Pros: Absolutely great dinner and breakfast....not to be missed !!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, full of history, owner was very nice and obliging
Cons: The bed was a little firm for my taste
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I arrived late Friday evening, there was a lovely letter to introduce me to the Inn, very welcoming and all my questions re the area and walking/rambling were responded to. The breakfast the first morning was a bit richer for me than normal. The waiter was very kind and the Chef and prepared something different for me the following morning without me requesting it. Dinner Saturday evening was lovely, food tasted very good with local wines. The host Doc, his wife and Team were very nice. I really enjoyed my stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast chef made a special trip to get me ww bread so I could have poached eggs for breakfast. And no sugar added jam! Very good breakfast, had my favorite tea: Twinning"s English Breakfast. didn't need to eat again til early supper. Loved staying in the carriage house. Beautiful grounds, old, old trees. Rolling Va. countryside. Alpaca!
Cons: Most disturbing was the headstone in memory of the seventy-five African people, buried in a pasture, who had been enslaved by the early owners. I don't know when the memorial words on the stone were written; but in 2019, they are very offensive. There is little history available about the estate, except for the names of former owners (about 6 or 7) and the gravestone. The current owners are working with the local historical society to try to get more information. The other thing upsetting to me, a tree lover, is that almost all of the huge, old trees on the lawn are dying or dead and held up by ivy. I had a long talk with the owner(?), about talking with an arborist about what new trees to be planting. Most of the old trees are ash and may have been damaged by former ice storms or the Emerald Ash Borer. Also most of these old trees are probably nearing the end of their lives. I could stick my arm inside a dying cedar clear up to my elbow.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Prospect hill it is a wonderful and unexpected place to relax and feel the environment of the nature. We are from Barcelona and we were doing a roadtrip so we decided to pass by Virginia and choose this accommodation. Very special place, special mention to the owners and the cats! I hope we can comeback in a close future.
Cons: Nothing!!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The owner was amazing and gave us a tour telling us the history of the plantation. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was so nice. The breakfasts were both delicious. We loved everything about the plantation. And the dinner that was served was one of the best we have enjoyed in our lifetime and we travel all over the world. The service was exceptional.
Cons: It was a totally surprising stay and I would recommend this to anyone!!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We booked here for UVA parent weekend because everything in Charlottesville was full. We feel like we really lucked out! Very easy, scenic drive back and forth into town (about 25 minutes). Breakfast was DELICIOUS!!! Incredible kindness and helpfulness from the staff, super comfy room, and the grounds are stunning. Can't wait to come back out again.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: This casual yet sophisticated inn was a comfortable place to stay. After checking in we enjoyed chatting with other guests during the wine and cheese buffet. One family was enjoying a game of cards, while others enjoyed quiet conversation outside on the porch. My husband and I were fortunate to receive their advertised summer upgrade, and enjoyed our spacious room. The gentleman at the front desk was alert and conversational. He also took the time to show me the gluten free granola he had just made for the next morning.
Cons: Although the continental breakfast buffet was lovely and substantial, it was a bit tight to navigate.

Pros: The warm welcome to the cottage was amazing, the room was big and cozy, the wine and cheese happy hour it was a lovely surprise and the location is excellent walking distance to Charlottesville Downtown Mall and short drive to the many beautiful vineyards and wineries. Definitely a lovely place to stay for a romantic weekend getaway.
Cons: If the doors were sealed to avoid hearing outside noises.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, breakfast, staff, decor were all very good.
Cons: This specific room was in a kind of basement, with the windows looking onto unattractive areas, the bathroom drainage not good, and the room quite humid (there was a dehumidifier, but it made a lot of noise). All the other rooms where I have stayed in this inn were much nicer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet room. The inn is two blocks away from the downtown mall, as well as some great breweries and other places to eat. We used the inn as a place to rest our heads in between traveling around wine country. Very convenient drive to the wineries and Montclair. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone had a genuine smile on their face.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location right off the downtown mall, with great in and out parking and friendly staff. Their communication was early and clear and really helped since we were checking in after hours. Quick tip - park in the water street garage if there is no parking left - they validate!
