Pros: Excellent breakfast, great staff, clean everything we could have wanted especially the large coil aging fan.
Cons: Room 7There was a problem with the basin in the bathroom the plug would not real ease and hence we could not use. As this was when we returned to room with no staff available it meant we could not use in the evening. We did report it to staff when we went for breakfast at 7.30. They apologised and someone came at 8 to tell us it was a plumbing problems. We left before 8.30 and still could not use the sink. However other than that we could not fault anything else and would return.

7.5 Good
Pros: Location was perfect and the breaksast very good.
Cons: The hotel was very busy being the festival weekend and a breakfast time the tables seemed quite close together.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and spacious with a separate sitting area. There was a mini fridge as well. The TV had Netflix installed which was good, but the internet speed did mean it dropped out a few times mid film. The breakfast was freshly cooked and of a good quality. The location was excellent and within a short walk to the centre and castle. There was also shops just a road the road.
Cons: The price was a little high but that may have been the area norm as others were higher priced. The car park was a bit of a squeeze and on a first come first served basis, but as this was limited by the design of the very old building this could not be changed. The staff were very helpful and did however suggest several alternatives close to the hotel before we even arrived. I was however lucky enough to find a space.

Cons: No cooked breakfast Mon-Fri. Saturday night is party night. This B&B is not best suited to the elderly wanting a quiet weekend away or families with very young children.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our one night stay on the night of our wedding! We had lovely views of St Mary's church in our room which was lovely in style but had all the modern touches required. The bathroom was amazing and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very nice to us and we enjoyed our continental breakfast. The staff were very helpful as we wanted a bottle of prosecco for when we returned to our room which was done as promised and chilled. They also left us a congratulations card and we had a nice chat with the manager in the morning. The location is perfect as it is very centrally located in Warwick.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location and the security of a gated farm. Impeccable converted stables and absolutely spotless. Well thought out layout. Everything worked as it should.
Cons: All great.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Shower tiny. Bathroom really smelly. This is a countryside setting but it’s not peaceful when someone on a sit on mower is mowing just outside until 10pm. None of the staff round and about even acknowledge that you exist! Tiny thin cupboard for a wardrobe. You have to wash up in the bathroom sink with a really dirty sponge and the sink is tiny and the bits of crumbs etc will not wash away as the bottom of the sink is flat. The stable door did not work as the bottom bolt was broken off.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast okay. More choice of fruit would be good.
Cons: Having to wash up breakfast crockery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely and clean.
Cons: Make sure you check the welcome pack for gate exit code.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely setting in the middle of nowhere so peaceful and quiet. The stable room was beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable. We got sent a text message on the day to remind us of how to find and get into the venue. There was even a cafetiere and some ground coffee in the cupboard which was a nice surprise. We would loved to have a walk around to experience the farm but unfortunately weren't there for long enough.
Cons: There wasn't any milk in the fridge which meant it limited our options for breakfast in the morning. I am sure if we had asked we would have been able to get some but as we arrived late and left early we decided not to bother.
7.5 Good
Pros: In the country, but close to Shirley / Solihull. Quiet and peaceful. Used the stable roads to go for a run. Loved the little kitchen, well stocked with cooking gear.
Cons: Patio area could have been better maintained (dead plants). Requested dietary options in advance, but had to request again on arrival, but still not right once delivered

Pros: As we were visiting the NEC, the location of the property was excellent. There was ample parking space in front of the house which is set back from the road. We both had full English breakfasts which were very good. There were plenty of good places nearby where we could go for our evening meals.
Cons: Nothing really, except that the shower in the en suite bathroom of our room, was quite small.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast. Good size room. Good view.
Cons: Some damp on ceiling. Could have done with a dressing table in room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was a really good size with a comfortable bed. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than I expected. Great value for money.
Cons: Set back from main road and a little difficult to find. Could do with a larger sign.

