Pros: "Cheap price"
Cons: "no vegetarian food in flight, the layover for connecting flight was not sufficient,"
Cons: "We barely made it through a storm. Super scary. Even the pilot said we "barely made it" over the speaker. I would rather be hours late getting home than feel like my life was possibly gambled with. I have my pilot's license so I am not unfamiliar with having to create an alternate flight plan when inclimate weather strikes. However, this was scary. My boyfriend quietly had a panic attack while we were on board. Would not fly Delta again because of this experience."
Pros: "Delta worked with us on rebooking a flight after we messed up. Onboard the staff was incredibly friendly and the free snack selection was decent (even gluten free treats). Boarding was an orderly process."
Pros: "The flight left on time and landed 15 mins early. Staff was nice and attentive."
Cons: "The organization for boarding in zones."
Pros: "The staff were spot on excellent"
Pros: "I am always impressed by the Delta staff. Top notch."
Cons: "The entertainment screens have an (older) head phone jack that many people do not have. The headphones available for purchase by the airline are of very poor quality. I also am surprised that airlines (not just Delta) continue to provide such low quality food options on flights. I think consumers would pay more for better options."
Pros: "Going by and come Ming back Atlanta check in desk was the rudest Laziest most disrespectful emoyees I have ever came across . Check in person played on her phone and didn’t even look at you when asking what seat was I assigned . Going from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale the check in person was so rude there where 5 people askI’m her what’s her problem . The crew the flight was excellent but the Atlanta check in desk really dropped the ball 2 times . If I was the manger I would fire the whole staff and If I was above the manager I would fire them as well as I’m. Sure this is not an isolated occasion."
Pros: "Inflight free texting everywhere that wasn't China, decent food, funny crew (I liked the mix of American and Chinese)"
Pros: "Se had a Nice menu on board"
Cons: "No food to sell on board"
Pros: "Very nice, comfortable plane, everything went smoothly in spite of our little airport being overrun with eclipse tourists."
Cons: "We paid extra to be able to pick our seat ahead of time but when we got there we were told that in the first leg of our trip the flight was oversold and therefore we didn't have seat assignments anymore. The delta folks blamed Kayak. We did get seat together, but not the ones I had previously chosen. Also there was no beverage service on this flight."
Pros: "Boarding was efficient"
Cons: "My luggage didn't arrive with me"
Pros: "They were honest about why we late taking off."
Cons: "Having to wair for them to fuel the plane"

Pros: "Comfortable seats."
Cons: "Flew business class and my 1st choice on the menu had run out. I ended up not eating."
Pros: "The help desk personnel was friendly."
Cons: "Due to my first flight being late I missed my second flight. Delta booked me on a flight that was departing 5 hours later instead of the next flight. I had to go and ask to be was put on the stand by list for a sooner flight but not given any priority over the other standby's even though it was Delta's fault that my original flight was late."
Pros: "Short eas6 trio"
Cons: "Lack if parking at airport"
Cons: "long wait and delayed flight"
Pros: "Enjoy able"
Cons: "Very obese lady in middle seat, 30 D who took more than half of my seat. Not sure how you can correct for that, but made my trip terribly agonizing."
Pros: "Laura, who checked us in was extraordinarily great."
Cons: "I will avoid the airline at all costs"
Pros: "Nice selection of in-flight media Ahead of time arrival"
Cons: "MSP baggage service was probably the longest delay I have ever experienced w Delta~40 minutes. (Overshadows the ahead of time arrival). Also, I had an oversize item-ski bag-which for some reason they did not deliver through the designated "oversize baggage" door but instead put out against the wall through a side door well down the terminal from the designated door. I might still be standing there except my traveling companion walked down that way and found it."
Cons: "Long delay"
Pros: "Delta sent a text which notified that our flight was to be delayed and we were free to seek an alternative flight. Delta was able to get us on an earlier Flight land then delivered our luggage the next morning. Delta sent an e-mail with the driver's picture, name and picture of the vehicle. The driver called to notify he was on the way. Excellent service."
Cons: "I purchased my tickets about 5 weeks before my trip and got to the airport 2 hrs prior. I recieved no seat assignment, just a boarding pass that said request seat. So I requested a seat. Then the people were rude and told me to come back, so I did about 45 min later and asked again, they were rude again and said come back later. The third time I got s seat assigned but again, they were very rude. Won't fly delta again."
Pros: "Westjet's employees were very pleasant and helpful."
Cons: "Delta told us we were flying out on a Delta flight, and gave us a Delta flight number. In reality it had placed us on a Westjet flight without telling us, and we had no idea we were to check in with a different airline. And because Delta unilaterally changed our flight time without telling Westjet, we were unable to check in online and were later told that we were booked on the wrong flight by Delta. Delta's communications with us and with Westjet were deplorable."