Cons: It was a little more expensive than we wanted to pay, but we think there was a conference in town which caused the price to go up.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly welcome. Loved the idea of the evening cheese and wine for the quests
Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Suz & Dave were the most gracious, hospitable host and hostess - most entertaining and informative. She loves her garden and so we connected. The grounds are impeccable. Natures critters are amazing to sit outside and watch in morning and evening on their beautiful patios. The home is open to quiet comfort everywhere. Our room had not only comfort everywhere, but there was not a want that had not already been anticipated. Coffee is served nice and early. The breakfasts both mornings went beyond what we could imagine. Her hand picked berries blessed every meal. Fresh and delicious. Suz also directed to wonderful wineries and restaurants, enjoying all of her recommendations. The location is perfect going in any direction. We will be going back for sure.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing. I have a gluten allergy and they were VERY considerate of my food options. They even had gluten free cookies waiting for me and my son. The grounds were beautiful, and the owners were friendly and hardworking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, well cooked breakfast, home made fresh bread, lovely fruit and veggies, served like in your own house. everything so immacutaly done, minute things taken care of. even internet was fast. A really quiet, peaceful, cozy place, like a home away from home.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome B&B! So friendly from the second we walked in. They had tickets to go do tastings at tons of wineries, and gave us great ideas on which ones to go to as we only had one day. Really close to lots of good wineries. Our room was ready and they let us check in early, and had fresh cookies in the room that were so so so delicious. We picked up dinner and they set up a table for us to eat there, along with more freshly baked treats. Breakfast was delicious and again they were so helpful and lovely. The room was perfect, perfectly clean, and super comfortable. Overall everything was thought out and they had whatever you needed. Would definitely recommend!!! Only tip is to plan your rides to the wineries if you don't have someone to drive, as getting an Uber/Lyft can be difficult. Nothing to do with the property, just a heads up!

7.5 Good
Pros: I liked the breakfast really much! It provided plenty to choose from, as well as coffee, tea and juice. Our room consisted of one sort of a living room with a couch, and a bedroom with two beds. We even had a kitchenette. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the city as well as a swimming pool.
Cons: The couch in our room was not very comfortable and made loud sounds whenever you moved. Besides, although the room was booked for six, we only had four sets of towels, so we had to go to the reception to ask for more. I think that if you book for six, and pay for six, the hotel should also provide enough amenities for six. This was a little disappointing, but all in all, I'm very satisfied with our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was commodious and clean. It was a great stay.
Cons: Everything was fine. We did not eat the free breakfast because we wanted better selection of food.

Cons: Our room was not made up after the first night
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The woman who served the food was so friendly and attentive.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The spacious rooms, how clean it was, the lobby was neat, a lot of parking, good location, nice patio and other amenities.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room very comfortable and clean. Family pool perfect for our needs.
Cons: We didn’t get to stay long enough!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beds; rates; toiletries
Cons: Pool hours for kids. Hours supposedly changed a while ago but website is not updated. Find that very disappointing that a hotel of this caliber can’t update the info they present to the customer.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. all I had was fruit, but when I asked for some yogurt they gave me such a small portion, not impressive.
Cons: The room was very nice.Everything was great, except the price was accepted at check in and then they added another $50. to the bill. We were not happy with the surprise. This had nothing to do with anything we order, it was a added charge that was not expected. Not a good way to surprise us with the bill with this added charge. We came with 2 other couples and they all said the same they also seemed a little taken back with this added charge. I think this charge could have been explained at check in.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Jim, the host in the dining room. This includes the staff in the spa who were all professionals and did a good job. The grounds were gorgeous and restful, and included a lot of area for walking.
Cons: I was disappointed in the menu, which was limited for all meals, and I had a hard time finding things that appealed to me. The barbecued shrimp appetizer was delicious, as were the lavender crème brulee and the chocolate terrine desserts. The corn chowder was bland and the two fish entrees that I had were nice but not exceptional. I enjoyed the cheese board offering for lunch along with a gin and tonic which hit the spot after being outside all morning. The crab cake sandwich was OK. The portions were not overly large, but were satisfying. I didn't get a salad but they were small, definitely sides and not large enough for a meal. I had trouble with house keeping not making the bed properly but after talking to management this was improved.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Room was very nice and the grounds were beautiful
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and everything is top notched.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect over-nite getaway. Proximity to wineries, access to pool, wonderful dinner and live music afterwards.
Cons: Asked for a lake front room and got one overlooking the tennis courts.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Didn't eat breakfast there
Cons: My wife fell on the stars going into the lower level ( No elevator in building 7. There was poor lightening and the railing stopped before the steps. Another fried got into one of their golf carts and the driver pulled away before she was in thus throwing her to the ground.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely grounds and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Loved the hiking trail, though treads should be put on the bridges as they are slippery when wet. The beds were very comfortable and the room was inviting. Nice sports facility.
Cons: There were a few issues in my room that were annoying. The wall socket In the bathroom and one by the desk didn't work and the closet doors were all wonky, forcing me to have to struggle to get them open or closed. Surprising for a four star hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Bathroom was super small to accommodate five people, in a room listed to sleep five.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were fun to explore. Although the resort was very full it didn't seem crowded, that is, we were able to get seats around the "adult" pool and didn't have to wait to dine.
