Pros: Very welcoming place, comfortable, very friendly staff and facilities are great too. I go every year and it is amazing if you fancy to relax at the hotel after a day of hiking or visiting places. Food is delish, always miss amazing breakfests...you will never have better anywhere else. Great value for money and yet again thank you for lookong after me past few days
Pros: I have really enjoyed my stay. This hotel is located in a small and calm village, on the main street but there are very few cars passing and it's really calm. The owners are kind and helpfull. We coud use a small but weel equiped gym with all you need for a basic training, there was also swimmingpool and sauna included in the price. Rooms are spacious, with all furnitures you need and space to keep your stuff, bed is confortable, bathroom is clean. WIFI connection without problem. The breakfast was also very good - a large choice perfect for everyone. We have tried the restaurant for the dinner and we were also very happy- menu is not big but all the plates we have tried were good.
Cons: For me there was no issue with the hotel itself, maybe just that the rooms are on 1st floor and above (for the main hotel building) with no elevator so it's tricky when you have a lot and heavy luggage and it's also not for people having issues to walk the stairs or on wheel chairs.
Pros: Wonderful hotel located beautifully in Owl Mountains. The owner is very helpful and passionate about the hotel and the area, the rest of the staff goes an extra mile for the customers. Facilities are great-beautiful garden, playground, heated pool and basketball/tennis court (all included in the price). Food is great, local products are being used and you can really taste it.
Cons: Nothing, all was great
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were no vegetarian dishes without goat cheese on the menu, but the cook created a delicious meal for us. Breakfast was very complete including gluten free products. We booked the sauna privately, which was nice. They served a local wine and a local craft beer.
Cons: Bathroom was a little small with limited space to hang your towel.
Pros: -Comfortable and big room -Tasty breakfast -Close to hiking trails
Cons: -A little bit of nosie from the road nearby -Considering the costs per night of a room, it would be nice if the sauna would also be included in this price
Pros: Excellent breakfast, great location (hiking path to Wielka Sowa mountain starts right behind the hotel), very friendly and helpful staff, lots of wooden, china, plush owls everywhere ;)
Cons: The carpet in the apartment was a bit old. The mattresses in the queen bed did not hold together, my wife ended up sleeping in the gap ;)

