Pros: Location was okay, the suite was comfortable.
Cons: The suite had some issues with a Leakage and water was dripping water from the patio roof all time. There was a lot of black mold on the frames of the sliding door and wood boards hanging from the patio. Those things should be fixed before guests move in. In our whole trip it was the most expensive hotel in worst conditions.
Pros: The place is pure magic, the outdoor jacuzzi was amazing, view from room was gorgeous, breakfast was so good and the staff was so nice, loved it!
Pros: Spacious chalet with amazing bathroom! Spectacular views Wonderful food!
Pros: Amazing location, overlooking a gorge and the mouth of the river
Pros: Settled in a cliff over a waterfall overlooking the ocean and away from everything, I'm already planning to come back with my family. Great spacious and very confortable rooms.
Cons: No internet in the rooms (which sometimes is a blessing) and very spotty were you can get it.
Pros: It was situated in a fantastic location. From our room and terrace we had a very nice view. Large room and large bathroom. Nice restaurant where the food and the wine were very nice and not expensive.
Pros: The view, the lovely hot fires at night, the dinner and the chalet.
Cons: We sat down for breakfast at 08:30 and there were a short supply of just about everything and the handles on serving dishes, extremely dirty - no bacon, no quiches, very little yoghurt and fruit, cold coffee. When I asked for a plate, I was told that there weren't any clean ones and I could take the plate that the quiches were served on, which was dirty.

Pros: The whole atmosphere is just great! We had a power outage when we were there after a thunder bolt struck the area. The owner was very hands on and tried to accomodate everybody since there wasn‘t warm water for a while. Our room was nice and spacious with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was extremly good! They also run a cute café right next door where we passed the time eating pizza and drinking wine while it was raining cats and .
Cons: Nothing really!
Pros: Great breakfast. You find a little fridge with beverages in your room. Also a flashlight and a hot-water bottle in case the power goes off, which happened while we were staying there due to a big thunderstorm. But the place is perfectly prepared and they ran on a generator. Wifi was very good and also the parking. They also run a little cafe right next to it which serves delicious food. And the staff is really nice we were even able to check in an hour early. Thanks for that! Wish we would have stayed longer than one night.
Pros: Everything! The restaurant next door that they also own is amazing too - fabulous pizza!
Cons: Nothing! The only thing I would say is the outside & reception area first impressions don't do justice to the property as a whole. So don't judge a book by it's cover as you will be pleasantly surprised.
Pros: Great location, very nice and cosy rooms and great breakfast!

Pros: Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Beautiful gardens
Pros: Heating bed sheets
Cons: Thin walls
Pros: The breakfast was top class and had plenty of choices. The operators were attentive and when we arrived explained there was a power outage which was not their fault and out of their hands and made sure the on site generator supplied sufficient power for lights and at least a quick shower.
Pros: The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is exceptionally good.
Pros: Shower was great and spacious. breakfast was yum, fresh and we enjoyed it. The owners are great hosts when they're around. Location is good - very close to the entrance of Stormsriver as well as to a great restaurant (the Bistro - where all the flags are, right next to the information center)
Cons: we stayed for 2 nights, the first one was in a twin room which was a bit small, and second one was in a double room and was better. The generator didn't work at first but they fixed it quiet fast. The girl at the reception was new (thus not very knowledgeable of the area..) and made an error with our payment, but the owner fixed it during checkout without any problem.
Pros: excellent on both counts, very tasty.

Pros: The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Bathroom was very nice and great view from the bedroom.

Our wood roof was their floor, and starting 5:30 am you can’t sleep because their walking around is making a lot of noise, when they use the shower or bathroom you hear them as if they are in your bed. We asked the reception for a bit consideration but for no use. The WiFi is not working so well as well, and no remote for the TV

Located in Storms River, Tsitsikamma Lodge is in a rural location, a 1-minute drive from Garden Route National Park and 7 minutes from Big Tree. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The only positive about this accomodation is the breakfast
Cons: This place has a very good online presentation but when you get there it is a dissapointment. Maybe this was top of the line 20 yrs ago but not anymore. It is located next to the highway so there is always noise. TV does not work, fridge does not work, reception is always busy on the phone and they have communication problems with websites such as booking.com. I have stayed in many much nicer places for a third of the price of this place. All things considered it is just a rip-off.
Pros: Privacy and setting was really good
Pros: The location.Stunning.Spa treatment lovely.Staff very helpful. Would come back just for location.
Cons: Buffet not worth the price.Heater doesn.t work properly, neither bar fridge.Would have been good to have electric blanket in room.Decor outdated in rooms.

Pros: The staff is very friendly, they exceed my expectations
Cons: Their hospitality
Pros: The view and the pool is great
Pros: Amazing experience- awesome food and staff.
Cons: I would recommend they tell people about the amount of dogs on the property - even though the dogs are super friendly. If you are scared of dogs it might be a problem.
Pros: Location is nothing short of stunning. Staff were lovely, helpful and informative. Buffet dinner was nothing special but we fully appreciate the challenges of staffing a remote property in the off-season when guests are fewer. Buffet breakfast was fine with the requested omelette and French toast both meeting expectations.
Cons: Pool and hot tub heaters out of service...would have been lovely to experience both.
Pros: It was great