Cons: The air conditioner fan in the room was a bit noisy and sleep disruptive.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding meals, especially Sunday brunch. Exercise facilities are incredible. World class tennis.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location easy access to the airport, Monticello and downtown attractions
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are updated and very clean. The large shower size is appreciated. Unlike my husband and daughter, I am a very early riser and I was thrilled by the number of spots I could go to in the lobby area to catch up on news, read a book—to allow them to rest! Virtually every staff member was very welcoming and helpful. We will be staying here again!
Cons: Can’t think of a thing!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: i liked the breakfast and servers were ereally nice
Cons: i didnt like that the power went out
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was great and breakfast was fantastic. Service was friendly.
Cons: No issues.
5.5 Okay
Cons: A lot of noise through all night from the parking lot and from the other rooms where people were having a party all night long. Not a good hotel to get a good rest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Especially location, but all was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It Was Great!!! Had the Best Time!!!
Cons: It was GREAT!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great; hotel is relatively new and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful- you can't go away hungry. Bathroom is beautiful and also very clean. The kitchenette is useful to have, though I doubt I'd cook on that cooktop. Overall it could be a 9 out of ten but for....
Cons: The bed wasn't as comfortable as when we stayed there a couple months ago. I ended up sleeping on the sofa, and my husband said the next day he too had a less than comfortable sleep. Can't say definitively why it was, though. I just know I was cramping up. The temperature control was erratic through the night, but mostly ran on the hotter side of the 67 we had it set for. BUT the BIG faux pas was when we asked about the shuttle service. The two gals behind the desk both said they were shuttle drivers but didn't know if the shuttle would be running later that night (Valentine's Day). Their boss wasn't in at the time, so the one gal took not only my room number but also my cell phone number to contact me about being able to use the shuttle to get to and from our romantic dinner. That call never came... Fortunately, I wasn't convinced that I would get that call and arranged for an Uber instead. But there's no point in having a shuttle service if it's not available. I don't understand- there were two people there who said they were drivers. I'm glad I had the foresight to not let this slipup affect my romantic evening. So for that in particular, the hotel gets 2 stars knocked off.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location for walking downtown Charlottesville; newer hotel; clean and spacious
Cons: HBO and other premium services weren't working; called desk who recommended we log into our OWN account thru their free wifi, rather than fixing the problem... The pub was not open in the hotel because it's apparently winter break for UVA and so they didn't have the pub open for the guests who were still booked there.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This is one of the nicest Residence Inns I stay at. Very nice rooms. Very clean. Every staff member I've spoken to has been polite and helpful. I am a person who usually avoids the free breakfast at hotels because they are always terrible. I actually like it here! And the staff is very attentive to keeping things clean and organized. Their shuttle service is also very helpful and every driver has been friendly.
Cons: It's a bit expensive. I understand it's downtown, but this is Charlottesville, not a town most people have heard of, so.... However, the hotel is in pristine condition, so it's really not a huge negative, as it is mostly worth the money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, walking into Cville. Spacious room, good parking. Breakfast very convenient.
Cons: All good

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Good location, good staff, delicious cafe and coffee shop on site, comfortable beds
Cons: VERY noisy (so noisy we got very little sleep, despite having TWO noise makers in the room), rooms very basic (especially for a 4 star hotel)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very attentive. Free valet parking was a nice perk. The cafe was delicious!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This was a lovely little inn in a very pretty enclave near the university campus. All of the staff I dealt with were super nice. Comfortable, clean room with nicely appointed bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Breakfast also (but that wasn't included). Very helpful, friendly staff. Delightful. Brought my daughter there to find an apartment while she is in medical school. Will be spending more time there over the next four years!
6.3 Good
Pros: The location and staff are great. Breakfast at the cafe was also very good.
Cons: My room was basically a nice dorm room. It was on the very bottom floor, ground level. It would have been great, but for the money I paid I would not recommend it. I would only stay at oakhurst if they can guarantee I am in a different room.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Easy to walk to Breakfast!
Cons: Small pool
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff excellent. Property was well maintained with a very good shared sitting room. On-site cafe excellent.
Cons: Bedroom too small for a couple.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a premier and expensive place- worth it if you can afford it. There is not a closer location for visiting UVa and downtown charlottesville. You do not need your car after it is parked for you. Staff were gracious and patient. room was elegant , bathroom was elegant and spacious. hotel bar was a nice plus. pool was very nice. bed was super comfy. complimentary waters and seltzer was a nice touch. very very quiet place, despite being so close to UVa.
