Pros: We really loved the hosts. The room was very well designed, with the best view. The house design is great.

Pros: The location is amazing. Every detail has been considered, even down to how the breakfast is presented. The location make eating out difficult however the hotel does evening meals, which were fantastic and well priced.
Cons: Nothing regarding the hotel. The drive to the hotel is a little scary but the location more than makes up for it.

Pros: Incredibly beautiful hotel and extremely friendly owner and staff - best place we've ever been !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was of a life time experience. Everything was perfect. We were blown away by the view, location, the design of the old, beautiful building, the food, wine and service from staff and the owners Ramon and Patei. We found this place randomly looking for a place to stay for one night in the area. What a special treat and surprise. The food was all sourced locally and typical from the area. The price is incredible: one night in a room with a view, breakfast, 3 course dinner and wine $200.00. Ramon helped us find us hotels for the next 3 nights as we travel towards the East coast. Some more fantastic hotels. We will be back and tell others about it.
Cons: Everything was perfect . Wish we could have stayed longer.

Casa Del Infanzon - Sos Del Rey Catolico - Building
2
9.4 Excellent (449 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in the medieval town of Sos del Rey Católico La Casa del Infanzón offers charming accommodation with views of the surrounding mountains.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Best feature is location: the hotel is directly in the stunning village of sos with all the little cobbed street and the hills. Ideal location to visit and wander in the medieval street as they were centuries ago. Fantastic view from the window. The cooking and breakfast are fantastic too!
Cons: Initial mixed up on the booking (I booked a room with an extra sofa but was given a standard double room with little space) but that was corrected nicely and promptly. And what matters is how people deal with issue when they arise, so all good at the end!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hospitable hostess, stunning views fron attic room, scrupulously clean room with sympathetic decor.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and service
Cons: Carrying luggage from car
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room and practical bathroom.
Cons: Not keen on the part frosted glass in the bathroom door! Privacy denied, I'm afraid!
6.8 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very good! Staff friendly!
Cons: Because of it being in a Medieval town, parking has to be outside these boundaries! Which means carrying or rolling your cases over cobble stones up towards the accomodation! Something that is not mentioned in the information about this accommodation on the Booking.com page!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location and room
Cons: Restaurent not coordinating with hotel
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room have a superb and tasteful touch. When you see a copy of Hemmingway's the old man and the sea on the table you know that you are in the right place. Fantastic breakfast with selection of homemade cakes.
Cons: They sell wine, but since the receptionist/owner doesn't stay at the hotel, we couldn't properly make use of the common area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast brilliant.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hostel is very individual and quirky. Hostess most welcoming but our lack of Spanish made communication basic. We liked homemade cake for breakfast. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay if you can cope with the steep climb and narrow streets that comprise the old Jewish quarter.
Cons: I did like the hotel's situation but it is in the old Jewish quarter which is very steep and no vehicle access so it's a steep climb. We parked in Via Hispania which was the nearest place - no problem when we stayed and no cost.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Slept really well in comfy beds
Cons: Breakfast wasn't very good and should have been a buffet style as it was very limited
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Like stepping back in time located in the heart of the medieval city. The owner is a wonderful woman who has done a fabulous job of rebuilding the old structure. She is an historian and very knowledgeable about the history of the city and the area.
Cons: Nothing. You just need to be aware that it is in a pedestrian- only area so getting instructions ahead of time where to park is helpful.

Pros: This boutique hotel oozes character & charm in a tastefully renovated old stone building. Loved the facilities & comfort of the room. Breakfast offered a wide choice of fresh produce. The town itself is fascinating & offers a wide choice of eating & drinking options. We ate twice at the recommended Landa restaurant opposite the hotel. Parking was on the street just outside the hotel. The manager had many suggestions for places to visit locally. Would have been happy to stay longer!

