Enviroment, beach, breakfast bed, aircondition, view of the room
We enjoyed the services which were privoded: swiming pool, playground for children, seaside, foods, Nothing
people were very nice
location by the sea bathroom too small
The pools were outstanding. Breakfast was wonderful. We did not like that there was no requirement for any kind of proof of being a hote guest in order to use the pools. We also felt that having to pay for parking was an unnecessary add-on. This was the only hotel in Croatia in which we were charged for parking. The rooms were very small and the air conditioning barely adequate.
room was big enough, internet facilities in the room too, everything was clean and shiny, staff was very polite and friendly and helpfull, food was delicious,
Spacious room, easy parking, good position food and service spotty
The facilities of the hotel and the location. The staff.
very good room, very good swimming pool, nice people ( too many local rezidents at the swimmnig pool, though) ugly beach, crowded, too expensive and not really 4 stars
Hotel mainly with local tourism. Outdated building.
Good swimming pool. Very poor air conditioning. View from room was poor - faced the car park. A la Carte restaurant wasn't open. Staff appeared unhappy and there was clear evidence that the only staff who smiled or said "hello" were the ones I had given a tip to.
as described, nicely renovated. pool is great. was disappointed that we had to pay for the banana chairs at the beach at the hotel. would have been good if someone from the hotel mentioned that there would be an additional charge.
The hotel was lovely. The pool was a great size. The near by Hookah Bar is excellent. Free wi fi was also good, even though reception was limited in the bedrooms. We really resented the German guests who reserved sun loungers by placing their towels on the beds overnight. One day we could not find a single sun lounger even though there were plenty unused.
Good facilities, particularly for kids. Nice and clean. Short walk to the town, breakfast was ok too. The staff are very unhelpful and quite abrupt. Though this seems to be the case throughout all the hotels we stayed with in Croatia. Not an ounce of a friendly welcome and a reluctance to help. We had booked a double room which on arrival appears to be equivalent to a twin in Croatia. Apparently we needed to specify one bed.
The location of the Hotel is good. The space of the room is so narrow. Since an another bed is placed into a single room, it is not comfortable. The equipments and furnitures are very poor and the cost is expensive.
- Friendly staff -Good view - Very very noisy place!!!!! - Furniture look like of my age
Good location, near the sea Never before have we been to a hotel with such unfriendly staff! Quality of breakfast was poor. The room was small, rather noisy and needs to be cleaned thoroughly.
Good location, good roomservice, good breakfast, good seaview, good comfortable rooms. No complaints indeed, everything was good enough. Just good, nothing special.
The hotel was very well located - near the water, next to the historic area and close to restaurants. The breakfast was just ok. The hotel could do with some renovation to bring it forward to present day.
The location was convenient. The evening staff were terrible. The person at the front desk did not want to accept our online booking. The primary parking lot was full and the secondary lot staff didn't want to let us in and even started swearing at my wife. The rooms were small and very hot in the summer. There was no A/C but you couldn't even open a window to get a breeze in the room. The people on the street were pretty loud most of the night. I would never stay at this hotel again.
Location Was no airconditioning; awful hot in summer. With opened windows, too noisy.
This hotel is in a fantastic location. It is directly on the waterfront in the peaceful oldtown. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice as well as clean. We could not fault the hotel. We have a wonderful sea view from our room. I would definately return to the hotel. there is absolutely no internet access
perfect location of the hotel, realy poor service in hotel, finaly price shouldnt be set up just by location. too expensive
Its right in the center. Parking is 6 euros per day. Rooms too small and old. Doesnt deserve the price.
The staff was very friendly and polite, the service was excellent. For the price you pay you get what you expected. The room was clean and the facilities are very good. I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel and i reccomend it to everybody.
Quiet room with great view overlooking waterway & Sibenik; Free parking Difficult to find. It is located about 5 km N. of Sibenik on the way to Zadar. Very tight room, especially the bathroom, due to furniture and fixtures. Not suitable for overweight people. We are very trim & still banged into things.
staff were very nice, friendly and helpful dinner was excellent
It's just a hotel, without any particular good (or bad) things. The hotel is in the "middle of no where". The location of the hotel is missleading, as it is not in the city, but rahter around 6 km away from it.
Excelente view. They control the air condition from the desk. So, you only have air condition when they wont.
the panorama aircondition is very bed, it was very hot, i couldn't sleep
We had an excellent meal, and the staff was helpful, has a beautiful view a bit run down, internet was not working
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant stayed open late for us and served an excellent meal.
Very friendly staff. The room itself was not that great
Well run hotel. Easy to find. Good restaurant.
The view of the sea, breakfast Broken shower, small not renovated room, expensive
Very nice and helpful hotel staff, especially at the reception. Location of the hotel is excellent. Garbage car is arriving 5,00 am, very noisy and waking the whole hotel up. Ventillation system of the restaurant also too noisy.
there is crowdy historical city center near the hotel, with a lot of nice restaurants, bars and fun (if you like it). of course, you don´t need to stay only at this hotel to be close to it... we didn´t like it´s location and beach (there is no beach - just hexagonal concrete stands where you can sunbathe). I really don´t recommend it for relaxing by the sea, I think there are much better locations in Croatia than this hotel. And it is really not so cheap! By the way, every morning during the high season you will wait for your breafkast table in crowdy restaurant. I think it´s definitely not four star hotel.
