10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we arrived we were made welcome and comfortable. Kim is an incredible friendly host and serves a fantastic breakfast. Excuse me while I rave on a bit more about the breakfast. The food was fresh, extremely tasty and presented akin to a top restaurant. The lounge area was warm and comfortable. The bedroom was also comfortable. We were glad that we chose Buttercup Hill for our stay in Warburton.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is beautiful, clean and cozy. Pretty well located and close to all the shops and main attractions. There was a car park and the bedroom and ensuite were huge. Everything was clean and Kim is the best! There were cookies and hot cross buns when we arrived. She helped us with lots of suggestions of restaurants and attractions. The best part was the breakfast: Kim cooks beautifully! I would definitely recommend and hopefully I can come back during Winter to enjoy the snow :)
Cons: Nothing, every and each detail was perfect.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our host Kim was exceptional. She was very generous with her time and effort to ensure we were comfortable. A highlight was the breakfast that Kim personally cooked for us. Delicious!

Pros: The bed and the space. Very roomy. Loved the view, the outdoor area and the location. And we loved the cute cat.
Cons: That no kitchen was provided but we were aware of that :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are beautifully appointed - very comfy and stylish. The outdoor areas are stunning. The common room adjoining the reception area is comfy and accommodating, with access to microwave and amenities. The owners are friendly, informative and so happy to engage and assist. Couldn't rate this place any higher. Just exceptional!

Pros: Richard is very helpful; The bed is comfortable, the room is warm and cozy, I enjoyed the Spa; It is easy to access the river walk; The kids like the TV with easy Youtube watching.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for us and it is situated close to the township. The staff were so helpful, especially for information around the area. The information card really helped us out! It contained motel stay reminders, where to go for things, places located (in distance order) for places like restaurants and the local must see things to see and do! The beds were amazing to sleep in with electric blankets for those cold nights. The fire pits were a nice touch as my family and I sat there for a while toasting marshmallows! We have cats at home and the local cat comes around for a visit to everyone. We loved him! I think he loved us too because he stayed with us for a few hours and even snuggled with me on the bed, and on my partners lap. My 4yr old wanted to keep him he was so friendly
Cons: I think the fridge was a bit small for us as we were trying to keep things a bit cost effective by bringing day trip food etc. I think next time I’d choose a room that had a separate sleeping space for the little ones, trying to get my 4yr old to bed before 8pm just didn’t happen because of the shared bedroom/lounge room space.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly owner, very knowledgeable, good location, good size room, clean and comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire experience, the hosts and the lovely room
Cons: Zero liked it all

Pros: The motel is off the main drag but once we found it we appreciated the location and we would like to return to enjoy the walks in the area. The staff were very friendly, helpful and informed of the locality, advising us of eateries etc
6.3 Good
Cons: Very noisy guests on the floor above us at 5:15am and every little milk carton we opened was lumpy so couldn’t even have a coffee. Bathroom was very old fashioned wouldn’t want to be any bigger than I am or wouldn’t have been able to use the toilet
5.3 Okay
Pros: The location was quiet and was adequate for our needs it was clean and the manger was pleasant and helpful. It was in wlking distance to shops and the river and good walks around the area.
Cons: No sink for washing of cups,

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A most beautiful house, excellent views and brilliant host
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the Cottage next the main house for one night whilst attending a wedding nearby. The cottage which was huge and very comfortable offering fantastic views of the surrounding area. Peta was a great host and looked after us very well during our stay. Full hot breakfast provisions were provided and we cooked them up the next morning in our own kitchen at a time that suited which we thought was a great idea. It was a hassle free enjoyable stay.
Cons: It was exactly what we expected, there is a steep road / path leading up to the property and is quite isolated but once you have your own car / transport its not really an issue
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bedding was great and cottage presented clean and tidy with ingredients for a divine English Breakfast provided.
Cons: It would not be too difficult to install a WIFI extender to enable WIFI extension in this comfy cottage and being a converted driveway the original gravel drive right up to the cottage edge does take away a little of the potential for beauty.

