Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Staff was lovely.they took my bags all the way to solve the issue the elevator was broken.
Pros: I’ve been staying here for many years of business travel and recently for family trips and it’s been really good. It’s located in one of the safest areas of the city and close to many restaurants of all kind... actually 10 mins walk away. The pool is perfect for when traveling with kids, since it’s not too big and deep and I never had any trouble of been crowded. The included breakfast buffet is really good (children eat free) with many options been better than some big fancy chain hotels (Marriot, Hilton).
Cons: The elevator is a bit slow but not a big issue.
Pros: Friendly staff, Good variety of food, location is close to everything, confortable beds,
Cons: Noisy A/C, there was no shampoo in bathroom, stiff towels
Pros: The amenities and cleanliness
Pros: Beers and snacks
Cons: The customer service from the front desk
Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpful. Someone should give Claudia a raise she was my favorite person in the hotel, super helpful and friendly. I never remember people's name but I remembered hers. The hotel was very clean.
Cons: The internet was very slow in the room they gave me 212. As well the room was smaller than I thought it would have been for the amount of money it costed. After hours my shower leaked on its own at random moments, plumbing seemed very loud. They should try and invest in shuttle service to and from the airport.
Cons: Aircondition doesn’t work well
Pros: Everything else was very nice, I enjoyed the room, the breakfast, the place where the hotel is located is nice too. Great view of the city in the 5th floor, 516 room. And I love that the hotel was agree to change my first room that hasn't have city view.
Cons: The pool area was kind a small for the pool that is a good size.
Pros: The staff is friendly, the place is clean but my wife was there while they did the room cleaning and notice the they did change the bed sheets, and there was a dead roach in the bedroom.
Cons: The last time we stayed at this hotel ,the food was a blast ,they had pupusas ,tamales .the food was plenty, this time around it looks like they did a lot of changes. Every they serve eggs eggs eggs eggs.
Pros: I liked the location of the Hotel and the existence of a parking lot.
Cons: The Lift/Elevator was not working. Had to climb to the 5th Floor everyday.
Cons: Better ideas how prepare the breakfast without sending more, but having more variety of food not fancy stuff. I asked several times but they don't pay attention
