Worst airline experience
Pros: On board crew was relatively courteous and apologized that I had to sit in the crew jump seat because they over-booked the flight. This was minimum curtesy but still far better than the appealing rudeness of ground staff.
Cons: I have never in my life and many many flights for both business and vacation written a review about any business, ever. But this was truly the worst business experience I have ever had, even going into the flight knowing I wouldn't get entertainment/food/luggage/online check-in etc. All flights were delayed, for totally random reasons, like they forgot to start boarding at the right time, or all the crew was at the wrong gate. And all times there was no notification of the delay (all screens and gates said the flights were on time and it was only when people started going up to the desk that they admitted the delay even though it was well after the flight was scheduled to depart. And still no notification, just word of mouth from other passengers!) My last flight was overbooked and I wasn't told until I was on board and they then made me sit in a jump seat (the ones that fold down next to the food carts) for a 6 hour flight from Paris to Baltimore. Then our baggage was lost and they seem to have no way to look up the baggage (or are refusing to do so until some arbitrary 5 day mark) so I have no idea if the bags are truly lost or just severely delayed. All points of service have been incredibly rude and unapologetic about any of this process. When waiting in person at the airports many other passengers experienced similar problems (also the worst in their experience). I can't reiterate enough how terrible this was and I only hope this review helps by saving someone else from the experience. Spend the extra money to fly on any other airline, it will be more than worth it. (And if they lose your luggage it will still be far cheaper).
