What you expect from an internal US flight: no food, crowded flight, cramped seats. I have come to expect two things - arrive on time and arrive safely. The good, we arrived safely.
Pulled away from gate and sat on tarmac for over an hour while technical difficulties fixed. We should not have boarded until plane was ready. We arrived over one hour late and just made connecting flight. Our luggage was not so fortunate.
Attendant at gate insisted my daughter's carry-on bag get checked because he put it crooked into the sizer. When I adjusted it and showed him that it fit, he still insisted that we check it. Unpleasant way to start our trip.
Assigned middle seat, no choice.
Flight was not completely full so I got an empty seat next to me.
We were delayed due to some balance issues.
Quick boarding for a big plane. Lots of room for overhead luggage. Two beverage services. Nice crew!
The service was horribly they dilate my flight 24 hours and I lose my flight yesterday because from Washington to Atlanta the flight was late and from Atlanta to Tegucigalpa leave early

I've always wanted to go to all five Manhattan boroughs in one day. Thanks to Delta, that happened.
The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta.
We were in the plane for 3 hours before we could depart. No one offered us a drink or snack.
Had to take a United flight to a different destination. No compensation for something I had no control over. When I am at an airport and have the opportunity to catch an earlier flight you have room on, you charge me. When this kind of thing happens - I pay with my time. Sucks

Flight was fine...
When two passengers got into a brawl over who knows what, it took two hours for the police to come on board and take them off the flight. They should have been removed quickly. Missed connecting flight. Messed my day up big time.
Didn’t like absolutely nothing
We had to walk from gate z all the way to gate B carrying all the bags which was painful, the plane was very tight and old that I had to put all my carry on bags in the floor. I personally had to help the crew members to pick up the food trays because they were very limited and no entertainment at all which was really boring.
I payed extra 35$ for my seat but there was no leg space at all . There were already two metal boxes under my seat I literally crunched my feet under the seat . Worst travel of my life. The food options were over by the time they came to us. So had to eat what was remaining. Not good at all

I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful.
They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that.
Jam packed too small and the lady flight attendant was to bossy and not that welcoming, she was more interested in being more of a drill sergeant than the comfort of the passengers

Crowded boarding area, but no standing around for long. Quick boarding. Entertainment not available so can't rate that. Good crew
