Booking for yourself on Biz+ is straightforward. Just log in to your account, choose your travel options from our wide selection, and follow the checkout process. If you prefer, our agents are also available to assist with offline bookings. Don’t forget to complete your profile before finalizing your booking for a smoother experience.
Booking travel for your colleagues is a breeze with our travel manager booking flow. Just click on your name in the top right corner, choose “book for a colleague,” and enter their name or email. The booking process remains as straightforward as if you were booking for yourself. To access this feature, ensure you have Admin or Travel Manager privileges in your Biz+ account – if you’re unsure. Please contact your company admin.
On Biz+, there’s no need to stress about booking travel for external guests. We understand that business trips involve more than just internal team members. Whether you’re hosting a client, interviewing a candidate, or arranging travel for contractors, you can effortlessly consolidate all travel in one place. Admins can create a guest profile in your account and once account is activated, you can book on behalf of them as if you’re booking a colleague by clicking on your name on the top right corner and by entering their name/email.
If you wish to let the guest book for themselves, we got you covered. You can create a guest profile in your account, set the duration of their access, and assing policies just as you normally would for your colleagues. Once you’ve guest will be able to go through the It’s a seamless process to keep everything organized.