Hostal Almadiero - Burgui - Building
5
9.2 Excellent (197 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Hostal Almadiero in Burgui, you'll be in the mountains and 10 minutes by foot from Virgen del Castillo Hermitage. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Unfortunately nothing
Cons: Over priced for very basic rooms and non existant service. We had a so called de lux room which reminded of a monk’s cell. Waterpipes were sounding very loud, if someone went to the toilet or showered it was as if it happened next to your bed. You could also hear every word from the neighboring rooms. The staff is extremely rigid and unfriendly. In the village there is only one cafe/bar. Nearest restaurant is 9 km’s away.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a lot of character and is an amazing value for the quality of stay.
Cons: Would prefer more options for later night snacks and refreshments.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent as a base for seeing the region and the building is beautiful.
Cons: It would have been good to have more facilities especially a pool. And the food at dinner in the evening is ok but not the best for the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Paradores are not always the cheapest but they are always the best. I can't rate the hotel highly enough.
Cons: They could have let me place my motorcycle alongside the wall of garage, taking up no space, at no cost rather than allocate me my own space at a cost of €17, which I thought was unnecessary.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff - we got an upgrade for a tiny fee because we were travelling with 2 kids and they wanted to give us more space. Had a superior room with stunning views, super comfortable bed, fold out sofa bed and cot for our 2 daughters. Dinner and breakfast were excellent although breakfast a bit pricey. Great location to explore Sos!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Handicapped park at front door. Welcoming and helpful staff. Wished we could have stayed longer.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was fine. Excellent bar.
Cons: Disappointed in the restaurant. Seemed a bit 'boil in the bag' to me.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Best parador we have stayed in, the location is fantastic with the beautiful old town to get lost in and meander around. Others have talked about the walk from car park to the door.....guys it's a few steps not a country mile, and we had motorbike clobber on carrying bags, helmets in the blazing sun. Great view from our room, breakfast as in all paradores was great. Dinner not so.
Cons: Sorry to report a bit of a surly waitress at dinner, a smile would have helped
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb, with excellent views. There were lots of places to sit and relax at the hotel and the historic town was full of interesting streets and buildings.
Cons: Everything was great.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful interior and marvelous view.
Cons: N/a

Pros: Beautiful old Villa in a very quiet small town. Owner very helpful and the food was excellent.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Jose the manager was fabulous! He ensured that our every need was met, even as he cooked the meals, waited on the tables and ran the bar.

Pros: It is very beautiful around! Mountains, view... Inside of that small town is a great atmosphere. We enjoyed a lot by walking around that area. Personal are very nice and helpful ! If you need to feel calm you should visit that place! Incredible. I'll come back there
Cons: Breakfast is not so good for me, but anyway we left the cafe not hungry. WIFE on the second floor is not very good. And there is one market close to hotel but be ready it could be close- take something to eat with yourself. Anyway they have a restaurant. It was very cold - +15 when we came and very windy) Then the whether became much more softer )

Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was excellent, just a few hundred yards from Sos's centre. Lovely view from the bedroom.
Cons: We stayed out of season (just!) and there appeared to be no breakfast facilities at the hotel, indeed there didn't appear to be a restaurant. When we asked staff they beckoned down the road so may be there's a shared facility?
6.0 Good
Pros: Modern, clean, comfortable; a few blocks from the old town. Nice views of the surrounding hills (but not of town, alas). Very friendly and helpful young woman at the desk (who was only there periodically, since she had duties at the hotel's bar/restaurant 2 blocks away).
Cons: Free en suite Wi-Fi didn't work (but it 'sort of' worked in the lobby); couldn't figure out how to work the AC for the life of me.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is modern but fine , it is immaculate and the rooms are good so clean and the beds are great. The food is very good I had Sea Bass it was amazing . Oscar and his father where great so helpful and nothing was to much bother we will be back when in the area. I would recommend the hotel to anyone
Cons: I didn’t dislike anything just a suggestion the sign and entrance to the car park is not inviting and doesn’t do the hotel justice it needs a makeover A new sign and some flowers or greenery would improve it as it gives visitors the wrong impression and lets the hotel down. Also would benefit from softer seats in the bedrooms this is meant to be helpful as it would not deter me from returning

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very pleasant and super kind, and the views of the village are amazing.

