Airline Corporate Membership Programs

Enjoy the perks of corporate membership programs with your preferred airlines, including point accumulation and access to additional services tailored to enhance your travel experience.

Delta – SkyBonus 

Overview: Delta SkyBonus® is a complimentary travel rewards program for small to mid-sized companies that converts business travel spend into points. Points can be redeemed on flight savings, Delta Sky Club® passes, and more.

Eligibility: SkyBonus® membership is available to small and mid-size businesses with a minimum of $5,000 USD in eligible flight revenue every year and have five or more employee travelers. Additionally, you cannot have a Preferred Carrier Agreement with Delta, Air France, KLM, Alitalia or Aeromexico. Employees of Delta and its airline partners, travel agencies, wholesalers, consolidators, and other sellers of travel are not eligible to participate.

After sign up, points are earned for every dollar spent on Delta Air Lines®, Air France®, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines®, Aeromexico® or Virgin Atlantic® flights. They may also be accrued with codeshare partners.

Points can be redeemed on flights with Delta or partner airlines, upgrades (i.e. main cabin to first class), Sky Club® annual or single visit passes, beverage vouchers, and more.

One SkyBonus® program administrator must be appointed upon registration. This individual will have access to redeem points as the company chooses.

Along with a designated program administrator, you’ll need to provide your company’s Federal Tax ID or VAT number to complete the registration process.

First reward redemption level is 7,500 points.

Individual employee travelers can earn personal rewards by signing up for SkyMiles® membership.

For both the individual traveler and company to earn points in Delta programs, the employee’s SkyMiles number and the company’s SkyBonus account number must be added to the reservation at the time of ticketing.

United Airlines – PerksPlus

Overview: United PerksPlus® is a free loyalty program created to reward corporate and small to midsize entities for business travel with United®, United Express®, All Nippon Airways (ANA), Eurowings and Eurowings Discover, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, and Swiss International Air Lines.

Eligibility: PerksPlus® membership requires at least five employee travelers and a valid Tax ID. You cannot be enrolled in any other United or participating carrier program that provides a discount. Member companies in the U.S. and Canada that spend $5,000 USD on United, United Express, Lufthansa Group and ANA (where applicable) within the 12-month period after enrollment will be eligible for automatic renewal.

Points are awarded based on fare type and fare class, with different multipliers for flights from hub and non-hub markets.

Member companies earn one point for every USD in Qualifying Revenue plus the applicable hub/non-hub multiplier for the fare class purchased.

Points can be redeemed on award travel certificates, converting points to MileagePlus miles and deposited into individual traveler’s accounts, United ClubSM annual membership or one-time passes, United MileagePlus® Premier Gold or Silver status, and more.

After initial renewal, points earned during the first 12-month period with United PerksPlus® will be valid for another 24 months.

First reward redemption level is $5,000 USD in three months after enrollment.

Individual employee travelers earn additional points and rewards by signing up for a MileagePlus membership.

For both the individual traveler and company to earn points in Delta programs, the employee’s SkyMiles number and the company’s SkyBonus account number must be added to the reservation at the time of ticketing.

Southwest – SWABIZ

Overview: Southwest SWABIZ is not points-based, but instead, it is a travel management tool that allows member companies to book, manage, and track reservations for free. Enrollment in the program will make the internet fares that are only offered on www.southwest.com visible in your search results when your company SWABIZ ID number is placed into your online booking tool.

Eligibility: No eligibility restrictions.

Once enrolled, member companies receive one point for every $5 spent on flights with American Airlines, British Airways, Iberia, and Japan Airlines, plus codeshare flights on Finnair and Qantas.

Points can be used on travel anywhere in the airlines’ network or codeshare network, upgrades (i.e. coach to business class), annual and day passes to the Admiral’s Club,

AAdvantage® (personal mileage programs) status upgrades, and carbon offset.

One or multiple company contacts can be designated as an administrator of the program.

Any points earned remain valid for two years after accrual.

First reward redemption level is $5,000 spent on qualifying travel.

Individual employee travelers earn additional points and rewards by signing up for an AAdvantage® membership.

Corporate points are earned in addition to the individual travelers personal mileage rewards points.
