The facilities and staff kindness
A/C in room was very noisy, no USB in the rooms, very late check in
The hotel is built in a unique way, has interesting interior and large rooms which are furnished in good taste. Amazing view from our room and a friendly staff.
The room was _moderately_ clean when we got it. Though the staff is nice, they were absolutely incompetent. Example: one of the mornings the room was cleaned but no towels were left. It took us a few (!) calls to the register over a course of a few hours to simply get towels in our room so that we can take a shower. Speaking of the shower, the water from the shower flooded the bathroom floor if showering for more than a few minutes. The culinary experience was also very mediocre.
My husband asked for tea at breakfast when we were shown our table - it took 3 requests and a look of despair by a blonde haired lady who originally took the order. Everybody else after us got their drink before him - almost went and made it myself!
Restaurant, reception, location
Air cooler was problem, Room was not any free space for easy movements
Very stylish and unique, amazing view, full of art, can’t wait to come see a concert, nice food, lovely stuff.
not the cleanest, facilities look old although this is expected from a restored hotel, lack of attention to details.
Housed in Yaakov Rechter’s Israel Prize-winning 1973 construction, the Elma Arts Complex Luxury Hotel is not only architecturally awe-inspiring, but home to a top-notch gallery space, one of Israel’s most highly regarded concert halls, and a resolute dedication to art that runs through the property’s 95 rooms, suites, and communal spaces. The Cube adopts a more informal vibe with a calendar mainly of jazz, rock, and dance performances in a bar-side, 150-seat space, while The Elstein Gallery boasts an exciting exhibition program as well. Elma Arts Complex Luxury Hotel is dedicated to the arts with a varied, multidisciplinary calendar throughout the year.
