Cons: "The stewards were not at all helpful or as friendly as most of the delta staff! I was so disappointed with their service. We had TWO delays making us arrive in SAT AT almost 2 am. Hence there were a lot of empty seats. We asked if we or even one of us could move into the …at least three empty rows…and they would not let us as they were they comfort plus section and it cost more…NO ONE WAS USING THESE SEATS!! So they let the passengers be crammed together in the rest of the plane and left numerous empty seats that could have been used! It’s was just rude. They also served drinks and never checked back to pick up the garbage. Didn’t tell us to raise our seats or put up our table trays before landing. So, as I exited the plane I handed them my garbage! I wasn’t going to be rude and leave it in the seat pocket or my seat …where I found crumbs of food on when I boarded the plane. Was just very dissatisfied with this crew!! I have been flying a lot lately using delta. I’ve had some delays but they’ve always been accommodating, this crew was not! What a shame!"

Pros: "Very late flight. Left on time, arrived 25 minutes early! Cabin crew were friendly and cared for everybody's comfort. They distributed a lot of extra munchies. They had real almonds instead of the usual 1/3 ounce peanuts, isn't that wonderful? Lights went off early and stayed that way so that the passengers could easily sleep through the flight. Uneventful flight, and therefore enjoyable."
Cons: "I had chosen 10C in the Comfort+ section of this MD90 plane. I did get my knee bumped more than once. I still like the seat because I can stretch my legs, but people should be aware of the bumping issue; it can be rather painful, and you do not get an apology."

He tried 5 times, and still failed. Later we found out at the gate that he was using the wrong name (same last name, different first name). Luckily the American Airline agent at the gate was more than competent and efficient to correct the issue in 5 min."

I think no screens on a cross-country flight is not good business. Not everyone is savvy with go-go inflight. And if there are no screens, could there at least be outlets? I was so tired after my Paris flight and wanted to chill with some go-go entertainment, but my battery was low and there were no outlets. I know not all flights can have these luxuries, but if the flight is over five hours, I think it should be better equipped."

She asked for a wet towel and the flight attendant was snarky but went to get one without even looking or asking to see what the problem was. Her entertainment console wasn't working so they reset it but instead it reset mine (two seats over) they did this again and I let them know it was resetting mine. I was told that I was not in the seat they were resetting for ...I inquired if perhaps they should try to reset mine and see if it would, in fact, fix hers..it did. When she slipped off her shoes the carpet was soaking wet. This was a really crummy, crummy flight."

Cons: "Charlotte to Seattle flight: The food served in first class smelled awful. Seated in premium seating just behind first class was unfortunate due to the atrocious odor that lasted for 3+hours. There was no option for food service for the rest of the plane. Which was unfortunate as I was very hungry. Due to inconsistent notification that the plane was delayed / on-time (kept switching the notification) we opted to not get dinner in the airport..... To which the plane was was an hour late yet we were told to check in every ten minutes to see if we were boarding. There were no blankets. The plane was incredibly cold. The suggestion I received from the flight staff was to turn off the vent above my head (which I had already done.) I had brought a jacket and was wearing pants. On a 5.5 hour flight, the crew served beverages 45 minutes into the flight (per usual) and handed out a pretzel pack. They didn't come back through with water or beverages again. On other airlines, they promote water at least once an hour to keep swelling and dehydration down. Since I am a pretty frequent flier, I bring my own water. Still, coffee would have been nice. Suggestions: increase beverage service to at least twice / 5.5 hour flight and provide blankets upon request. Food choices and entertainment would also be good. Don't cook stinky dinners in first class and allow it to pollute the rest of the plane."

I will try to avoid flying American in the future. I didn't get any vouchers for the cancellation, either. BD"

The flight times were poorly arranged, as we had to wait 14 hours to get on the next flight. Also, I purchased two boarding passes for both myself and my girlfriend and somehow I ended up in a later group than she did after checking in."

Cons: "The email i received was from Alaska Airlines but what I didn't know was that it was for an American Airlines flight. Normally this is not a big deal, but in Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport the two airlines are in different terminals which required a fair amount of time to travel from one to the other. Had I not arrived at the airport early, I may have missed my flight. The confirmation email I received was labeled as an American flight, but since I received it from Alaska, I assumed I had reserved an Alaska flight. Also, the confirmation email I received from Kayak had me listed as a passenger on an Alaska flight. I'm assuming I originally booked for an Alaska flight, but later on in the confirmation process I was somehow changed to an American flight via Alaska. While I don't see this as a problem for Kayak, I think this is a situation in which your feedback could be useful to help avoid confusion for passengers in the future."

