Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight.
Thankful for coffee being served without charge. Not all airlines do that.
From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew.
The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!

Food was not upto the mark.
Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again.
They had to delay the flight for those who were arriving from Durban because of the delayed flight.
This airline is the worst airline ever
My complain is more for the ticketing and not the entire flight. Never got a chance to fly with as I missed my flight. The ticketing guys did not help or seem to be interested in helping me find anoyher flight. All as I was concerned my missing of the flight was taken as a gain for the to make more profit with this situation. The people I called to talk to were so rude and sometime even hang up the phone on me.. They ended up cancel my return flight too even though it’s suppose to be 1 month from now. They did not care if anything went okay with me, they kicked me out of their space. I ended up spending $2000 to book another flight. For this reason I hate this airline and I would never ever recommend it to anybody which I know they wouldn’t care because they will still make money but im gonna warn everybody I know to stay away from this airline
Food service needs to be faster due to length of flight.

I purchased a premium seat, and I still felt as though I was being packed into a sardine can. Furthermore, the online seat map used to purchase my preferred seat did not match the seating arrangement of the actual aircraft, which was TREMENDOUSLY disappointing.
