We received no notification that our flight would be delayed so we were stuck waiting on the airport for 5 hours, which forced us to cancel evening plans with friends that night because the flight landed in Vancouver at 3am the next morning and we didn't get to our Airbnb until around 4-5am. The crew seemed disorganized."

I attempted to go to the desk for a food voucher but they didn't have enough workers and were focused on getting people with connections onto another flight and told me to wait. When we reboarded, we were offered vouchers for the airport we were leaving that would expire the next day, which is essentially useless."

Cons: "Departure lunge has bizarre layout. Most seating is in cafe's. No separate seatin area for boarding meant a melee around the gate blocking th path of people walking passed. Premium Economy seats were hard and uncomfortable, meals were below par and the entertainment system sound was shot. I tried three seats and each were unintelligible. Crew was less than stellar."

Pros: "I appreciated the early flight, that it was a direct flight, ability to make connection and then complete my journey in one long day. It was on time, smooth flight. Appreciated the offer of water regularly during the flight."

Cons: "Plane employees did not explain what the declaration card was meant to serve. I left mine on the plane by mistake, partly due to complete ignorance of its purpose. Please either put the purpose on the card or have your flight staff explain what passengers will need the card for, once they get to the next inspection point. Don 't take this for granted!! The long walk from the point of deplaning to the center of Pearson Airport was unexpected."

Cons: "I am not an especially large person and felt squeezed into my middle seat without any room to move without bumping into either of the people beside me, who were also small to normally sized. Very uncomfortable! I will avoid this airline again if possible, it was not a pleasant experience. I also didn't have enough room to put my backpack under the seat in front of me and was further confined."

Cons: "Due to Air Canada's I missed my flight to Amsterdam. I missed out on a day of sightseeing and having fun and Amsterdam instead I spent a day in Toronto. I was able to get on a flight 24 hours later. This missing connection happens routinely with Air Canada, for some reason they have not managed to fix the error."

Cons: "Boarding was very disorganized. Seating was cramped. As a short person in a window seat, I could not see ANY of the safety demonstration."

Pros: "The staff were friendly and helpful, and the flight was uneventful (which is good). Some of the staff went way over and above their function to make up for the chaos."
Cons: "My mother had booked a dairy-free meal and wheelchair assistance. The meal was booked on the flight to London, but the booking didn't carry through to the return. The wheelchair assistance was provided, but there were only three agents booked to manage 12 wheelchair passengers. They tried their hardest, but we still ended up missing our connecting flight. If the crew and agents hadn't been wonderful, it could have been a stressful trip!"

Cons: "We were delayed because the plane was late from Toronto, and were told this when we all began to check in up front. When the staff finally did come to the desk at the gate, they still maintained (and rather rudely to some of the other passengers) that the plane would be there by 7-- turns out the plane got there about 7:30, rebooking flights that were going to be missed was like pulling teeth for some of the passengers, and we took off about 8 (1 hr 40 mins late)."

Pros: "There were 2 pilots- the female one was polite and informative. We took off on time and even landed a little earlier than planned."
Cons: "Very noisy flight on a small plane. The flight from Hartford to Toronto was cold and others noticed it as well. The windows are all blurry. The sound of the engine blocks out the safety announcements!! It's a joke that they even have them. There is no beverage served. And for all this wonderful service you pay an outrageous fee!!!! I felt like I was in the back of a donkey wagon..."

Cons: "Flight to TOR was delayed due to multiple maintenance issues on >1 aircraft in TOR, so it didn't leave for BWI until past the original departure time. Needless to say, we missed our connection to Paris. Agents were great in re-ticketing us thru LHR to CDG, gave us info on who to talk to to get bags realigned, went to that agent who said system would automatically update the bags. Upon arrival in Paris, bags were not there, will arrive on the flight today from TOR. Since we're going to Normandy we are driving out to CDG, to pick up bags versus waiting at the apartment for a delivery."