Visited the local towns and beach The quality of some breakfast food could be better
We stayed out of season, so we were almost the only clients, and were treated like royalty. We had an infant with us, and although the staff were extremely helpful we felt there wasn't enough at the hotel for the baby. Parking..
Location Hotel exterior very dated and unkempt. Rooms and bathrooms in need of renovation though public areas were more modernised
We love the place, the views. The rather old furnishing
The exellent view from our balcony over the city and habour of Vodice (room 902) and the close access to the city centre. We arrived by car from Split and despite all the signs "Hotel Punta" it was a bit tricky to find the way to the hotel.
Nice location. I looked again at the pictures and I can't even recognized the hotel, in real life everything looks different. There are problems with parking.
Close to the beach, excellent customer service and nice people. No internet access in the room and should have unlimited internet access service available.
The location is magnificient, really wonderful piece of land with a beautiful sea sight. Maybe it could be have a bigger pier that you could jump in the sea avoiding the pabbles and at the end of the peninsula there's a building that they started to build and stopped, so it's abandoned and gives a very bad impression. I'd prefereably not have anything there.
Good range of food, room very close to the sea. Helpful service. Larger tables were not always available (we came in a group of 7 people).Mix up when we arrived- they didn't provide us with an extra bed as requested, but this problem was soon fixed.
Location. It's still like in the eighties, when it was part of Yugoslavia. You experience it in a lot of small things, some examples: most of the staff barely speaks English or any other foreign language, there was a steam bath but it wasn't functioning whole week, and the staff not only couldn't tell if it will, but didn't know what is the difference between sauna and steam bath, our dinner was covered in the price but you have to pay for even one glass of water, even worse the waitresses disappear after a while so you have to literally search them for 10 minutes to be able to pay, if you want to use the internet in your room, you have to go down to the reception (a lot of rooms are 4-6 minutes of walking distance from the reception . the hotel almost covers the whole peninsula) and purchase 30 minutes for approx 3 euros (20 kn) and you get a very slow connection and if you need more time because of this, you have to go down again...and so on. But these are not major issues, the location of the hotel still makes it a good place.
Location of the hotel is good. Peaceful surroundings. Bars have excellent views and the newly renovated rooms are clean with beautiful sea views. Would be nice if the hotel had a fresh water open pool in addition to the covered spa pool.
Location is excellent and facilities are very good with plenty of on site parking which is otherwise a real problem in Primosten. It was very hot when we were there and the airconditioning was inadequate. My room was also noisy which I think came came from a central airconditioning unit.
location is good bad service, bad room at a high rate; no compensation or offer from hotel
comfort and location
Excellent location close to the sea and the Old Town; clean rooms with sea view A part of the staff did not speak foreign languages at all; the internet is expensive; in the view of the price level, the choice and the quality of food was poor; the air condition system in the room did not work properly
Brand new hotel in quiet seafront location.Large rooms with highest quality furnishings & decor. Seaview balcony with evening sunset over the islands. Very helpful friendly staff.. Sheltered gravel beach. Good value evening meal. Less than 15 minute drive to Krka National Park. Air conditioning had broken down- as it was a brand new installation this was probably teething problems.
Nice, new hotel with a spacious room and a beautiful view . Friendliness of the staff. After a day an almost family like atmosphere. Always ready to help and please. I did not get the booked and confirmed apartment although the room was satisfying. Receptionist isn't always available. The beach could be better kept.
close to the beach, view from the balcony, parking for the car, every room has sea vew room vos not cleaned, towels not changed, garbage not taken. we were told, that in this hotel it is done only every second day. front desk is empty in the afternoon, so we had to wait long time by checking in. breckfest was poor, all tables next to the window with view were reserved for gests with their room nr., but no one showed up at the time we were there, so all tables at the windows were empty.
friendliness of staff. The overall quality. The food. the weather !!!
Nice clean and modern hotel right by the sea, excellent location
Hotel is very new, everything is of high-quality. Excellent location and view from the room, very close to the sea. The hotel staff is very attentive. I have the best impressions!!!!! And I hope to return there again!!!
Great rooms and good staff. Nothing.
THE service of all the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the room with the view on the sea
*Staff* - exclusively polite and multilanguage. Pleasant people. *Building* - is absolutely new! Very well designed, arranged, maintained. *Room" - very big, view to exciting sunset, large balcony to sea. *Cleaniness* is perfect. *Location* - at one of most famous beaches in Srima. *Facilities* - pool, parking, elevator, fully-featured rooms, bar, restaurant. Very tasteful meals!
new, clean and well furnished room, quiet area, friendly staff Environment not very atttractive: At the edge of town and beach area unattractive, hotel pool small, breakfast uninteresting
Great location in the nice city of Tribunj, few minutes walk from the centre. The staff was very friendly and offered us breakfast an hour earlier since we had to leave for the airport. The room was spacious and clean and had a balcony with a beautiful view over Tribunj.
