Cons: "Originally, they were putting me on a flight connecting through Atlanta. However, I was traveling with my brother and there was only one seat on it. After looking again, we were put on a much better route through Detroit. I did not have a seat on the second leg and was stressed that I could get bumped. I made the flight but was given a middle seat. Since I have clostrophobia I began to panic. My brother sacrificed his exit row seat for me. He had booked through Delta. I wondered if he got better treatment because of that"

Cons: "the flight was delayed by about 90 minutes and the gate was changed two times."

Pros: "The closeness of the airport in proximity to my house as well as the ease of finding your gate and boarding."
Cons: "There were so many passengers and such a small plane. There was NO leg room and the lady in front of me wanted to recline her seat, when I’m already claustrophobic to begin with. It was hot and the air above our head was barely working. There was one flight attendant who was blatantly rude to an elderly lady about her bags under the seat before the flight took off. To make this all worse, I had to suffer through all of this discomfort for over an hour for a 25 minute flight."

Pros: "I liked the service to see if there was a chance to upgrade because of the connecting flight and even though there was a delay in the plane arriving to Alaska, the quick turn was excellent and we were in the air within a short period of time."
Cons: "The comfortability and that’s rear even if I had the middle seat. I had it on my way towards Alaska and didn’t have any issue"

Pros: "Very friendly gate attendants helped us fix the problem that our frequent flyer number had not been entered on the boarding pass. This may have been because of the booking co., Just Fly."
Cons: "Would have liked more seat options, like when I book on Delta's website. Didn't have enough advance warning."

Cons: "Never told why we were delayed by more than 90 minutes"

Pros: "Staff’s attention and patience with customers was great. They knew many were frustrated with the delay but they met our needs with a smile"
Cons: "Weather delay was a real bummer but I liked the app wanted to help reconnect people with other flights. The app should also tell us the reason for the delay, if allowable, especially if it weather. I almost hoed on another flight through Minneapolis but would have been stuck in Minneapolis cause I didn’t know the delay was due to weather an hour later."

Cons: "The flight was delayed and the departure gate moved at the Atlanta airport 3 times to 3 different concourses before we were finally able to depart around 1 hour later than scheduled."

Pros: "Excellent landing into Butte Mt. Very smooth landing over gorgeous mountains. The pilot flew us directly over some of my favorite Hikes near the Continental Divide."

Pros: "Super smooth takeoff and landing. Great plane, more legroom than other airlines."

Cons: "The flight attendants were unfriendly and borderline rude. I felt like when I asked for anything or was just up stretching my legs that I was bothering them. There was also quite bit of turbulence in the first two hours- I have traveled a lot and I felt like it took the pilots too long to find a smoother altitude."

Pros: "The service of only one employee that booked another flight for me instead and actually helped me I didn't even take the flight to atlanta"
Cons: "The hole return experience was terrible the supervisor i tried explaining the situation to just walked of while I was talking to him i would like a refund for the last flight I didn't take."
