Friendly staff, good weather, beautiful countryside leaving to soon
Very helpful, friendly staff. Secure parking for motorcycle!
Room was cozy and nice, stuff perfect.Swimming pool and sauna every day - so relaxing. The best restaurant I ever visited.I recommend this hotel to everyone.Everything was great!
food, parking place, tv service toilets
Nice and beautiful design hotel, but not so much to do there or in the neighbourhood. Just a few TV channels so that was not an alternative eighter. Our room on the second floor was large and comfortable, we got a room on first floor to start with but asked for another because of disturbing music from the outside part of the restaurant - we had to start our travel really early next morning and had to sleep. There was no problem at all with changing room. And the new room was quiet and calm. 1. The surroundings, this small village was not at all what we had expected - we thought it should be an historic beautiful place. 2. Even though nearly all tables were free at the restaurant, we were not allowed to sit at the table that we prefered. 3. We had to wait quite long to be served during the dinner. 4. It was a disappointment that the parking was unsecured. There was cameras but they were covering just a couple of cars and the hotel corners.
Hotel Caspar, a breath of fresh air. A perfect way to spend time away from city hassels. Life just has a slower pace here. Our room faced the town place. We just loved the place.
Location: in the middle of the peaceful village near Jelenia Gora. Attractive, clean and nice, small hotel. No noisy bars or traffic nearby, so it was easy to sleep well. Breakfast was good.
The location was splendid: beautiful grounds where one can take pleasant walks. The hotel is a lovely old manor tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are modern. The buffet breakfast was very basic and offered no fruits.
Excelent place and nice breakfast but this hotel is far away the town. For three-star hotel I did expect profesionally staff and much more attention for customers needs than in reality.
nicely restored building with nice garden, extremely helpful staff. no fridge in room
The staff were vey friendly and helpful. The standard of accommodation and cuisine were more than could be expected form a hotel in a small provincial town. About the hotel no - but the travel directions to the hotel could be much clearer
Location , close to town centre. Quiet and in well cared for grounds. On site parking. Room had balcony. Breakfast good array.. No lift and on 4th floor.. Restaurant not much atmosphere.
Hotel stuff extremely helpfull. They try everything do make you feel comfortable. We were lucky that the weather was great. Hotel is very clean and rooms are tidy. Stuff seem that can not speak english.
super nice personnel, big breakfast, very clean and neat
The hotel is a 19th century and totally renovated palace, with ancient interior design-style. The rooms are spacey and cosy with comfortable beds and great shower. A variety of breakfast is rich and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and a view on the small lake. The stuff is helpful and friendly. We felt like at home. Surroundings are beautifully and quiet. About 20 minutes by car to the Karkonosze Mountains and to the closest town Jelenia Gora. check it out : palacnawodzie.pl Having a car is necessary.
nice, restaured with love and passion. exellent service . quiet neighberhood the dining- and winecard could be better
very nice place , and good stuff .
It was little difficult find the hotel but the stay was lovely, and I was there by a car so it wasn't bad to get to the center. Not really
I spent the first six years of my life at the Palac Paulinum and for me it was a nostalgia trip. While much has changed, many memories came back and the staff at the Palac Paulinum, the service, the food were excellent. Of course the room met our expectations as well. I can recommend the Palac Paulinum to anyone who wants to make Jelenia Gora his/her destination. On the last day there was no electricity. While this was not the fault of the Palac Paulinum, it suggests that, maybe the management should consider installing an emergency generator!? I did not have the opportunity to use the spa or exercise facility and may have done so, if someone had shown them to my wife and I.
The site Not having curtains in the bedroom is below any international standard (room 307)
We had the Jacuzzi and Salt Cave to ourselves. The food in the restaurant was excellent and was served until late in the evening. The hotel had spectacular stained glass and architectural details.
Exactly like it looks in the pictures. The hotel is fantastic. The staff arranged for us to have the spa all to ourselves. The restaurant was 5 star. Room was huge, completely remodeled in old fashion to today's standards. Awesome hotel.
All members of the staff were very friendly, especially the guy at the day of our arrival. My husband was asked for finishing billard, because there were preparations for a big party on the next day.
Nice room, very good breakfasr
Very friendly staff and beautifull place. problem with license so they did not serve any alcoholic drinks in bar/restaurant
Personel very friendly, good food. Nice place.
Very pleasany surroundings and classic styling inside.
