location, quiet, biz center ok nice river view out back
breakfast not so good, limited items, some mix up on the reservation
Price and location
Had difficulty with their WiFi network.
Clean, handy to the area we were recreating in.
The cleaning service took the bath mat without a replacement. Other than that on dislikes
It was close to the freeway access. I was traveling back forth between Yakima and Selah.
It was in a safe area and the manager was one of the nicest women I've met! The breakfast looked amazing!!
Close to work and bisquit & gravey was good. lots of breakfast choices. quiet rooms
Clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Very close to I-82.
Very minor gripes. I wish there was an option or two more for Breakfast. I couldn't get 2 of the vending machines on the second floor to accept my money and had to go downstairs. The pool was quoted to me as being 82 degrees, but I bet it was closer to 72
The staff was attentive and available at all times. The room was very nicely decorated, and very clean.
One day the maid didn't clean up the coffee pot like it should have been.
Shane at the front desk was excellent. Every room had a river view and a balcony.
I was driving from Denver to Seattle and needed a place for me and my dog to crash for the night. We arrived near midnight and the staff had 'pre-checked in' for me so my key and room were ready. The check-in process took less than 60 seconds, and it was much-appreciated as I just wanted to get to bed. The room was spacious and had a decent-sized balcony overlooking the Yakima River. The room was not fancy, but it was clean, and really for the price it was just fine. Parking was easy and located immediately outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
The view of the river from my second floor blancony was wonderful. Staff was helpful and courteous. Maid service was excellent and room was clean and comfortable.
This is the best Hotel we have stayed in at Yakima. We felt welcomed the moment we began our check in. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Our rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, and overlooked the river. The continental breakfast was awesome.
We only stayed one night, but loved the location by the r iver and walking path. The only negative was the air conditioner, which was noisy and felt like a heliport launch pad when it came on. Hopefully, thy're not all that way!
Nice overlook of the river and pool as well. Rooms are small
Stayed here twice in October....going thru to Seattle area and coming back thru a week later. Staff were awesome with directions, ordered pies for us to take, winery suggestions, etc. Rooms were clean and quiet and had all the little extras that make it comfortable to travel. The breakfast bar had many great choices for grabbing a bite before hitting the trail, and the location was awesome on the riverfront. Mexican restaurant next doorhad great food, and the little neighborhood Thai restaturant downtown Yakima was as authentic as we have EVER had!