Pros: Beautiful surroundings, amazing hospitality, very generous polish style breakfast, served on stilish polish china, with fresh grinded Italian style coffee-just perfect.
Cons: We have ordered a dinner and supper once and comparing to breakfast it was a little bit of disappointment.
Pros: We spent a wonderful week there. Perfect location for trips to close interesting locations (rocks, mountains, castles, mines and so on). There is quite big children playground like a part of beautiful garden. The house is absolutely silent and clean. And one thing we will never forget - perfect breakfasts:-) Wide range consist of many fresh products and unforgettable home-made cakes..:-)
Pros: Perfect accomodation with very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and dinner and very clean apartments.
Pros: The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great place to relax, spa and wellness space really impressive
Cons: It was not our first stay at that place and unfortunately seems that once there is a lot of people the standards lower a bit, I mean especially restaurant space and the way how the food was served. We hope that the place with time won't keep loosing those small details that make the difference between good and excellent place.
Pros: Very relaxing atmosphere. Friendly people.
Pros: Beautiful place! we were there only one night but it was perfect. Very nice room, amazing food and helpful staff. Perfect place for a city break!
Pros: Excellent pool, copious vegetarian breakfast and a la carte restaurant. Lovely tea/dried fruit relaxation corner in the massage area, amazing park/grounds, silence.
Cons: The instant coffee in the room:-( Eco-friendliness the hotel purports to pursue: except rain water being used in toilets and glass bottled water in the room, no other measures are undertaken. IT IS NOT ENOUGH. Please consider changing the towels policy perhaps? People use 10 towels a day there. Different colour? The throw-away slippers you offer for pool and plastic ones at the massage facility... The amount of white linen, and towels being washed there daily is just depressing! The staff should smile and be more friendly I did not feel welcome there for some weird reason.
Pros: It’s amazing feeling to stay in kind of castle that have a look and design of super modern hotel. Spa area and pool are great so the underground passage between them Very good restaurant with small but very nice choice of food and drinks. For one who likes wheat beer they have great belgium draft beer. Service very good. Breakfast is great
Cons: We got room without air condition. Fortunately the weather was nice but i think that it should be mentioned in the description of the room that there no aircon.
Pros: The place itself is actually marvellous, really peaceful and quiet. The spa facilities are comfortable and the rooms - well-equipped. The staff is very helpful and always do their best to improve your stay, also genuinly interested in what the shortcomings of the place are. The hotel is surrounded by forests and fields, so if you want to have rest from city buzz, this is a perfect place for you.
Cons: Unfortunately, in order to reach this isolated and quiet area you need to arrange a local (and rare) Taxi from closest PKS (Polish bus) station or pay around 200 PLN (around 50 euros) for a Taxi from Wroclaw (one way). Another disadvantage of such remote location is lack of alternatives of the hotel restaurant. If you are staying there for 2-3 days that’s not such a serious issue, but after a while you get bored with the short menu. Still, it wouldn’t be fair not to mention that if you tell staff about it, they ask the chef to make something extra and if there are not too many people, he does so. The last shortcoming is poorly equipped gym of low quality. This may not be a big issue for those that stay there for a weekend, but it’s worth bearing it in mind if you plan a longer stay.
When you stay at Hotel Bardo in Bardo, you'll be 13 minutes by car from Leaning Tower. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The food in restaurant was very good for a nice price.
Cons: We stayed for two nights in this hotel with our little dog and payed a very high price: 160 zloty. Also we can't go sit with our dog in the café. We understand we can't go in a restaurant with the dog, but there where no place to sit with our dog in the building. She has to stay on our room. Also when you want to go for a swim and ask for extra towel, you have to pay for it ( 17 zloty ). They don't say that before. It was a surprise when we have to pay by leaving.
Pros: Facilities, room, bathroom and super firendly staff
Cons: Slippery floor on the swimming pool
Pros: Location was a bit out of the way & within a neighborhood but 1/2 way between where we were & where we needed to be so it worked. Breakfast was a spread...almost didn't seem worth the effort for the @5 rooms that were occupied though. There was a fantastic playground area even with a pump track & there were bikes available for hire in order to experience it however none smaller than adult sizes so my 11yr old was pedaling around on his toes.Seems a shame to have that amenity but not cater for younger guests.
Cons: No one at check in desk upon arrival & although dining room staffed saw us as dining room is in lobby area, they were too busy with two parties going on simultaneously in the dining area to even acknowledge us-not a good start. After @10 mins we got someone's attention & managed to check in. Two separate rooms both of which were sauna hot thanks to the heat wave going on in mid June & no air conditioning in the rooms. The rooms were nothing special & the one I stayed in overlooked the front entrance so opening a window for even the slightest breeze exposed you to everyone coming & going in & out of the property. Room also was a bit tired & in need of some sprucing up & decoration which is surprising as this looked like a new hotel. The grounds themselves are still being landscaped & outbuildings are still being built which gives it the unfinished look. Dinner food was just o.k. but worst of all about dinner was the fact that the staff went about rearranging furniture around us as soon as the last person from the two parties left. Overall, much room for improvement & a bit more customer friendly staff required to get a higher rating.
Pros: nice and helpful staff
Cons: water in the swimming pool had a distinctively strange smell.
Pros: Perfect location, very polite and qently personnel, amazing lunch(very very tasty).
Cons: It was a room without A/C.
Pros: Fantastic staff, secure storage for our bicycles. Breakfast good, dinner in restaurant very good.

Pros: The room was lovely, extra clean and featured everything we needed. The property has a beautiful country garden tailored to spend some lazy time outside. The owner was super nice and it's a shame we did not manage to talk a bit more.
Cons: I could imagine a more comfy bed. The location is not the greatest -- but it's not the distance (given you've got a car), but the road behind the fence that is not a very busy one, but still the moderate traffic there might be of some disturbance while resting in the garden if you don't have your headphones on/earplugs in.

