staff clean NOISE all night in halls kids until 5 am police etc Wedding
Very nice place, very nice people...would stay again. No breakfast included
The rooms were clean Paid less at the Holiday Inn Express the week prior and received more - free breakfast, free parking. HIExpress rooms seemed more modern.
Staff was very nice and professional. Facility was well kept The mattress was uncomfortably soft. Woke up with a backache.
Well kept and clean. There were however, plenty of snacks and coffee and tea available Breakfast wasn't free

I wish my room had had an outer curtain so I could push the heavy one aside during the day without feeling exposed. Also as a single woman I was a bit concerned about how long it took for the door to close.
The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It wasn't pet friendly.
Recently updated rooms. Paying for parking that used to be free.
The beds were comfortable There was a screaming crying baby in the to right next door. They also had workers directly outside our window banging away in the roof at 7am working in construction. It was awful! We were up all night due to these and they would not give us a credit for being rudely awoken.
Welcoming, comfortable and convenient
The staff was very nice, informative and helpful. I learned that booking a Marriott through Kayak, they don't give you any of the rewards points you get when you book directly through Marriott. Of course, booking a Marriott through Kayak was less expensive than booking one through the Marriott itself. I think that is ridiculous. Also, the hotel is overpriced for the location, and half the parking lot is under construction making parking a very difficult task.
Unfortunately we had to cancel but at the time of booking I was not told that If I cancelled would be charged the full amount of my room charge. I contacted the Courtyard in Worcester and they informed me that it was third party reservation and there was no refunds. The cancellation was due to an emergency operation on my wife after the operation she couldn't travel. I'm very disappointed with your organization not explaining this policy at time of booking.
