Pros: Loved the cleanliness and decor. The hosts were superb giving us extra bits of info for a speedy check in plus options on carrying through. Very quiet accommodation with onsite parking. Close in so we could leave the car and walk to restaurants, etc.

Pros: hospitality staff was very good in the eating areas, very friendly and helpful
Cons: we found out upon arriving the elevator was out and had been out for sometime. Our room was on the fourth floor (top). This became a chore over a three day stay. It may have been nice to offer some sort of discount for the inconvenience.
Pros: It has a great restaurant. With great reasonable price.
Cons: Not a lot of free parking on site.
Pros: Clean room
Cons: We were not informed that a car show event was in town and that a dance would be right outside out window (on the 4th floor). Very little sleep. A headsup would have been nice.

Pros: Great location..Nice and clean..Very wonderful breakfasts included with our stay.
Cons: Not enough parking stalls.
Would not stay there again, although would eat there again
Pros: Food was good.
Cons: The room was very small, overlooked HVAC equipment, was dark with one frosted window and was noisy due to HVAC machine running all night. It was one of the worst rooms we have ever paid for and decided to leave after one night even tho we reserved for 3.
Pros: Great room. Nice to have a decent breakfast in the morning. Close to excellent downtown. Great location. Nice and helpful staff.
Cons: No coffee maker in the room. Very, very sad for this caffeine addict.

Very fresh looking with rustic flavor.
Pros: beautiful facility in the heart of town.
Pros: Newly renovated and well furnished. Staff were very accommodating and the location was excellent.
Cons: The front desk clerk was so rude we didn't even stay at the hotel. She asked that we prepay our room and added a 100$charge. When we asked why despite the confirmation email stating no extra charges she said had to. We were insulted and upset so we left.
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, excellent restaurant downstairs
Cons: The bed was VERY hard
Pros: Pet-friendly, price, downtown location, decor, food in the lounge.
If you are picky about noise, there is a pub (with yummy food) on the main level so be sure to mention that you want to be on the quiet side of the hotel. However, the quiet rooms don't have a nice view so take your pick: quiet or view. Also, if you go with a rack room and find it a tad cozy, be sure to make use of one of the social areas. There is a great sitting/coffee area and a beautiful deck to relax on.
Pros: Loved the contemporary style, the affordability, the friendly staff, and the overall uniqueness of this hotel.
Pros: The rooms have a contemporary design, part warehouse loft, part industrial.
Cons: There was no elevator. There were no grab bars in the bath/shower. There were no tissues.
Pros: Great location and good bang for buck. The room was updated and stylish. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Great walking location in downtown Nelson.
Cons: It was quite noisy at night with people leaving the bar and hanging around for a while afterwards on the street. We had to ask for amenities like hairdryer/iron from the front desk. There wasn't much parking - we had to use meter parking on the street.

Cons: The microwave in our room was touchy. The front desk gal said it was the wiring and offered to move us to a new room. We stayed and found the trick was to jiggle door until it turned on.

Great location and clean rooms for a reasonable price. Decent Chinese/Western restaurant on site. Pool and hot tub were clean. Fresh towels provided at front desk by friendly staff.

This place was much better than what I expected.
Pros: The location was convenient and the room was big enough.
Cons: I wish that there were bigger or more pillows. Also I had a hard time to charge my phone because the power outlets were not conveniently located. They simply could have a night stand light with power outlets.
