Friendly staff. No toilet in the room. Location a bit away from the city center. Price/quality not achieved.
Nice people, good food. Room was modern and clean. Nice location. Noise in early morning from nearby distribution depot was a bit annoying.
The friendly attitude of the staff. none
It was very clean. The staff were quite helpful. The beds were comfortable. The mexican restaurant was a disadvantage - we were not very impressed with the service we received (muddled orders for food), although the food itself was fine.
The location of the hotel was excellent for me because I was visiting a patient in a hospital less than 10 minutes walk away. It was also well placed for links to the town centre and main road system.
