Central location, although there wasn't much to do on Monday night of the holiday weekend. Restaurant good. OK for a stopover. Quite a lot of traffic noise due to the hotel's position in what is a virtual roundabout.
Price was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Room faced a busy street which was noisy late into the night.
The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the food was very good Our room was a bit noisier than we had been ued to on the rest of our hoilday, the casino traffic at 4 in the morning didn't help
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, and excellent restaurant
Location, friendliness of staff
The Hotel Du Parc used to be called Hotel Cully and had a reputation for fine food in Niederbronn Les Bains although rather staid and dated, now completely remodelled it is a fine modern hotel in an excellent position, my wife and I enjoyed our stay, and wanted for nothing in the way of comfort and service, the staff were excellent, the hotel spotlessly clean, in a first class position in a beautiful spa village, the only downside was the breakfast which was lacking in variety and meagre even by French standards, we will stay there again. No.
Nice hotel, parking, free WiFi, excellent food. Room small, street side a little noisy.
It was located in a quaint village, with excellent walking trails and close to the Citadel at Bitche, France. The hotel didn't have near enough parking spots and it was difficult finding a place to obtain a reasonably priced dinner meal.
Restaurant was high level. Food was tasty and young personnel really friendly and skilful and some persons in reception too. The atmosphere in the hotel room was concrete and there has been done nothing since the 70's. Bed as hard and feather pillows were not comfort for allergic. There were quite noisy night traffic and you can't avoid noise either side of hotel because there are roads both side.
Our second stay at this great hotel since change of owners, the hotel has developed a calm friendly professional atmosphere and welcomes guests as if they are all friends. The restuarant l'alexians at the hotel is superb, comfort, clean, friendly, what more can one want. absolutely nothing.
Our accommodation was comfortable and clean. Nothing at all.
Convenienty located transit hotel.
There was even tea and coffee in the room!!
Arrived to check in after shut and could not use automated systemas it not take regular credit cards. Spent night in car. Would not use chain again
free onsite parking not the most comfortable room, but for the price you cant expect much more
Easy to find after a long day traveling. As all Campanile hotels you get what is says on the label: great for an overnight stop over.
This is a clean and inexpensive hotel, not too far from the highway. I would go there again.
Restaurant served tasty food at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent Everything was fine
Very friendly and helpful staff. Well designed room for handicapped guests. The room presented as three-bed was in fact standard double room with additional bed. As a result, the room was rather small for three people.
Friendly staff, nice kitchen, nice buffet for lunch
excellent facilities and good room. Hotel was not crowded and meals were good, especially breakfast. Nice terrace for eating out in good weather No tea / coffee facilities in room
very friendly and warm atmosphere nice spa area, unfortunately the massages are really expensive
When you book a classical room, you get a room with a single persons bed, 140 cm, not big enough for 2 people. And these rooms have not been renovated. If you a book a room for 2 persons, there should be a bed for 2 persons, so 180 cm. The bathroom was very small and and old fashioned. The reception was not friendly, no possibility to get another room unless you pay a hugh supplement. And you cannot speak in the sparoom, no cell phones allowed and no smoking outside, not very recommandable for business people.
The food was quit good, as was the wine. Rooms at front have some trouble from traffic noise as of 5.30am.
Views, localization. 1. Only some representatives of personnel speak English. 2. It took 20mins to create the invoice at the end of our stay. 3. Poor selection in breakfast menu.
Beautiful location in centre of village with views over the valley. Beautiful room Hotel receptionist a little bit arrogant on arrival. Good food in restaurant but very expensive and tables with a valley view were 'reserved' but not occupied during our time there. Tried to charge for breakfast we didn't have
We loved our stay at Au Lion dÓr from the welcome we received on our arrival from both the helpful staff and the resident friendly golden labrador, our upgrade to a valley view room, the superb dinner and breakfast...to the fabulous location in this pretty town. No it was all good here.
Lovely looking hotel - beautiful location and friendly staff. Frustrating showerhead... Food was very good but very overpriced (not a lot of options in the off season).
Pleasant situation, confortable room and helpful staff Expensive restaurant
Nice location, excellent food, friendly staff. No
Quiet, calm, pretty location, good breakfast. The pillows were too soft/thin.
charming staff, good room with balcony and big shower. excellent food. will definitely return.
Location very nice in lovely village with view op pond. Good food (small selection). 10 min from A4.
Very friendly, very clean, Air con. just a superb stay, will go again
A real gem. Beautiful hotel, excellent food, and a lovely quiet location. The rooms were all newly refurbished with superb bathrooms. Highly recommended.
Excellent ciusine and comfortable hotel. Limited outdoor seating.
coziness and atmosphere
The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail. The village of Mittelhousen is lovely.
confidence in us to enter the room without staff with the key laid down on a name list
Lovely rural setting. old world charm.excellent restaurant serving local dishes
As a frequent visitor of this Hotel I can see that this family is working hard to achieve the best possible quality as they continue to work on improvement. It really is a pitty that the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening and Monday evening. The kitchen is excellent. Everybody needs a rest. though and there are enough other restaurants nearby (ask the chéf and he will direct you).
Well run and very presentable hotel restaurant. Our room was spacious well apointed and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and the service first class.
We really enjoyed our one night stay at L'Etoile and hope to return for a slightly longer stay sometime in the future. Our room was extremely comfortable and the meal we had in the restaurant was excellent.
The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and the beds were very good..and the breakfast was included in this promotion...the breakfast was decent.. Simply maybe better coffee for the breakfast..I love espresso so the regular stuff just does not do it for me..
peace, simplicity, /
Location and motorcycle security Reason for booking was indoor pool and sauna both were out of order, very dissappointed!!!!
Leaving this hotel! This is one of the worst hotels i have stayed in a very long time. My base of my bed was broken. The charge for internet was high compared to other hotels , most are free - they are charging 50 euro for 24 hours. The breakfast was poor, the bowls were dirty. I had to ask for milk, coffee, bread etc and it was 9am on a Sunday morning. The swimming pool (which was the reason I booked the hotel) is right in front of the restaurant, my son was not happy to use it in front of everyone, nor was anyone else that I saw. Happy to leave.
Good location and not bad restaurant. Some double rooms are very small and bathrooms should be modernised.
lovely old village with beautiful houses
Selection of breakfast options At the time of our brief stay one side of the building was swathed in building works
All the staff were very friendly and coped with our suspect language skills adequately. Food was good both evening and breakfast. Had some considerable trouble finding the hotel asthe road signs in and around saverne leave something to be desired.
Pleasant small hotel in a charming Alsacian village, just a short detour from the Reims-Strassbourg autoroute. Good in-house restaurant. No bad points.
The room was spacious, very modern, clean and comfortable. The food at the hotel was also excellent.
very good restaurant
The Host, good wit and humour good local knowledge no
A very friendly and welcoming hotel. Knowledgeable and helpful staff and excellent food. The room was very comfortable.
Friendly welcome.Central location and charming setting.
Silence. Free parking. Location.
very good beds, shower, room equipment. the hostess helped me getting the right connection to Strasbourg. very calm. the breakfast was rather modest for its price: too little bread, only one choice of ham and no cheese at all, only one coffee fill without timely re-fill. I arrived very late one night and since the hotel restaurant was closed, there was no regular way of eating, but neither were there snack machines, minibar peanuts, or a flexible hostess of the hotel (whom i met and who did not offer something cold from the kitchen... it's not a major point, but neither is it good service).
Great spacious room, good food, nice location. quite cold in the room, but I liked it.
Friendly staff, excellent greeting, good food, quality of their own brewed beer