Pros: The rooms were clean and functional. The breakfast was good. The restaurant in the same building is really good and cosy. It´s only a short walk to the historic center.
Cons: Double bed instead of twin beds would have been nice.
Pros: Very nice and modern rooms. Professionell and helpfull staff. The food in the restaurant was very good. Would recommend this place any day. ☺️
Cons: There was one problem I forgot to tell them about. The drainage in the shower wasnt good. Probably it needs cleaning out cos while I took a shower a lot of water built upp on the floor and wouldnt go away fast anough. I think the room nr was 26.
Pros: Beautiful property! Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: Nice friendly service, good breakfast, clean facilities.
Pros: The food was great! Staff were also very helpful.
Cons: The room was a bit hot at night (and there was no fan /air con)
Pros: staff was very friendly and attentive.. location is simply perfect and food was great.
Pros: breakfast is good and delicious. Location is good, near the castle.

Pros: The hotel is a very nice historical building situated in a very quiet place, close to the forest. It.s very clean and recommended for relaxing.
Pros: Great palace in the beautiful surrounding. Amazing breakfast. Nice SPA and wonderful garden. I was amazed by the place. One of the top hotels I've ever been (really, and I know it is located in Bielawa city:)
Cons: All was really nice
Pros: Hotel is in a beautiful quiet setting. Food in restaurant was very good. Staff were very helpful. A great place to relax in. We wish we could have stayed longer
Cons: There was nothing not to like.
Pros: GREAT place to stay, dine in, explore local Lower Silesian wines, relax at SPA. Honestly best place I stayed this year so far. Ideal for hikes and bike rides as located by Sowie Mountains slopes.
Cons: To be honest the only minus is possible a location - really at the end of Bielawa city made any walks to the center quite long. But that only made us stay at the hotel facilities and enjoy SPA area.
Pros: Great location. Fantastic facilities. Beautiful park. Very friendly to dogs.
Pros: Beautiful setting, heritage architecture surrounded by majestic old trees and mountains. Fantastic spa facilities and delicious healthy food.
Pros: Perfect location in a beautiful park.
Cons: Still undergoing construction.
Pros: Plenty of choice at weekends but noticeable drop in selection during the week.
Cons: Service could be slow at times.
Pałac Kietlin is housed in an authentic palace from the 17th century. It offers simple, bright rooms with free Wi-Fi, a TV set and a private bathroom with a shower. Free private parking is available. The Pałac Kietlin has a spacious garden, a library as well as a horse stable. Guests can also buy out additional meal options or rent a bike on site The town of Niemcza is within 2.7 km, and Dzierżoniów Railway Station is 13 km from the Pałac Kietlin.
Pros: Nice facility (small chateau), pleasant, well equipped room. Standard tasty breakfast.
Cons: We experienced the problems with water supply. Obsiously it was planned action due to the dry wetter conditions. Unfortunately we were not informed by the owner in advance, even though she had to suppose it. We had no washing and drinking water and were not sure if it will be solved or not. If we knew it, we would buy the sufficient amount of water in shops during the day. I appeal to better communication of owner. This disturbed our stay, which was very pleasant in other regards.
Pros: Very nice staff, nice rooms, tasty breakfast :)
Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly. The place is clean and has easy parking. It's a beautiful mansion, you have the feeling that you're staying in a solid place The palace is located in general close to nature, woods and hills. Some might say that the close location of a farm might be a disadvantage, but the residence is surrounded by a nice and old park, which gives a feeling of comfort. Really nice!
Cons: For some it might not be relevant: the gate closes at 10-10:30pm, so if you're doing something somewhere and return later you gotta call the staff to open the gate. Which they always friendly did :-), but I had this feeling that they basically want to end their day, and you're the one they're still waiting for. Soundproofing of the doors is poor. There weren't too many people at the time, but you could still hear everything from the corridors.
Pros: Nice, comfortable and castle feel
Cons: Hard find location with poor signage
Pros: Cats, horses, ambiance.
Cons: After hours access somewhat difficult.