Pros: This guesthouse was right in the centre of the town and everything is very close. Although they did not speak any English they managed to get us parking and organise food and drink. The rooms were old fashioned but clean and spacious. One of our rooms had a shower that seemed to have jets everywhere and the manual was in Spanish. Just hit the top left button for a normal shower. The view from the corner double room is wonderful over the town square but be warned that if people are drinking below in the undercroft then the noise echoes up a bit. All in all a pleasant stay.

Pros: This is a special place with great views of the mountains above the monastery and of the Embalse de Yesa in the valley {so long as it's not raining!). The highlight is the ability to attend the daily services of the monks. The 1900 Vespers is sung in latin as Gregorian chant and well worth attending in the Romanesque church. The rooms are en suite and comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast is a tad expensive.

Pros: After a long day on our motorbike we used the 'hotels near my location' on booking.com and this came up, we never imagined we'd be staying in a 'working' monastery! the setting is amazing at the top of the hill, with nice walks around. Rooms are very basic but adequate, bathroom was very small but everything you needed. Restaurant was fine, as there is nothing else around they have a captive audience!

Pros: The hostel was very clean and the food was great. I wasn’t here during peak vacation season, but it was a steal for the price I paid.
5.0 Okay
Cons: I could feel they didn’t want me in there place, and for no reason. I was alone in there, no sheets offered, no towell, no kitchen to cook, they only asked me if I had a meal to warm up. Even then I was all by myself and they were doing things in the kitchen and the living room, they didn’t talk to me at all. The lady was exaspereted as she was looking at her computer to find my booking online. I guess they are more welcoming with Spanish people... I will not go back there !

Pros: I liked all of it. The room and the bathroom were massive, good size. The bed was comfy. We had a terrace as well. I liked the free parking round the hotel. And the fact that the hotel has got a restaurant and a bar with a huge terrace, so you can have something to eat and drink without going far at reasonable prices.
Cons: The hotel has not a lift, but that piece of info it is mentioned, so no surprise for that.

Pros: Bikers riding the N240 - N260 across the Pyrenees. Came upon this place by accident. Had a great big room with balconies. Very good stay, highly recommended, not touristy.
Cons: If you're hungry be aware that none of the restaurants in town including this hotel (as in much of Spain) only serve supper between 20.00 - 22.00. Bring a snack.

5.0 Okay
Cons: Hotel located on the side of a hill in the middle of a town only with VERY narrow streets. Location was very poorly highlighted. no signposts or pre-contact which was the best way to arrive. No restaurant though food was to be available
7.0 Good
Pros: Stop over en route to Barcelona. It was comfortable and relaxing
Cons: I was travelling by motorbike and I arrived in torrential rain. It is located up a series of very steep lanes and it was difficult to find even with satnag. No evening meal or bar facilities available - requiring a walk into the deserted town. Only parking is some distance away in covered garage-difficult to access when loaded down with luggage
10.0 Excellent
Pros: spacious room, quality furnishings, comfortable bed, linens, and pillows
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice iterior and room. Good breakfast.
Cons: No english, but we have understanding. Hard to find.
7.5 Good
Pros: Authentic, stylish and good quality furnishings. Helpful reception and offer of evening meal which we accepted. Selection of local dishes of the chefs choosing were appreciated. Rooms were clean and adequate for our needs. Good value in beautiful small local town of Aibar.
Cons: Poor signage for Hotel maybe because of town rules. Parking difficulties but that is not the Hotel's fault.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This was my favorite place we stayed while in Spain! Amazing centuries-old family fortress of a town house - the solid stone walls and ancient wooden beams have been beautifully maintained. Friendly owners, very clean and comfortable, nothing beats the ambiance of the hotel and the medieval cobblestoned hilltop town it is in!
Cons: The only improvement could be breakfast - not a lot of it, and not quite what we expected for $10 (ex: deli ham, not cured jambon), but I think it would have been difficult to find breakfast anywhere else in town. It was bit difficult to get to the hotel following Google maps due to the narrow streets (not made for cars lol!)