Pros: Lovely place with beautiful looking garden! A tasty full English breakfast to start the day! Plenty of parking for the limited guests. Great location for where I needed to be.
Cons: I didn’t feel like I was able to enjoy or have access to the back garden as the live-in family were out there. I also needed help at one point and was knocking on the staff door for a while but they were all out in the garden and couldn’t hear me. Also no basic toiletries so I had to go and buy some.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Offered good travel tips and helped with taxis etc. An unexpected pleasure was the kitchen - a cut or two above what we might have expected. Our meals were excellent and the included breakfast (hot or cold) carried us thru to dinner. We enjoyed meeting locals at the pub and found the entire town walkable from this location. Warwick Castle is just a few blocks away.
7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff, really friendly. Quiet location, a bit out of the centre but fine if you want to walk around the city and don't want much noise. Thursday night is when the musicians arrive at 9pm to play in the bar - which was great (just like Ireland)! We asked for a kettle and tea bags (rather than using the machine in the room, better for coffee) - provided immediately.
Cons: The carpet in the room was a bit tatty, but the facilities were good, and it was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom refurbished.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: it was exellent and filling and nice and hot and plenty of it it was very good
Cons: nothing all was good
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff, food , location
Cons: We were not put in the room we thought we would be in , We booked this hotel as we have been before, I booked very early , November 2018 accommodation date July 2019 So we would be put in a courtyard room Very disappointed when we were put in attic room which was vary small and very hot I tried to ring booking .com the phone line told me £3.60 a minute (outrageous) I was tried to get through fo 11 minutes, if I am charged this amount , I will never use booking.com again, As you can see by your records we are regular travelers with you Yours PeterRawcliffe
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was really nice
Cons: The neighbor in front our room kept the music very loud for the entire day and night. May be a good thing to solve that problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager Chris was extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for him. The rooms were really comfortable and location excellent.
Cons: I preferred a kettle to the machine they provided to make tea and coffee and they provided one with no problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, bar, food, staff, room, breakfast, couldn't fault a thing.
Cons: What's not to like.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The bathroom, in particular the shower, was very nice. Breakfast was lovely...good choice and portion size.
Cons: The room was far too hot with only a fan blowing warm air around which meant very little sleep and a very hot 5 year old. The mirror in the bathroom fell off and smashed, luckily we were all in the bedroom. This was cleaned up but no real apology or recompense. At breakfast we had been told just to come down but when we did we're told the dining room was full and to go back up to our room for ten minutes! We had to ask for tea and toast - all other tables were offered this. All this was mentioned to the manager who offered no recompense. Breakfast staff were abrupt, bordering on rude.
7.5 Good
Pros: We liked the comfy clean bed + pillows, breakfast, tea & coffee making facility, bottled water, car park, pleasant helpful staff. Close to town centre. Pretty well tended fragrant flowers.
Cons: Limited car parking facility + narrow entrance to car park.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: this is a wonderful hotel in a quaint building which preserves its origins, combined up-to-date ecological thinking. Chris, whom we got to know best, creates a warm, friendly atmosphere, and the rest of the staff provide excellent food, service and atmosphere. thank you everyone.

Pros: Fabulous views. Quiet rural location, friendly host and massive comfy room
Cons: Everything was good, I would have just liked a couple of glasses and perhaps nicer biscuits in the room, however the cake and tea on arrival was great.

Pros: Lovely breakfast, excellent location, good welcome, easy parking, would stay again
Cons: One very creaky bathroom door - wish I'd taken some WD40 & one slightly dodgy bed - but to be fair the other bed was v comfy!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were able to park outside the door to our room. There was free Wi-Fi that worked. Milly our host was very helpful and pleasant. The Breakfast was good. . The place had a good atmosphere. We used the information in the room to book a taxi and go for a meal.
7.5 Good
Pros: Surroundings are pretty and staff were nice.
Cons: We came in from a long flight in the evening with young children who were hungry. There's nowhere to get dinner within close proximity without a drive, nor is it easy to get a take away to the venue. Breakfast was nice, but is a small family run b and b so as long as you're not in a rush to head out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were lovely. And an idyllic setting.
Cons: Only very small detail was there was no veggie sausages or veggie alternative for breakfast. maybe an omlette could be offered to compensate??

Pros: Great little family run hotel. Super friendly owners, and comfy beds. Very clean and great shower (especially for UK). Nice breakfast in the cost main building.
Cons: Sound pollution from the aircraft as soon as they start flying. Breakfast could be a bit more premium in terms of less sweet marmalade and with real fresh juice. And organic bacon / sausage would be awesome!

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely toiletries and tea making facilities. Room was always presented well and a pleasure to come back to after a busy day
Cons: Would have like a little more variety on the hot dishes for room service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable. We were checked in by a lovely lady called Ruby who was more than helpful. The bottle of fizz sent to our room was a lovely touch to help us celebrate our marriage.
Cons: More signs around the hotel would’ve helped locate different facilities especially when walking up and down the stairs where the signing was non existent.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: View over the lake
Cons: Resturant closed at 21.30 on a Thursday. There is no shuttle bus to the NEC but you can get one round the corner from the Crowne Plaza. Very long walk to room.
7.5 Good
Cons: I arrived back at my room on the last day to find a maintenance man in the bathroom fixing an allegedly leaking pipe. I had not reported any leak. He told me I would be moved to another room, but after waiting over half an hour and having no contact from anyone I went to reception. No one there seemed to know anything about a room change. I was quite annoyed about being messed around, and although the receptionist was very apologetic I felt I was being fobbed off. I was given another room and 2drink vouchers and a complimentary breakfast. I had already paid for the breakfast so there was nothing complimentary there. Perhaps a little more communication training should be initiated.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Convenient for the NEC
Cons: A bus to the Festival of Quilts
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean.
Cons: On the third day of my stay , the air condition broke down and the sink of the room was not draining from the first day.

Pros: Very homely feeling. Very handy for the station. Friendly and welcoming. Cracking garden out the back to relax in and the biggest ironing board I've ever seen was available to use. Choice of a couple of shower gels too rather than little packets of soap.
