You can configure car policies based on vehicle type, budget, and booking window by location. These policies can then be applied to your configured “groups”. Travelers will have visibility into their policy limits as they search for travel as well as clear indicators of what is in or out of policy.
You can configure your car travel policy based on the following conditions:
- Vehicle Type: What vehicle types are permitted for your travelers to book.
- Budget: Set a fixed max budget per day.
- Book in Advance: Determine the number of days travelers should book in advance for trips.
- Region: Apply the policy to specific regions to match your company’s travel needs.
- Group Customization: Tailor the policy to distinct employee groups for a personalized travel experience.
