Food, young staff for entertaiment, peace and relax in the room, vine and walking trough the countyside Working time of the swiming pool and the restaurant,(dinner was too late )
There was additional payment (a must) for the sheets and towels! Should be included in the price or written in the main description of the room. There was as well no price of this (obligatory) additional payment on the booking.com!
It is good that the hotel has a free parking. IT would be beter if there was more options for breakfast, not only eggs, everyday. :)
Nice wooden building, close to ski lift, perfect view from window. Price is a bit steep, but fair.
The hotel is much better than expected for the money we paid! The rooms are clean with hot water and towels. We were 3 in one double room, and the 3rd bed its a sofa bed in very poor conditions, so we ended up sleeping all in the double bed. The restaurant is not good, food is very low quality and slow! Managers though were friendly! Globally its a good deal Restaurant. We asked for a 4 frommaggi pizza and they gave us 2 frommagi being sandwich cheese!
The food was quality. Memo the security guard was really nice. Hotel was seemingly eco-friendly with its recycling program. Lot's of amenities on site: atm, grocery, ski rental. A little too family oriented for my tastes - lots of dirty kids running around at all hours of the night. The walls were paper thin, luckily i was so exhausted that i slept mostly soundly. Check out time was way too early - 9:30?
Fully equipped small kitchin in the studio. Check out time at 09:30 is too early. Breakfast is not included and price of the breakfast is not indicated in advance. Large deposit of 200 EUR per stay.
The reception desk was fluent in English and very helpful to make some calls for me in Italian. They were also very flexible in handling our internet connections. They were always there to help even with slight details, without getting tired or bored about it. Always optimistic and enthousiastic. I cannot think of any complaint or possible improvement.
I liked the location in lovely countryside, the food, friendliness and comfort of this hotel. The spa was spotless. The town it was in was also very nice. It was very easy to access any type of sporting activity; walking, cycling etc.
Fantastic service and support from the staff.
A very nice Spa facillity The quality of the dinner was not in coherence with the price.
Breakfast. Welcome apples in the room. Garage not far from the hotel. No.
Very good location, helpful staff (indeed!)
Really nice staff, very good food, wellness, good location, clean rooms.
Convenient for exploring a beautiful area of Italy. The rooms are large and this would be appreciated in a longer stay. We stayed in early October when there was a cold snap but the hotel was not heated until the end of October.
Excellent location within walking distance of downtown Cavalese, free rental of bicycles to discover the region, large room with a very nice view of the mountains, most staff very friendly Overall the hotel would benefit from a refreshment (carpet, paintings, infrastructure) to bring it to international 4* level. Breakfast is below expectation even when considering Italian breakfast standards (limited choice, poor coffee (no real espresso!), staff overwelmed in the last hour when clients rush, buffet not replenished anymore 45 minutes before closure).
Very pleasant staff, good room and view. Excellent location for car visits to area. Cold in room at night (didn't complain). Breakfast could have been better.
The location was excellent. The staff was not very helpful.
Set in a small town tucked away in the mountains.Nice and peaceful.Staff were really helpful. Good breakfast.
The hotel owner was very friendly and was giving us a lift to nearby restaurants.. He also had great recommendations on the restaurants, and there was a great Michelin star one which we particularly enjoyed:-) it's location. You must have a car as diving options are non-existent in Panchia itself where the hotel is located. It is 20 minutes with the bus to go to Cavalese skiing area (which is small but very nice long pistes) and about 30 minutes to Predazzo (bigger but with shorter pistes). Val di Fiemme will be welcoming Nordic Ski Championship in 2013, and you can find many steep, purpose-built skiing pistes to practice your carving techniques:-).
