10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really like the decor. Modern, clean, bright, comfortable, cosy, quality. Very good entry system. Excellent environment. Very convenience for the Lymington Ferry which was the initial reason to pick a B&B near. Very please we picked you.
Cons: Your website really gave no indication of the high quality of your 'establishment'. The Pink Room as advertised actually nearly put me off of booking - it looked a bit tacky. I was very pleased to see the room as it it now. My advice would be to update your website with fresh photos and maybe cut out some wording..it was a bit duplicated in parts.

Pros: The B&B was excellent, the owners were kind, polite and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and there was always tea and coffee available and ordinary cows milk was available. The location was excellent for car travel or for walks. Every need was catered for.
Cons: The only thing that was rather strange was the crackly duvet, but that did not disturb the good sleep as beds were very comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the friendliness of the owners Matt and Denise, the fact that their personal mobile phone numbers were available to guests was comforting. The attention to detail ( ie fresh milk from a guest fridge) a fan in the room, Yorkshire tea(!!) Good quality biscuits, in the room and comfy beds. A nice ‘ homely ‘ feel to the cottage which is in a great location. Breakfast was outstanding- locally sourced, beautifully cooked and excellent attentive service. We would definitely recommend Rockstone Cottage and we will be returning. Thank you Matt and Denise. Sandie and Steve Hastings. Leicester UK.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, in both quality and choice. Denise and Matt are, I would suggest, made for this kind of work - they worked tirelessly to give us excellent service, always with a smile. The building itself is a pleasant blend of the ancient (built in 1790) and modern (beds, bathing facilities, food and coffee).
Cons: Not a lot! It's all very well your "barometer" below asking me to tell you a little more, but there is nothing more to say in the context of what we didn't like - sorry! Maybe the weather could have been more benevolent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast exellent and large range to choose from. The welcome was very good and the couple running the B&B were charming. We were told the house should be treated as our home for the week.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything ... An oasis of calm amongst the trees and wildlife of this property more than exceeded our expectations. The staff were helpful and friendly. The full IOW breakfast was delicious, as were, the complimentary biscuits each day we came home to our room. We opted for a twin room which was downstairs; large and spacious. The 'secret garden' through the woodland afforded us a view of the sea and sunshine as we sipped our pre-breakfast coffee ... Vicky showed us the The Old Kitchens self catering apartment which was, in our opinion, an outstanding asset to the B&B accommodation. All round, we would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Weston Manor is one of a kind,, beautifully restored from semi dereliction by our hosts The location is unique too.
Cons: We had booked a twin room , the beds had foot boards. This was a major problem for my husband who is 6’2” tall. Vicky , our hostess immediately set to and put an extra mattress on the bed and raised the foot of the bed so that my husband's feet could go above the foot board. Then he managed quite well
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Set in the countryside not far from Freshwater, this is a good base for exploring the western end of the Island, especially for walkers. Our room was large and clean with original features including a fireplace. It had a pleasant outlook over the garden and was very quiet. The cooked breakfast was very good. There is a good pub close by, easy walking distance, serving excellent food. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions for where to eat out.

Pros: The most perfect family stay accommodation. The property was incredibly clean, well furnished, spacious and versatile space for a family with double room, twin room and bathroom upstairs with lounge/ diner downstairs. The diner has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Huge garden with garden loungers, and kids play equipment and laws areas. Each morning the host comes into the dining area and lays out the breakfast at agreed time - cereal, fresh bread and jams, juice, fresh coffee and then a hot breakfast - all beautifully cooked and presented with high quality produce. Absolutely faultless :)
Cons: I can't think of anything that could be improved.