The people there are extremely nice, breakfast as well, placement of the villa. The lady that is cleaning the room does it superficially.
Lovely place to stay, highly recommend. Tribunj is a lovely town just outside Vodice but v limited with public transport.
the breakfast noisy!!! in the night there was a big sound and it was impossible to sleep. We have to call to the personal, that didn't sleep in the hotel. A boy came and switch off the solar system that according to he, made the sound. the boy excuse by that, and could sleep, although it was later and we didn't rest very well.
This hotel is just outstanding. It is perfectly and calmly located in small non commercial village Tribunj. The hotel has a private free of charge parking and is very easy to reach by car from the highway and airport of Zadar. The hotel is new, with a very clean room and nice balcony with magnificent sea view. The staffs were helpful with recommendations and assisted wherever possible. Excellent buffet breakfast selection and ideal cappuccino!
The view from the top floor balcony is fantastic! Staff were friendly and helpful. Tribunj is a brilliant location. We were very comfortable. The aircon struggled in the hot weather and it's at the top end of a modest budget, but that's about all really...
excellent location, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff, lovely views from the balcony; good base for touring the northern dalmatian coast
Great view of the sea from the balcony. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly.
Excelent location....charmy staff...close to beach...strong brekfast...mmm...what else....EVERYTHING Perfect! It would be a bit cheaper :-)
We loved the view from our room and the fact we could do our laundrz and it dried at once. We liked the location and nearness to the beach and town and ease to get to surrounding places. No but there was no soap in the shower.
nothing too loud, rude staff, bad smell room
Good location (pine forest, islands) Shabby interior, limited food offer in buffet, lax service in beach restaurants, "tough guys" from Zagreb with golden neck-chains
staff at reception
Everything. The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was brand new, had a nice pool area and not to forget the famous eggs of Ana in the breakfast - delicious.
In front of the sea. It is completely new. It does not have a lift
Great english speaking and helpful staff. Beautiful room and great location.
We were honored to be the hotel's first guests and were treated like royalty! This lovely small hotel is tastefully decorated with generous size rooms, views of the harbor, and serves a delicious breakfast. Anna and her family are so welcoming and anxious to please. We would definitely stay here again!! The town of Tisno is off the main track, but a delightful village to visit and convenient to Trogir, Kurka National Park and Split.
Perfect. The Staff were really Friendly. Everything ok.
It was like to visit good friends. Nice people. Pleasure to stay at this hotel.
Staff, staff, staff. From the moment of my booking when they sent me the confirmation with an offer of contacting them for any details in the vicinity of this hotel to make my stay worthwhile, to hospitality and little extras during our stay (although they do not provide for dinner, they set up the table for us to eat takeaway on china instead from cartons), it was the owners and the staff that made a difference. Air-conditioned rooms were very nice, swimming pool (opened 24 hrs) allowed for night dips under the stars and if you want to be active, there are free of charge bikes available (we did not use them as it was over 30 degrees C every day). We loved the varied buffet breakfast, too.
fair value for money. very nice terrace for breakfast. may be nice if you get a seaview room. disappointed about the restaurant . far from POI
The peace and quiet and the nearness to the sea. The care and friendliness of staff to the guests
We had 2 adjoining rooms which was great, clean and modern with satellite tv. Not much characterful but we didn't need that. Wifi was good.
Lovely staff, very helpful and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable place.
We liked our apartment, which had everything for a good stay near the beach. Inexpensive hotel, friendly staff, very near to the beach. Connection to Šibenik is limited. More vegetables might be offered for breakfast.
They allowed us an early check-in and were very helpful arranging transportation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful, sea was great, restaurant served really good food, rooms were well equipped and clean. NA
Excellent location very close to the water with amazing attached restaurant. Good on site parking Slight old smoking room smell
The hote staff are friendly. The guesthouse is near the beach.
Very good air conditionning sistem, situation on the island, very nice staff beds quality, too soft, breaskfeast time could be extended till 10.30am
We really had a great stay in this Hotel. We were a bit nervous about the fact that the hotel is on a small island 400m from the harbour in Brodarica, But the hotel have a taxiboat that goes back and forth literally whenever you want it, even late at night. There is a small artifical beach just outside the hotel which is nice an quiet and great for cooling. We got the bus from Split towards Sibenik which is about 10km from the hotel. It took a little more than 90 minutes and Nino the owners came out within in a couple of minutes to pick us up with our luggage. We also did a day trip to Krka National Park which is about 25km away and the hotel where happy to drive us there and come and pick us later in the day for about €20. All in all the rooms were quite large with a balcony and were spotlessy clean. It was a bit out of the way but If you get the bus (drive) towards Sibenik and get off at Brodarica you won't go too far wrong. Great place if you want toend your holiday in Croatia with a quiet few days after seeing the busier tourist spots
