You can configure train policies based on cabin class, budget, and booking window by location. These policies can then be applied to your configured “groups”.
You can configure your train travel policy based on the following conditions:
- Maximum Cabin Class: Define the highest cabin class permitted for your travelers.
- Budget: Choose to set a fixed budget or maintain a dynamic approach with the lowest logical price plus additional $$.
- Book in Advance: Determine the number of days travelers should book in advance for trips.
- Region: Apply the policy to specific regions to match your company’s travel needs.
- Group Customization: Tailor the policy to distinct employee groups for a personalized travel experience.
