Pros: The crew was great and the pilots were entertaining. The gate crew was trying to keep us informed but you could tellbtheybhad no idea what was going on either
Cons: I understand that delays happen, however the confusion in Chicago was a bit ridiculous. I had 15 updates in a matter of about 15 minutes with gate changes and times just being all over the place. At one point it went from 9:40 to 9:00 to 6:55 (it was about ten till 9) to 9:13. It was incredibly frustrating as I was trying to eat my first meal in about 10 hours and had tonthrowbhalf of it needlessly away, because as soon as I ran down to the gate it (a matter of about two minutes) it was back up to 9:25. At one point our flight information completely disappeared and was replaced by the information for the flights after us, also leading everyone there to wonderbifnwe had to find a different gate again. I don't know if this was the flight control tower or the airline but it was just kind of crazy.