The restaurant is air-conditioned and serves French cuisine. Guests are also welcome to visit the on-site bar. Versant Hotel & Spa is located 750 metres from Dzierżoniów Train Station and Bus Station.
Pros: We arrived late from the airport and needed a quick change/bite before going to my parents weeding anniversary. The room was very tidy and spacious which allowed us to get ready very quickly. The hotel's colleagues were very attentive and helpful, offering the room service which arrived promptly and it was delicious. After the celebrations we had a good night sleep as the bed was comfy and used the jacuzzi/sauna in the morning which was the highlight and good for our recovery. The staff was friendly again as although we didn't ask ahead for the jacuzzi to be ready (i..e you should let them know 1hr ahead), the were quick to prepare it and allow us to overstay a bit to maximize the pleasure time.
Cons: The room is very spacious but the ceiling support makes it feel a bit awkward - although quirky at the same time. The breakfast menu could be more extensive, especially with hot food.
Pros: Really nice CLEAN and comfortable boutique hotel. One of our best steak tartare ever
Pros: The restraunt was out of this world . The food was made by a magician, the presentation of the food to the table was mouth watering,
Cons: No air con in rooms , swetted a bit at night.

Cons: Nothing to not like!
Pros: Greta location and wonderful view from a room, but only if you have chosen a room with the balcony/terrace. Breakfasts very good, quite decent restaurant, the waiters brilliant and very attentive. The room was Ok, although I wish there is one small shelve in the bathroom/in the shower to put your shampoo and soap and somewhere you can hang your towel. Great advantage are lifts in the building so no problem for people with mobility problems. We have not used the grill area but I imagine is wonderful when you are with bunch of friends. Overall: I recommend.
Cons: the light at the balcony with the movement sensor that you can not turn off. If you wish to watch stars and stay at the balcony - you must stay motionless.
Pros: The breakfast was very good and you can eat it outside enjoying great view from the balcony - the hotel is very well placed.
Cons: Common balcony is not very good for your privacy although great if you have friends in the next room :)

Cons: The rooms were very small and the bed was a fold up camp bed. I had to climb over my partner to get into bed, not particularly comfy at all. The carpet looked like it was from circa 1950 and my feet stuck to it! The bathroom was clean though! We parked our motorbikes in the car park and someone reversed into my partners bike and knocked it over so watch where you park! Ok for one night if there is nothing else, Ive slept in worse!
Pros: Good localisation, very nice helpful staff, decent food
Pros: The hotel is nice and comfortable, good location. Very beautiful flowers in the garden. Excellent breakfast! Kind and friendly staff.

Pros: Nice room with separate door into garden. Kitchen for all guests.
Cons: 1. There is nobody at the reception, only a telephone number. I got a message via e-mail in polish language with details to the room. 2. It is listed as Bed & Breakfast, but there was no breakfast! As I asked the man on the telephone, he told me that he needed to know that before.
Pros: The place was very clean, easy parking, open 24h a day, so no problems going in and out when you're in a hurry. The breakfast on the second day was good.
Cons: After arrival the owner told me that the next day he will not serve any breakfast, because I am the only person who would like to have a breakfast. He told me I could use the kitchen, which I did. I bought some food at a store for my breakfast. In the kitchen there was some guy who said that the fridge is fully packed and that I can use the other fridge, which was unplugged. I plugged the other fridge, put my food in it and went to sleep. The next morning I went to the kitchen to get my food for breakfast, and it turned out that the other fridge I put my food in was broken and it worked only as a freezer. So all my food was frozen hahaha!!! Thank you, haha! The next day in the morning the owner brought me coffee to the room and said there was breakfast now, because there is a group of guests, so now it is possible to have breakfast. At that time I already had bought food for the second breakfast I kept in the room, so it will not get frozen haha. So, this food went for lunch and I had a breakfast on the second day. The breakfast was good with fresh coffee. My advice for other guests: check everything manually twice at this place, and then you're gonna have a good stay :-).
Pros: Nice, clean, warm rooms with really comfortable beds. Couldn't ask for more. Great value for money.
Pros: Nice location.
Cons: We got a different room than booked, nobody was there when we arrived, the owner woke us up at 8.00am asking to pay the room (which was payed in advance with booking.com), then he came again at 9.00 saying that at 10.00 we would have had checkout. Well, it was annoying and embarrassing.
Pros: Clean room, large green space around the hotel, convenient car parking. There were bottles with drinking water in the room.
Cons: There was nobody at reception upon our arrival so we had to make phone calls and one of the hotel guests helped. There was no kettle in the room. Also no lamps next to beds.
