I booked for the 4 i could not check until next day at 4pm so i paid and stayed for the day it was paid and i got charge buy you and the hotel.
Good place by the Dells. Seamed like a nice place, a bit older. First time in Dells since 1999. Still about the same.
This was the worst experience i ever had staying in a hotel. The place was nasty and our room the tv did not work and no wash cloths. The next day they didnt even clean the room just made the bed up. we did not have any cups or coffee in our room. I will prpobably not give this hotel a good review.
The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. It is within walking distance to downtown and close to Noah's Ark.
Everything about this hotel was terrible from the moment we arrived. I booked online and paid for it before we got there, but when we tried to check in, we were told that they had overbooked the hotel and that we did not have a room. I was told that I should contact kayak/priceline for a refund. No apology was offered for the mix up, and no help was offered to try and find us a room in a different hotel. After demanding an explanation (multiple times) of why they would give away a room that was already paid for, the manager began raising her voice to my friend and even rolled her eyes at her. Somehow, the manager eventually magically found us a room in the hotel. Upon entering that room, I realized that it did not have the two beds that I had already paid for online, but instead only had one. I went back to the front desk to ask how I could go about getting reimbursed for the difference in price of the rooms, but the manager kept telling me that their system says I ordered a room with one bed. I pulled up my confirmation on my phone and showed her that I actually booked and paid for a room with two beds already. She shrugged her shoulders. So, I called Priceline customer service, and they confirmed that they did indeed send the Econo Lodge the correct information and that I had paid for a room with two beds, not one. Priceline even called the manager of the hotel and informed them of this. The manager still refused to say that they made a mistake, despite myself and Priceline both having the confirmation. I asked if I could see the confirmation on her computer to see for myself and she became incredibly defensive and rude that I would ask such a thing. I went back to the hotel room and found that it was not ready for guests to stay in. There was no shower curtain. There were stains on the bed sheets. There were dead bugs in both the sink and bathtub. There was SO MUCH mold in the bathroom. The hair dryer did not work. I informed the manager of these issues and she shrugged her shoulders and send she would send someone down later. I asked her if (out of everything that had happened that night), there was anything she could do for me on my bill regarding those inconveniences at least. She told me she would contact Priceline when she had time to discuss it with them. I told her she also needed to contact Priceline to figure out who made the mistake regarding my reservation and from whom I would be receiving a refund for the price difference. I had previously spent over an hour on the phone going back and forth between Priceline and the front desk, and I was not going to be the middle man for somebody else's mistake anymore that night. The manager again told me she was very busy and had other things to do but would get to it when she could. Hours later when we came back in to sleep, we still did not have a shower curtain or working hair dryer. The next morning the manager told me she had been too busy with "business things" to contact Priceline.
Early check in
Dirty rooms ( One didn't even have a shower curtain in it); the staff gave away one of our previously booked rooms and then lied about it when confronted; the staff was rude; The staff would not refund us for the room we booked, which was more expensive than the room they scraped together for us; and it was overall very poorly run.
Shower had mold in it, stains in the toilet, bedding that was dirty - overall was very unhappy. Switched hotels after the first night.
Needs repairs mussty Next time I will stay elsewhere
The staff was very polite.
This was perhaps the dirtiest motel I have stayed in. I had to borrow a vacuum cleaner (after 4 requests) to vacuum our room before we went in, because it had obviously not been vacuumed. There was one bath towel for our family of 5 in the room. Three requests later, I was given two more. The outdoor pool was filthy. I didn't even look at the indoor pool. Both the towel rack and the shower curtain rack were about ready to come out of the wall. The faucet in the sink still had toothpaste on it from where previous guests had spit. Finally, I have no problem when staff does not speak English very well, but when the housekeeping staff cannot understand the term "bath towel," there is a training problem.
Quiet rooms but no hot water!
Everything was alright until I decide take a shower when I realize no hot water I called front desk, they just said WE DONT KNOW WAGT TO DO!
There was ok for the Price and it need a lots of updates the light was not working