Cons: The price is still a lot. i'll go back but can only afford this price point for very special occasions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a neighborhood kinda feel, real quaint! Loved this pit stop on our road trip. Such a treat!
Cons: The property was quite a hike from town, despite being told it was just around the corner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Garden circle out the front in the middle of the street circle Close to UVA Downtown Mall easily accessible
Cons: Cafe accessed by steep steps Could not prebook in cafe for b’fast & often very busy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very cozy place, Excellent restaurant, staff was friendly and cordial. Typical southern hospitality.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The all female student staff was warm, friendly courteous and professional. Because the Inn is located in a residential permitted parking area, the staff had to park our car in a covered garage and bring it to us when requested. They were a timely free validated parking service. Free coffee, tea, water and LaCroix drinks were available. I had a delicious gourmet breakfast of Eggs Mourette at their Cafe.

Pros: This hotel is clean and well staffed! Everyone was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was amazing!!!
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like about this hotel is the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom and the goofy shower curtain that wouldn’t stay closed and the shower water got all over the floor!

5.5 Okay
Pros: The pool was nice. The bedroom was ok . It was in the center of downtown so that was cool. The staff was nice . The hot tub was relaxing. The pool and pool room needs a deep cleaning. The cooling towels were lovely
Cons: If we are a couple we should not be in between two families with lots of kids and babies. I was woken up by crying babies music and slamming doors all night. We pay for value they should at least consider couples needs vs family needs.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Close to outdoor mall was great
Cons: Dirty rooms, over priced was not a 4star in my opinion. Very disappointed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff/bellmen very nice and helpful
Cons: The quilt was too hot! Preferred light blanket.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to Main street. Free parking. The rate we got was awesome considering the kind of room and location.
Cons: The 'free' wifi only counted for the 1st 2 devices, then it was only free if we signed up for a membership program.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location to the pedestrian mall
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, but does not justify the price. Clean rooms
Cons: Location was good
4.3 Okay
Pros: car valetet service was good, great location
Cons: The sign on for WiFi was aurduous and took 30 min. They insisted on getting your e-mail address or they chage $9.99 for a service free for hotel guests at most quality hotels. This should never happen, My chrome is now infected with a virus, starting within 8 hours of check out and I think signing on through Omni was the cause. The bedding was extremly hot to sleep on. I changed out of sweating clothing 2 times during the night. It was intolerable for me and I will never stay there again
4.3 Okay
Pros: We had one bar tender who was great. Otherwise I found the staff a little unengaged.
Cons: Grout in bathroom wasn't really clean. That just makes you wonder about what's not clean that you can't easily see. We had free wifi which was really unreliable and just seemed to stop working about half way through stay.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Beds were terrible - like a taco bed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the spacious inviting lobby. I liked the spacious room with two beds.
Cons: I was annoyed when my key didn’t work trying to get out of the garage. I didn’t see a phone number to call when this happens. I held up the car line while I had to search for a hotel number on my phone.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The toilet door is seriously in the way. Breakfast should have been included for this price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best Hotel in C'Ville! Location is A+ bc you can walk right onto the pedestrian mall!! Rooms are very comfortable!! Beds are excellent!! The staff is very professional and nice. I have stayed here many times over the years. I like the upgrades to the rooms! easy parking is a huge bonus!!!

7.0 Good
Pros: Location was within walking distance of the University's main campus as well as downtown; covered parking; relatively new building
Cons: Over-priced for what you get--while it was not graduation week-end, it was close enough to command rates twice what the room was worth; hot water was spotty at best; breakfast was the same both days and had minimal selection of items--and a juice machine that didn't work, leaving you with coffee, water or milk; inoperative printer in lobby that needed a new cartridge, which the staff couldn't find. Very nice new building, but nevertheless unimpressive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: Not enough parking
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff—especially during check in —were extremely friendly and helpful
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great And a very good staff.
Cons: The boiled eggs were not cooked properly and the parking was very bad because of a neighboring building under construction.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the people where friendly it seems to be ran with good service and clean the newest
Cons: My wife was bitten by a bug she told the clerk his name Dave Saturday morning and when she mention she had got bitten he said at one time there where ants there and that he would send some one up the room 227 we where never told if they found something it was a uncomfortable stay for my wife she was worried about getting bit again would to one yes
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and great customer service
Cons: Parking at the facility was terrible needs to have better parking and location indicator.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was spacious and comfy, the hotel was clean and the location is a convenient ten minutes walk from downtown.