Cons: "This was the most uncomfortable flight I have ever had. The plane was so hot we were sitting there sweating the entire time. It made it impossible to sleep or focus on a movie or anything, and it made the flight feel 10 times longer."

Cons: "I had to check in my carry-on when I got to the gate. I had my snacks and entertainment packed in my bag so I had to unpack my stuff for the flight. Once on the plane there was plenty of room for my bag to go in the overhead compartment. Not only did I deal with the discomfort of having to carry my stuff in my hand on to my next flight but I had to deal with a flight attendant that had no self awareness of his surrounding. The flight attendant ran into my shoulder more times than I can count. Such an irritating flight."

Cons: "Our bags had to be re checked at a 20 minute lay over. It bags didn’t even come out until after our connecting fight had departed. We were stick in Houston for a night and both missed work. We will never fly United again"

Cons: "We we're delayed at customs and missed our flight. We were told we were re-booked on a flight, so we ran across the airport, with two small children, to make that flight only to be told that weren't actually re-booked and needed to go standby. We then waited in line at customer service for two hours to be informed that United won't pay for a hotel. The customer service rep. did offer that if we wanted to take our kids across the airport, now at 11:30 at night, we could look for a United Supervisor in Terminal E, and if we were lucky enough to find one, they might override the policy and cover the hotel. Really! I understand that United doesn't have control over customs, but United did book an international flight with just over an hour layover, knowing that any slowdown in customs means missed flights. That's fine. The problem I have is when it happened, United's Customer Service model was to provide misinformation, incredible slow service, and what seemed like a complete lack of interest by United employees to do anything to make the situation better. There were no supervisors at the service counter, only 1 representative for an hour or so, and when the other representatives showed up, they were discussing going on break and going home. All with a very long line of people stuck in the airport waiting to get some help. I could accept this as an isolated instance, but since booking this trip, I have been getting the same level of service over the phone while trying to submit a refund request for my son who did not join us on the trip. United's 24 hour refund policy has taken 6 weeks and many hours online and on the phone and I still have no idea what the status of that request is, and apparently neither does anybody at United. The interaction I have had with your employees have been friendly and courteous, but extremely time consuming, with a lot of incorrect information and no resolution. Very mediocre at best."

Cons: "Yeah, it was a bit frustrating trying to rush and hustle from gate to gate with how many times they changed the location!!"

Cons: "United is has delayed my flight on 3 out of the last four trips. 40 minutes, 1 hour, and 2.5 hours."

Pros: "Delays seem to be frequent with united and the staff is always in a bad mood. Will not fly again with them, I flew one leg on a different airline so I wouldn't miss my international connection as they wanted to delay 6 hours!!!"

Pros: "Belize City airport is tiny and easy to get through. They also board passengers through the front and back of the plane to speed things up."
Cons: "Waited 40 minutes to pull into our gate in Houston, which put us in a bit of a bind to get through security and onto our connecting flight. The next flight was overbooked and crowded."

Cons: "This experience felt very "cheap". I have flown united many times and never thought this before. Not including a checked bag for an international flight seems ridiculous. I understand for domestic travel, but international is different. Same with not having an in-flight movie. Even one or two free options, or free tv or something. There was a child that did not quit crying the entire flight, I could not get off the plane fast enough, there was nothing1st class about the flight, we needed fuel after we boarded, then it was a cargo issue,and then it was airport, we should not have been on the plane until the plane was ready for flight.very poor planning you should be embarrassed about the flight."

Pros: "I liked that the flight was on time and there was absolutely no delay. As soon as we boarded we were on our way..I was such a pleasant flight with very little turbulence."

Cons: "Boarding the plane was slightly hectic, but due to lack of attention on the passengers part. A seat was double booked and the crew handled it quite well in addition to a woman who insisted on sitting next to her older child but hadn't planned for it."

Pros: "Pretty typical domestic flight. The crew on this flight definitely seemed tired and "over it". The one attendant stood blankly, staring off to the back of the plane robotically going through the safety. Far cry from the staff on my previous 10+ hour flight from Munich."
Cons: "No free entertainment whatsoever, and even though the screen reads that flights under 2 hours are $5.99, and our flight was a few minutes under 2 hours, the price was still the regular $7.99. Not worth it."

Cons: "It was so cold on this flight. Like ice cold. It wasn't just me, I traveled with 3 other people who were spread out on the plane and all of them noted the sub zero temperatures."

Pros: "For economy, I thought the seats were pretty comfortable. I also liked how they quickly boarded through the front and back doors at the same time. We got off the ground quickly."
