Pros: Very cute little cottage with great little touches (like the breakfast basket) to make you feel at home. Excellent location by the riverside (although watch out for mosquitoes!)
Cons: As a tall person it was difficult - unfortunately couldn’t stand fully upright in the shower! But there were thoughtfully placed “mind your head” signs around the cottage.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quaint, unique property in a very pretty rural, riverside location. Very convenient for Norwich and an easy drive to the N Norfolk coast.
Cons: Everything was ok, but note that the bathroom/wc is down a steep set of stairs from the bedroom.

Pros: Received text from owner James the day before arrival which was great. Hannah Scott cottage was cosy and beautiful. Breakfast hamper, milk and bread provided. Sat by the river in the eve which is stunning.

6.3 Good
Pros: The food was excellent. We had breakfast and evening dinner on our first night.
Cons: The cooked breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice but nobody let us know there were alternatives to be ordered. Smoked haddock, eggs benedict etc which would have been nice for a change. Nobody drew our attention to the folded laminate on the table to say so.. It states that fresh produce from their own garden is used but we walked round the gardens and was very disappointed to see more thistles and weeds than fruit and veg. Bit of a gardener myself, dead heading and cutting back of the shrubs and pruning of the roses would be my first job on the front. Could be so lovely, just needs a little more care and attention as it’s so impressive with the trees either side of the drive.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, good breakfast
Cons: Room smelt of strong cleaning products, no air con so room was too warm
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everyone is so pleasant and helpful.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here as part of our mini moon. The room was very big and newly renovated, very comfortable bed. Fantastic bathroom with open double shower.

Pros: The Abbey Guest house was an amazing value for the money, the breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Norwich.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Travelled to Norwich for a music day at the Waterfront and pre booked this B&B, and definitely made the right choice. The owners were lovely (Thai or Philippine I think) and the whole place was absolutely spotless. Room was big enough for just me and the shared facilities (toilet and shower) were always clean. The full English breakfast filled me up and was very tasty, with not a spot of grease on the plate. It's literally two minutes walk from the high street and the Canal with plenty of pubs and eateries. I would definitely book up here again if I returned to Norwich. 10/10
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like!

Cons: The room was very hot!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was central it was bigger than it looked and the rooms were huge
Cons: It needs a bit of a freshen up regarding decor but apart from that it’s great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely old house with character & charm. Each room has been tastefully decorated & there are many echoes of South Africa & safaris, but in a subtle & delightful way.
Cons: It’s near to a hospital & police station, so there are a few sirens, but otherwise there’s nothing to dislike!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Maurice the owner was friendly
Cons: Description said bathrobes provided and there wasn't any. My towel had a hole in it the size of my fist and the other towel had a hole the size of a 2 pence piece. Bulbs blown in the bedside lamps. Very noisy road. Police station opposite so sirens going most of the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Morris is a wonderful host. He welcomed my husband and me with great kindness and it felt like visiting an old friend. Our late arrival was no problem and he let us use his parlour for a little private birthday celebration with our daughter (just the three of us). The guest house is charming and we found everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious...Morris makes the best omelettes! The UEA is a 15 minutes walk away and a near bus station makes trips to the town easy. Dear Morris, thank you for everything and all the best for the future!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Really comfy bed and pillows - going to buy some! Maurice the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. All my husbands requesrs were responded to excellently.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good size room in an excellent location just a 20 minute walk from Norwich City Centre. The free parking was advantageous for us.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything !!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Manager accommodated us checking in early as we had a baby and child with us and were attending a wedding early afternoon.
Cons: Only rated staff slightly down as literally 1 member of staff let them down getting our childs breakfast order wrong and not even apologising and generally looking like she didnt want to be there.
7.0 Good
Pros: the breakfast was fine and the location very good the room was spacious and comfortable but the Windows were tiny for the room size which made the room hot
Cons: the noise from the kitchen below was very disturbing and a compressor started very early in the morning which woke me up it was very hot and the Windows were very small for the room size
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing and so clean, dinner was very well cooked, the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Breakfast, although well cooked took an extremely long time to arrive, we had allowed ourselves 45 mins for breakfast but had to go minutes after it arrived and one was incorrect which was a shame, maybe problems in the kitchen but perhaps there could have been some communication from the staff, but there did only appear to be one person on duty.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of choice but bread wasn't toasted so poached eggs made it soggy
Cons: Cooking of breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was handy for the airport. The bar staff were helpful. The selection of ales was good. The room was quite small but comfortable & well finished & the desk fan in the room was a nice touch in the hot weather.
Cons: The restaurant did not meet my expectations because the website said it was open until 9pm on Sunday. When I arrived at 8.30pm I was told that restaurant was closed and only a selection of cold sandwiches was available. I asked for some sliced onion with my sandwich, this request was ignored. People who arrived after me were advised to go to another pub for food. Despite the website saying it was business-friendly, the staff were unable to offer an alarm call service. The website said the breakfast came with a Norfolk flat mushroom, for my breakfast this had changed into some seriously overcooked sliced button mushrooms. I asked for a second poached egg, this request was ignored.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, helpful, welcoming. Black swan clean all the way through, Very modern with a twist of old charm. Family room with en suite exhalent . All food amassing breakfast and dinner, drinks not over priced . great palace for a basic to go and explore Norwich and surrounding areas.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Located 10mins from the centre of Norwich it was ideal as a location for us to stay and not have to travel home late after a night's entertainment at the Theatre Royal and then be away again the next day without the rush hour city traffic as the new bypass is close by. Also not that we used it for Norwich airport but it is ideal for travelling further afield if needing somewhere to stay before or after a long flight and or journey.
Cons: Can't think of anything in particular.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was lovely the waiting staff were really friendly and the room was spotless
Cons: There was noting not to like
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great atmosphere and facilities
Cons: Expensive by Australian standards