Cons: Breakfast was pretty basic, plus, unfortunately, we missed out on it the second day of our stay because the receptionist gave us the wrong time. Admittedly, staff was the weakest point at this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Spacious enough to accommodate many people. We were given the handicapped accessible room, which was very large and excellent for a family of 5. Very close to Monticello.
Cons: I wish this hotel would provide extra beds. We had three children with us. We squeezed into two double beds but could have really used a fold-away. Hotel does not provide these.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff was very helpful and hospitable. We had a long day of travel and they were very welcoming They had big smiles on their faces when we walked in the door and greeted us when they saw us. The hotel was brand new and the location was good - shops and restaurants were a short drive away. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Check out was easy.
Cons: Parking garage was a little tight.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent value for money, very clean & modern. Rooms well appointed and large bathroom. Breakfast was good - decent selection and nicely presented. 10 minute walk to old town.
Cons: There was nowhere to get food or drink after breakfast time. The hotel could do with a small cafe/restaurant/bar. Perhaps this is planned for the future.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love It all!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We had a perfect stay at Fairhaven! Flame & Raven’s place is well organized. And everything in there is local and organic and we loved it! It’s a DIY breakfast with fresh and local products and it’s an awesome idea! They are very careful of the environment as are we! We recommend it to everyone!
Cons: Nothing! The walls are thin but they provide us with earplugs!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: There wasn't much grocery but there was some bread, orange juice, eggs, fruits, tea and various kind of coffee machines. The host was very kind even I arrived late at night. Facilities were very clean and neat which were very comfortable. I think it's better for a person travels alone, I don't think it's better for couples, rooms are very close to each other.
Cons: Not many options for breakfast when I visit there, though there are things to make breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice home. Very quiet and welcoming. Location was very convenient. Met Raven who was very helpful.
7.0 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable, but it was very awkward for us to have to share a bathroom with 3 other people. However, it was a good shower and I like that you use all organic products and did recycling. The bread was delicious! Thank you for your hospitality!
Cons: Sharing a bathroom with 3 other strangers was uncomfortable for us. I frequently I have to go to the bathroom in the night and when I have to go it is very important that a bathroom is available. Also the bedrooms were very close to each other, which didn’t really seem very private.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hosts couldn't have been more welcoming, even after I turned up a little early. It was a large, comfortable room with plenty of nice touches (art, local attraction leaflets etc.). The terrace was lovely to sit on in the morning, with plenty of breakfast options offered. And just a short walk (or scoot) into town. Perfect!
Cons: Other guests were a little noisy at night, but no fault of the hosts and I was too tired to do anything about it myself.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Flame and Raven made me feel at home. Had a nostalgic type atmosphere.
Cons: Rooms were not ready when me and another guest checked in. Arrived after 3:30pm.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Proprietors very friendly. Nice offering of self-made breakfast - eggs, local bread, fruits and jams.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The guesthouse had everything we needed. The bed in our room was comfortable. There was parking just outside. The centre of Charlottesville was a short walk away. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the price was great. What more could one want?!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were even understanding of us as we arrived very late, past the usual check in time. Great value for the price!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice owners
Cons: Needed repairs Yard needed attention badly

Pros: Breakfast was exquisite. The bed was nice and firm.
Cons: No comment.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pretty place to stay. Immaculately kept and peaceful.
Cons: Breakfast must be taken at 8.30. We had a tour booked the first morning that meant we had to eat in a hurry. The next morning we had to leave early and missed out altogether.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! They even provided bluebirds in a bluebird house on the front porch! Great Innkeepers! We'll be back.
Cons: Highway entrance could be better signed and lighted, especially during Route 20 rush hours.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gracious hospitality by the Inn Keepers, Carolyn and Bob
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place, beautiful gardens and very nice people.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good and I particularly liked that they had plain yogurt with fresh fruit and granola to go with it! I really enjoy the health benefits of plain yogurt to begin my day. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The decor was nice. This is a bed and breakfast so there is no TV; however, we never expect television at B&B's. They had wireless internet that worked so no problems. They had fresh cookies in the evening in the parlor and water and soft drinks were available.
Cons: The price could have been better. I know you pay for location and the location was quite good, but I would have expected a bit better based on my experience with another B&B within a half hour or so of this one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything Before entering the house, we enjoyed the beautiful grounds and garden. The house itself is exquisite with beautiful furnishings. The little private porch with rockers was an asset. The hosts were warm and friendly and the breakfast outstanding. Their great attention to detail made us want to stay longer. This is one of the best B ad Bs we have encountered anywhere.
Cons: What's not to like. They have thought of everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very close to all the attractions that we had planned to go to. Nicely groomed and had a warm pleasant surrounding about it.
Cons: Highway very busy out front. But the house set away from the road which helped.