Pros: The comfort level was extremely high. Beautifully decorated home

4.5 Okay
Pros: The friendly cockatoos - They flock around the dining room verandah during meal times.
Cons: Breakfast on the first morning was terrible - worst ever - cook was an old man who is not the chef I believe. Meals in the restaurant were not good either - 5 star restaurant prices but the food does not even rate a 1-star - overcooked kangaroo, under-cooked lamb (it was "blue" in the middle), entree of prawns deep fried 3-4 way appear to be out of a frozen packed. Rooms were small, spartan hostel-like,

Pros: For the season (winter) the food on offer was perfect. The internal temperature was ideal and the lounges comfortable and inviting. A great place to chill. Kookaburras sitting on the handrail of the deck outside the dining room a real treat.

Pros: We like to watch the kookaburra’s feeding as well as watching the cow is being fed. To have the river as a part of the property is magnificent. It is one of the property that made our decission to stay here
Cons: The bed would be better if we have king mattress instead of 2 single beds.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, rural environment, peaceful, indoor and outdoor spaces
Cons: I would have liked a reading light near the bed. My partner had one and I didn't.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A lot of attention to details Dinner in the dining room on the first night whilst no other guests was terrific. The owners and frineds were dinning on another table so it very speciasl Food excelent
Cons: nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are quite small and the walls are very thin. Lovely location, staff, dinner and breakfast. Common areas quite small and that area was dominated by a single group leaving now where else to go and share a drink with friends... the place does have great potential though and I would stay there again
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was amazing, nice setting at the river. Staff went above and beyond to move a nice cosy little table and chairs right in front of the beautiful open fire place.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The little tiny home completely exceeded all expectations. We were so excited to get there and once we arrived we were not disappointed! So clean, so tidy, so cute and just added to our adventure theme perfectly. The hosts were amazing and kept in touch throughout the stay, and even popped down to make sure we were ok after the storm. We had a continental breakfast, milk, juice and eggs in the fridge and all waste was environmentally friendly....and I mean all waste!! Highly recommend this little piece of tranquility for an escape, an adventure or just to remind yourself that life is for the living.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay. We were in "vista 1" and it was modern and it had everything we needed. kitchen had all necessities. everything worked. It's a very spacious, very much like an apartment. Tonia was very helpful, and very nice. Would easily go back and recommend to people. The views from the windows were like postcards. In view of some cattle and wonderful countryside. And a great friendly dog who was amazingly sweet greeted us each day as we arrived and left.
Cons: OK, if we have to pick something, which is difficult to do; The shower head was small, and the water came out as a very strong jet stream. It didn't make things impossible just not ideal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment is a spacious, comfortable, catering for all seasons, with terrace to enjoy the sun, sunsets and view; and a log burner to cosy up in the winter along with a kitchen that is well set up. The rural setting is stunning, peaceful and restful, and the location is very handy to numerous activities. I would highly recommend this for a weekend escape or a holiday. Definitely would stay again.

Pros: 10/10. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities, perfect location (close to shops and vineyards but still secluded and private) and lots of little touches around the house that really made it such a welcoming environment. Pros: Gorgeous property. The cottage had everything you needed. There was a pool table which kept our teenager entertained. It was clean and very well kept. Plenty of heaters and an open fire with a big wood stack so great for a winter getaway.
Cons: Breakfast was one loaf of bread and toppings and some small cereal packets for a family of 4 for three nights, which was a bit lacking and boring. Other than on arrival we didn’t have any contact with the owner. It would have been nice if she touched base.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Very disappointed the spa was cold.

Pros: Gorgeous room, very spacious, spa, fire, bath, full kitchen facilities, breakfast provisions, provided me with GF bread. Music and lights on when we arrived. Grounds were lovely. So peaceful and quiet.
Cons: Needed firelighters and more kindling, lucky we had read reviews and took some. Some small boxes of cereal would be nice in case you don't like bacon and eggs and hashbrowns.
