Pandemic life showed us that collaboration magic can happen even when we’re apart. That being able to change your scenery or spend time with family before 5pm can spark creativity and new solutions. So we listened when our team asked for more flexibility.
In-person collaboration matters. Our team is filled with talented and awesome humans with big ideas – so we’ll make sure there’s space for spending time together. If you want a desk in an office, we’ll have one for you in amazing cities around the world.
Your office can – and should- be anywhere. We are travelers at heart. Our policy provides a maximum-flexibility work environment, where our team chooses how often they work from the office, if at all, and allows them to work from a variety of locations on a temporary or permanent basis.
